History: Lumine and her twin Aether live in the Atlantica kingdom with their mother and all their siblings. She loves her home but dreams of seeing more of the world. When she became of age, she got her wish and traveled with Aether to the open seas. Now she desires to explore more by his side and see more of the world, her sights set on the human world above the water.

Weakness: Lumine isn't strong defensive wise which is why she tries to be fast and dodgy in a fight. She also sometimes accidentally speaks rather bluntly.

Strength: Lumine is fast and agile in a fight, able to move around her opponent in a flash. She is skilled at swordplay and also has magic pertaining to the four elements.

Though when around his sibling is around, he becomes a little more relaxed and willing to try and have fun. He is just as curious as her about the outside and more curious about human inventions.

History: Aether is the twin brother of Lumine and brother to multiple other siblings. He lives in Atlantica with all of them but dreams of seeing the human world and learning all about it. He is more on the studious side of exploring than his sister though tries to have fun on their adventures.

Weakness: Aether isn't fast in combat, tending to stand his ground to block attacks. He also like his sister can sometimes be blunt.

Strength: Aether is quite strong and can swing his sword hard and also take hits. He is built more defensively and tends to take the enemy head on.

History: Victoria is a noble of Oriel, living in an old Victorian styled mansion and living quite the pampered life. Though despite her silver spoon upbringing, she does care for the people of her town and goes out to help them with various tasks.

Weakness: Victoria really doesn't like getting dirty and will stop whatever task she is doing should she end up even a little dirty just to clean herself. Luckily she has water magic to help.

Strength: Victoria has a lot of knowledge with dealing with nobles and how to handle fancy parties and political meetings.

Personality: As the Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island, Kokomi handles almost all of the affairs on the island herself. While she is not content with such a burden, having preferred to be a military advisor, she nonetheless takes the mantle to give her people the hope and happiness they deserve. Like Jean, Kokomi easily burns herself out completing her tasks and tries to keep it hidden from others to avoid worrying them.

Along with handling all sorts of affairs, Kokomi is a skilled strategist that thinks of all potential scenarios and how to handle them as a result of reading plenty of military books, although she also enjoys casual reading. Kujou Sara remarks that her planning prevented the Tenryou Commission from claiming full victory over the Watatsumi Army. She continues this habit even outside of military affairs. As a result of the role she plays, she is universally beloved by her people.

History: The Divine Priestess and supreme leader of Watatsumi Island. Many believe Sangonomiya Kokomi to be an enigmatic, shrewd leader. However, she always has a quiet smile on her face, and while she gets things done in an orderly fashion, she will sometimes do so over laughter and light conversation.

Having read many military treatises from all over Teyvat since she was a child, Kokomi has a talent for strategy and is capable of outwitting opponents through clever stratagems. Although Watatsumi Island lacks manpower and materiel, its people have managed to turn the tide of battle many times thanks to Kokomi's tactical prowess. Whether in battle, trade, diplomacy, or internal affairs, Kokomi will do her best. Her achievements have won her the respect of Watatsumi Island's various factions.

Kokomi's mother is Gabrielle and she has a few siblings.

Personality: Ambitious and courageous, when Kishi sees or finds something she wants, she does whatever she can to obtain it no matter how crazy the idea is. Though her ideas might be a bit off the wall, she would never do anything to truly put her crew in harm. She believes strongly in the morals of being a captain and would give herself up for her crew and ship without hesitation. She is also rather oblivious and dense, not realizing the dangers she is putting herself in by simply going around and calling herself a pirate and trying to interact with other pirates.

She also on the side works with the Blue Rouges, helping them steal money from bad pirates to give to good people and never attacking innocent ships.

History: Kishi was found as a baby dropped outside an orphanage of a small fishermen's village in Ivalice. Nobody knows where she came from and nor any information on her parents. She grew up at the orphanage and while other girls were listening to stories about princesses and ponies, she was interested in other stories. Stories about pirates. The idea of adventure, being out on the sea, and finding treasure and possible romance was everything she dreamed of. She borrowed history books involving pirates and heard stories from fishermen who had run into some, all while plotting to leave and become one herself.

When she was old enough, she saved up enough money to buy her own ship which was a simple fishing ship and sailed off on her own. Making her own flag, her own name, and seeking out her own crew. Her requirements? She wants an all girl crew. Her goal? To find treasure and true love while out on the sea. Now she works with the Blue Rouges while still searching for love and treasure out on the sea.

Weakness: Kishi has a one track mind at times but also gets distracted easily. Her plans also tend to be reckless and a touch crazy.

Strength: Kishi is bizarrely good at taking anything she can find and sticking it together to make something. She decided this something was specifically going to be bombs to help defend her against any monsters on the sea or even mean pirates. But she can make other things on the fly as well, something as simple as a clawed machine to grab something far away or something even mechanical like a mechanical animal for no reason at all.

Personality: To friends, family and innocent bystanders, Diana is sweet and friendly. To foes she is strong and determined, never giving up the fight no matter the circumstances. Diana believes strongly in being a good person and helping others in need as well as upholding justice.

Though she can appear quite serious when it comes to her training, she actually holds a relaxed side to her that wants to go out and see the world and make friends and have fun. There are times however she can be a tad naïve, which is a bit of a weakness for her as well as her stubbornness, not one to back down even when a fight looks really bad. If there are people to protect, she would fight until her last breath.

History: Diana is a knight of a mermaid kingdom, her mother a knight as well before she retired after becoming pregnant. Her father is a mage who was an adventurer for quite some time before meeting her mother. He tried to teach Diana magic but she struggled with it. Instead she took after her mother, striving down a path to become a knight and serve the people. A part of her is curious about the human world and the similarities it may have with hers.

Weakness: Magic, she struggles to use it.

Strength: Swordsmanship, she is excellent at fighting with a sword and is very agile on her feet.

Personality: Victor is very kind and gentleman like. Despite being a knight, he more acts like a butler, always willing to serve others and help them in different situations. He is protective of his younger sister and always looks out for her.

History: Victor is the older brother of Diana. Unlike Diana who struggled in learning magic from their father, Victor found out he had a knack for it and practiced it more than learning swordsmanship from his mother. He didn't like swordsmanship as much as magic and decided to be a magic knight for their kingdom. But besides protecting civilians, he also found out that he just liked serving people. He would often make tea for his family or fetch them random items like he was a butler.
