Damien hadn't expected it to be over so soon, so now he can inflict more pain. He once again goes to pull Andre up and this time whip him to the ropes, aiming for a back drop on the rebound

Andre is sent to the ropes and bounces back, spotting Damien lowering his head, he stops and looks to kick him in the chest

Damien is clocked with a stiff kick and straightens up as a result, glaring at Andre before attempting to take his head off with a clothesline

Andre ducks the clothesline and dashes across the ring to hit the ropes. On the rebound, he looks to catch Damien with a flying forearm

Damien misses the clothesline, making him stumble a step forward. he turns back around, off balance, only for Andre to take him down with a flying forearm right to the face

Andre springs back to his feet and knows that Damien won't stay down long. He hits the ropes again, this time rebounding for a rolling senton into a pin attempt

Damien is already down, and soon enough feels the full weight of Andre crash down across his abdomen. It knocks the wind out of him, but he still kicks out of the pin at 2

to say Andre hadn't been hoping to pull off the win there would be a lie, as evidenced by the look on his face after the kickout. Still, he has to keep on the attack. The former world champion gets to his feet and goes out to the apron to climb the turnbuckle. By the time he gets there, he's pretty sure the big man will be up again, as he dives off for a cross body

Damien does indeed begin to get up again after the kickout, looking around for Andre. He turns to a corner, spotting Andre diving towards him. Damien sidesteps to let him crash to the mat, moving towards the corner to get some distance for a running start. Damien would charge as he gets up to send him Into the Darkness

Andre dives and crashes sternum first to the mat as Damien moves out of the way. He gets to his feet, clutching his midsection as the wind was just knocked from him, only to have it worsen with Damien's spear takes him to the mat again the hard way

the crowd came alive for that spear, some with boos and some with cheers but Damien doesn't care. He's looking to put Andre away and goes for the pin

Andre kicks out just before the final count out of pure instinct, rolling slightly onto his side as he does so as he tries to take in air

Damien rises back on his knees after Andre's kickout, He glares up at the referee, certain that that should have been the end, but the referee reminds him that it was only two. Pushing his hair away from his face, he gets up again and decides there's one way to put an end to this. He reaches down to pull him up to put him down again with the Eternal Darkness

Andre finds himself lifted up onto Damien's shoulder. he's trying to turn him upside down. Andre scrambles, pushing himself up and attempting to slide down behind Damien, then dropkick him in the back

Andre escapes from Damien's grasp, then knocks him forward against the ropes with a dropkick to the back. He hadn't expected that form of attack, or any attack at all
