E-Rank Techniques


▰ Water Manipulation [ Mizu Soujuu ] | Rank E-X
This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) An S+ jutsu always requires a water source, even if the shinobi in question creates it first. In this technique, X determines the amount of water to be created. At E-rank, about a gallon of water is gathered, and the amount quadruples with each rank after, capping out at about one-thousand [1000] gallons at S rank [enough to fill a small pool]. Learning this technique also reduces the cost of basic combat manipulation by five [5] chakra, to a minimum of five [5]. Freely manipulated water in these cases are treated as though they were simple for interactions.

▰ Trick of Water [ Mizu no Waruasobi ] | Rank E
The user channels chakra into their fingertips, saturating them as they perform a simple flick of their fingers at their target within ten feet, aiming at their eyes. If unblocked, this causes T1 blindness

▰ Water Mirror Technique [ Mizu Kagami no Jutsu ] | Rank E
A simple Jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop or as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. Only lasts one [1] post unless an upkeep cost of the original cost is paid each post.

▰ Water Sword [ Mizu no Yaiba ] | Rank E-B
Creates a sharp sword made of solid water reinforced with water chakra in the user’s hand for a single-use. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size they want the sword to have, from a side sword to a massive two-hander. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to at most make simple cuts in flesh while at its strongest power can cleave a man in two. At E-Rank, the water blade is at the length of a Wakizashi and procedurally grows longer in length per rank invested in this technique: E-Wakizashi, D-Katana, C-Nodachi, B-Zanbanto. This technique holds the strength of a technique equal to the amount of chakra invested in it. The Water Sword dissipates after it is used in an attack [May persist if a sustain of two ranks below the initial chakra cost is paid]. E-Rank at a minimum in all cases.

D-Rank Techniques


▰ Black Clouds Technique [ Kokuun no Jutsu ] | Rank D
A black mist will emit from the body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto targets. The cloud is approximately twenty [10] feet across and is capable of soaking anyone under it in oil, including allies. Highly Flammable if the cloud is Korabo'd with a fire technique a resulting explosion one 1-rank higher than the fire technique used to ignite the clouds occur within the clouds ten-foot radius.

▰ Water Clone Technique [ Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank D
Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly E-rank in strength. The water clone can perform one Suiton Jutsu that the user knows once. One solid hit will destroy the clone.

▰ Beach Crab [ Isonagi no Jutsu ] | Rank D
A Jutsu that can only be used on water or atop loose soil (sand, non-rocky aerated dirt, etc,) this technique causes a pair of pincers to rise out of the ground/water and grasp the target by the ankles before pulling him underground/water. An important difference between this technique and Doton: Shinjuu Zanshu is that in this technique the target is fully enveloped in the earth or water. If the victim expends one [1] rank higher than the technique in stamina, then the target can break free, due to the loose earth. Water is less efficient because of its fluidity, and the target not held long. There is something to be said, though, for the change in momentum that can occur when you force an opponent to abandon all thoughts save survival. [Auto-grapples the target]

▰ Water Shield Technique [ Mizu Tate no Jutsu ] | Rank D-B
A barrier of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. The user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like. Through manipulation of the water, a variety of things such as spikes or hands can be formed out of the shield to help with warding off attacks. It can also be used as a starting point for most Suiton techniques. Techniques that use the shield's water as a source cost [1] rank less in chakra. The shield can be sustained for two ranks lower than its initial cost [ E at a minimum in all cases ].

▰ Breathing Underwater Technique [ Suimenka no Kisoku ] | Rank D Passive
The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique activates whenever the Shinobi breathes in water and requires no hand seals. This technique is passive in that it activates automatically when the shinobi's head is submerged underwater. However, it requires an upkeep of an E-Rank amount once active to continue past the first post - can be canceled at any time, and does not require an activation.

▰ Hidden Mist Technique [ Kirigakure no Jutsu ] | Rank D
The Shinobi causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility causes T1 blindness allows the Shinobi to silently and secretly assassinate their target. The mist lasts [4] posts.

▰ Mist Vision Technique [ Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu ] | Rank D Passive
A technique usually used with the Hidden Mist Technique, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through the heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist. When within a fog or mist, the user must use D-Rank chakra during the first post of use followed by an E-Rank amount as upkeep, this allows the user to see through all mist or steam as long as this is active regardless of rank. Does not consume an activation to be used. Negates any blindness status caused by moisture in the air.

▰ Water Release: Instant Movement Technique [ Suiton: Shunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank D
Nearly exactly like the Maruton version of Shunshin, this one coats the user's body in a highly slippery water film, allowing them to merely slip around non-chakra objects in the environment. Also allows the user to transport to bodies of water they know of within range. Usable thrice per battle, including the other versions of Shunshin.

C-Rank Techniques


▰ Stormy Upheaval [ Haran Banshou ] | Rank C
The user will create a waterfall to slam into their target. This jutsu requires a source of water. First raises a pillar of water and then causes it to crash downward. The water pillar may defend against C-rank attacks or lower and continue to crash into the target thereafter.

▰ Rising Water Cutter [ Mizu Kamikiri ] | Rank C
To utilize this technique, the user will slam their foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards their target as a slicing jet. It is capable of doing fairly severe damage, but moves rather slow. {Treated as B Rank in Power but D Rank for Evasive purposes. Only requires somatic movements}

▰ Water Pistol [ Mizuteppou ] | Rank C
After forming the needed handseals, the user will emit a jet of water capable of slicing its target into many divisions. Collaboration greatly increases this technique's power. Strength of technique is increased one [1] rank for each additional shinobi korobo'd with the technique.

▰ Water Wave Hand [ Suihashu ] | Rank C
By raising a hand into the air the shinobi emits a continuous jet of water to disrupt his opponent's attacks. Due to the nature of water, this attack works especially well against smoke-based Jutsu. This technique disperses mists and smoke and can be sustained for an E-rank amount for a continuous stream, requires a free hand, and only requires a somatic hand gesture.

▰ Water Column [ Suiun Suishi no Jutsu ] | Rank C
The Shinobi first does a string of hand seals, which causes a column of water to rise from a nearby water source. This Jutsu is the preferred method of fighting a nearby fire. This technique creates a water column which can then be sustained to defend against oncoming attacks of its rank and lower, can be manipulated into arcs. An E-Rank amount of chakra is the cost of the sustain per post.

▰ Large Projectile [ Taihoudan ] | Rank C
By generating water in the mouth the shinobi spits it as a stream at his target before forming it into a sphere that spans thirty feet wide. Capable of demolishing small buildings rather easily as it has the same offensive power as a cannonball. Capable of breaking bones at full impact.

▰ Waterfall Basin Technique [ Takitsubo no Jutsu ] | Rank C
The Shinobi will do the necessary hand seals to create a large volume of water. When this technique is used in conjunction with Earth Style Doryuu Jouheki a large waterfall is formed. Without the earth technique, it only summons natural water from the ground. Creates an A-ranked amount of water. This water can be drawn from for additional techniques and lowers their cost by one rank.

▰ Starch Syrup Capture Field [ Mizuame Nabara ] | Rank C
After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from the gullet from a range of up to [30] feet. This liquid can cover approximately [30] feet. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the Shinobi focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well. Requires using the Water Walking technique to move about on top of the liquid. Prevents dodging and evasive techniques if stepped on. If wearing footwear can abandon said footwear to evade, if not, the target is locked in place unless expending a B-ranked amount of Stamina to break free. However, will often lead to injury on the bottoms of the feet in doing so.

▰ Violent Bubble Wave [ Houmatsu Rappa ] | Rank C
After a series of hand seals the user holds their hands out before them, palms forward and a wave of bubbles are created. This technique can be Korabo'd to have the bubbles filled with a substance if knowing [Soap Bubble Ninjutsu] without consuming an activation to do so.

▰ Tornado of Water [ Mizu no Tatsumaki ] | Rank C
This technique creates a spinning water vortex around the Shinobi. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Remains for four posts without a required sustain. Will deflect attacks of C-rank or lower. Indiscriminate. If a target remains in the vortex for all four posts they become unconscious and suffer shell shock.

▰ Violent Water Wave [ Mizurappa ] | Rank C
After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at their opponent. Applies Tier 3 Drench.

▰ Water Prison Technique [ Suirou no Jutsu ] | Rank C
This technique utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The Shinobi forms the necessary hand seals which cause the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The Shinobi must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a clone technique, the Shinobi can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. An imprisoned target suffers from the suffocation status and may drown.

▰ Water Armor [ Mizu no Yoroi ] | Rank C
A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against spiritual skills and advanced protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects. As well this armor can nullify some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it draws out small amounts of the user’s chakra over time. Capable of blocking Taijutsu and Bukijutsu techniques of up to B rank if simple, and C rank if complex. For an upkeep of E-Rank, the technique can be continued after the first post.

▰ Whip of Water [ Mizu no Muchi ] | Rank C
With a handseal, up to a twenty-foot long whip of water can be formed from the hand. The Shinobi can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute the opponent. Requires an amount of Raiton chakra or a Raiton technique to send an electric current through the whip. This technique applies Tier 3 drench when it strikes an object or area making Raiton techniques even more effective.

▰ Water Chains Technique [ Suikusari no Jutsu ] | Rank C
Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. Moderately decreases speed for the duration of the technique. Technique lasts three [3] posts, or until the opponent breaks free, using a B-rank or higher amount of stamina.

▰ Water Demon’s Appetite [ Mizu Oni Kuike ] | Rank C
While the target is upon a body of water deep enough to submerge them the user forms the required hand signs, causing a formation of water that resembles a demon's head with razor sharp teeth to rise up and attempt to swallow them. Those swallowed by the being have their flesh shredded by the teeth of the demon as tier two suffocation is applied as well as tier two drench. If the target evades the attack, the user may hold this hand sign and apply an additional C rank amount of chakra to cause the demon's head to shoot a tongue that ensnares the target that is treated as B Rank for evasive purposes. If snared, the target is drawn back into the demon's head. This technique has an upkeep of five chakra per post.

▰ Bullet [ Teppoudama ] | Rank C
After forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests a large amount of water in their mouth which they can then spit at their opponent as a thirty-foot spherical projectile. The bullet has a bone-breaking as well as bruising full impact. This technique applies Tier 3 Drench.

B-Rank Techniques


▰ Great Exploding Current [ Daibakuryuu no Jutsu ] | Rank B
After performing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below. Costs a B-Ranked amount of Chakra per human-sized entity. Does not deal damage but will without fail suck down a target below the water. A B-rank amount of stamina needed to resurface thereafter to compensate for the depth. Requires a deep water source. Applies suffocation status.

▰ Serpent Mouth [ Ja no Kuchi ] | Rank B
After forming the needed hand seals, the user generates a spinning column of water which will take the form of a serpent with a gaping maw. This serpent can twist and follow the target. May also use this Jutsu in conjunction with Doton: Doro Houshi. The water of Serpent Mouth will increase the momentum of the earth of Doro Houshi to create a more powerful mudslide. If used with Doro Houshi, the doton's technique is increased by one [1] rank and the water serpent isn't subject to its earth weakness.

▰ Water Fang Projectile [ Suigadan ] | Rank B
The Shinobi does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill that shoots straight up from its origin up to [40] feeet. This technique is unaffected by the Earth Weakness. The Water Fang can cause a deep impalement wound through the target's body.

▰ Drilling Water Spears [ Doriru Suiyari no Jutsu ] | Rank B-X
Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water come forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them, in the case of ninjutsu or deflect them high in the case of projectiles. Creates [5] large spears. The Chakra spent to create said spears is divided among them. Each can be controlled respectively to launch themselves linearly toward a target and disappearing on collision with a hard surface. After performing the technique the user can delay when the spears spawn until the following post.

▰ Strong Water Arm Technique [ Gousuiwan no Jutsu ] | Rank B
Shaping water around the user's arm gives a +4 DR increase to strength when using that limb. For an upkeep of D-Rank, the technique can be continued past the first post. Additionally, attacks are given an additional Suiton Element.

▰ Water Encampment Wall [ Suijinheki ] | Rank B
The Shinobi will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to blow out a jet of water from their mouth to act as a forty-foot water barrier from incoming attacks. The barrier can repel Shinobi, as well as Ninjutsu A-Rank or below and up to S-Rank Katon. This water wall also has no weakness to earth.

▰ Water Dragon Projectile Technique [ Suiryuudan no Jutsu ] | Rank B
The Shinobi does a long string of hand seals which then causes a [40] foot column of water in the form of a dragon to strike their target. This dragon carries a significant amount of momentum and will knock back a target [20] feet on impact. The dragon can perform basic combat biting techniques with an equivalent chakra cost paid by the caster. A D-Rank amount of chakra is used per post in upkeep if the dragon is sustained. Up to three additional suiton techniques can be cast through the dragon as its "breath" for one rank less in cost.

▰ Water Interrogation Technique [ Mizu Shinmon no Jutsu ] | Rank B
A move used for interrogating the enemy, a bubble of liquid is placed around the head of the target, causing echoes of the target’s thoughts to sound throughout the water, allowing those who hear the echoes knowledge of anything in the target’s mind. The bubble causes suffocation status.

▰ Water Pendulum Technique [ Mizu Furiko no Jutsu ] | Rank B
A giant pendulum of water swings behind the user, hypnotizing all who gaze on it. After five [5] posts, those gazing at the pendulum are rendered unconscious. Requires a D-Rank in sustain each post, the pendulum can be destroyed, every time a target makes eye contact with the user it's treated as one post towards the pendulum. If the pendulum is destroyed the targets are snapped out of their slowly entrancing state. Genjutsu class ninjutsu may use viewing this technique as a trigger for genjutsu.

▰ Water Decapitation [ Mizu Funkei ] | Rank B
A small jet of water powerful enough to cut off a limb. The jet’s strength gets weaker the farther away the target is, but at close ranges can continue after hitting its target. Technique becomes one [1] rank weaker for every ten [10] feet from the user. However is treated as [1] rank stronger within point blank range.

▰ Water Replacement [ Mizu Kawarimi ] | Rank B
The user can turn their body into water giving themselves an immunity to suiton, fuuton, and taijustu and bukijutsu techniques of up to B-rank. However, Doton techniques of two [2] ranks lower can harm the user. Katon can harm the user if of A-Rank or higher. The user may use their body as a source of water for Suiton techniques but the user is explicitly limited to Suiton techniques while in this state.

▰ Body’s Complete Disappearance [ Karada no Kanzen Shoushitsu ] | Rank B
This technique is typically used once the opponent is dead or nearly dead. If it successfully activates, the opponent’s body is crushed completely by a torrent of water and can never be recovered. In addition, all knowledge from the person affected will be transferred to the user's body, giving him or her vital information about bloodlines, clans, or techniques. This technique allows the user to learn one of the techniques, custom or otherwise so long as the user has the requirements, of the person they have killed. Learning this technique requires special ops profession.

▰ Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death [ Sensatsu Suishou ] | Rank B
The user will hold a single hand sign, and then gather water from existing bodies of water or molecules in the air in preparation. The water will then rise into the air, where it will take the form of long senbon needles. The senbon can be held stationary in the air for as long as the user sees fit until they are quickly launched. It should also be noted that the user may create any number of senbon, from one [1] to one thousand [1,000], using this technique. The strength of each individual senbon weakens as more are created, totaling B-rank in damage regardless of number.

▰ Devil’s Domain Water Torture [Ijin Ryouiki Mizu Goumon ] | Rank B
A skill which has to be used when the opponent is in the presence of a large body of water. The chakra quickly flows through the water, causing a large part of the water to rise up around the opponent and come crashing down upon them like a circular flowing wave. Disrupts the Water Walking technique on use where a B-rank amount of chakra is required less being caught up in the wave.

▰ Water Blade Barrage [ Mizu no Yaiba Rendan ] | Rank B
A skill which can only be used when the opponent is underwater. Within the water, blades of water are created all around the opponent. As soon as they are created, they are sent from various sides in order to tear through the opponent, leaving terrible wounds upon their body. .If the target is underwater the stirke is treated as [1] rank higher to evade.

▰ Scalding Water Cannon Technique [ Sukēringu Suihou no Jutsu ]
A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone. For an upkeep of D-Rank, the technique can be continued past the first post, for as long as the user can hold their breath. This technique may be treated as a combination of Katon and Suiton natures. If the user applies a D-Rank amount of katon chakra to the technique then Tier 3 burning is applied.

▰ Water Release: Pillar Encirclement [ Suiton: Hashira Kakomu ]
The user creates four water pillars which then circle around the user as a protective barrier. Requires a source of water. Also acts as a viable source for other Suiton that need water sources, without degrading itself. Can block up to B-rank projectiles for up to six posts. Suiton techniques cast through the pillars cost one rank less in chakra.

A-Rank Techniques


▰ Toad Bullet [ Gama Teppou ] | Rank A
A Self-Korabo technique which requires the wind element. Combining their inherent wind nature and the high pressures of water the technique fired is treated as both these respective elements capable of causing massive structural damage. The projectile is roughly about half the size of a boss summon. Requires B-Ranked Korabo Ninjutsu training.

▰ Destruction Torrent [ Hahonryuu ] | Rank A
A spiraling torrent of water that bears similarities to the rasengan. Similiar to the rasengan in when it makes contact causes the target to typically spiral. Although it lacks the cutting power of the rasengan it proves useful in shearing and ripping.

▰ Water Gathering Gorgon [ Suishuu Gorugon ] | Rank A
Suishuu Gorugon is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, the user will use their chakra to generate a mass of water. This can then be sent towards their target as a biting serpent. The technique can be manipulated to pursue a target requiring an activation but no sustain to do so. Making it difficult to dodge.

▰ Sky and Water Convergence [ Suitenhoufutsu ] | Rank A
The Shinobi first does a string of hand seals, which causes water to rise from the ground and surround the target. Creates a prison of water around a target that floats a few feet above the ground. The bubble pushes those caught in it toward the center, isolating them from outside elements. Prison lasts until target dies or it is broken. The victim will be subject to the suffocation status.

▰ Grand Waterfall Technique [ Daibakufu no Jutsu ] | Rank A
After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the user and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water, the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy, as it pulls them away. This technique applies Tier 4 drench.

▰ Raging River Force [ Gekiryuu Chikara ] | Rank A
The power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses. Additionally, this technique produces enough water to flood a topic with up to one foot of water. This technique is not subject to Doton Weakness.

▰ Crashing Pillar of Heaven [ Ten no Gachan Hashira ] | Rank A
A skill in which the user begins to gather a wide amount of moisture from the air. Within the air, more and more water gathers, being materialized by the users chakra. Coming together, it makes a large pillar of water within the sky, often going unnoticed by the opponent. The user then waits for the opportune moment, and sends the pillar crashing down in order to smash the opponent in an incredible amount of force. Applies Tier 4 Drench.

▰ Water Torrent Technique [ Suise no Jutsu ] | Rank A
The user creates a small torrent of water that moves along the ground at a high speed and can carry opponents away with it. If there is a sizable body of water nearby, or the user's Mizu Soujuu is up to the task, the size of the torrent can be quite large. Otherwise, the torrent is smaller and more specific at up to [50] feet, able to target one opponent or straight line of opponents. Can be Korabo'd with Mizu Soujuu to increase the size to [100] feet. Potentially, a handful of bones can be completely broken on impact.

S-Rank Techniques


▰ Water Dragon Whip [ Suiryuuben ] | Rank S
To utilize this technique, the user will use their chakra to generate a whirling sphere of water. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out and impale the target up to [100] feet away so long as either visual or sensory contact can be maintained. For an upkeep of B-Rank, the technique can be continued past the first post. The sphere can be held in the air with one hand or created at a set point. For every whip that is created, the S-Rank chakra amount is halved.

▰ Great Typhoon Technique [ Idaina Kamikaze no Jutsu ] | Rank S
A Jutsu which creates a huge cyclone turned on its side, which is sent toward the opponent or group of opponents. This technique creates its own massive body of water and is devastatingly powerful, both in the force with which it strikes and with its tendency to catch people and objects and slam them into other objects. It can easily rip large trees and masses of rock from the earth. The water that remains from the devastation can flood an entire topic with up to five feet of water.

▰ Water Collision Destruction [ Suishouha ] | Rank S
Using large amounts of chakra, the user creates water from thin air and forms so much that it creates a mini-tidal wave. The water then does not dissipate for the duration of the battle, thus creating an arena where the user has a large advantage. If the climate is exceptionally arid, such as a desert, the water only lasts for a short while before draining into the sand {2 posts}. The depth of the water, once the wave has settled, is up to 10 feet.

▰ Depth Charge [ Shindo Futan ] | Rank S
A lethal move when used correctly, the opponent must be underwater. After the opponent is fully submerged, the user channels a large amount of chakra into their hands, and using this chakra, creates a large burst of energy, compressing the water momentarily beneath themselves. Due to the non-compressive nature of water, this compression will disperse throughout the body, crushing anything unlucky enough to be near the source. This force can entirely crush even the strongest of opponents, and must be used carefully around wildlife, or it can destroy entire ecosystems. The user creates a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The high amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. The flood drains [100] chakra from everyone trapped in it per post per user. The cloud can only be destroyed with Ninjutsu.

An even better and more devastating water technique than the Water Collision Destruction Technique, this Technique can drown a large village but requires enormous amounts of chakra and stamina. Usually an 'all or nothing' technique, as it is not used under normal circumstances due to the widespread and in discriminant destruction that it wreaks. Requires knowing Water Collision Destruction [Suishouha]. This is an upgrade of Suishouha, but takes its own slot and is not an augment. Creates over five times as much water as the S-ranked version and so can flood an entire topic up to [30] feet at once. Also, the technique floods into five nearby areas (topics in the same subforum) up to [5] feet. This technique applies Tier 4 Drench and can also cause drowning and therefore the suffocation status.

The user makes rain which eats up any chakra when it comes in contact with anything. Breathing out, the light, darkening mist rain will spread over an area (topic), billowing upwards to prevent a jump's worth of height. Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Complex/Spiritual Tai/Buki jutsu, & Demonic auras/cloaks/etc are affected. Exactly half of the chakra absorbed is sent to sustain the jutsu, while the other half filters into the user's own chakra pool. Absorption can temporarily extend the user's chakra pool to above normal, for a maximum of triple the total. For example, if your reserves are 1,000 then it can increase it to 3,000 maximally. Lasts until [3] total posts have elapsed from the last absorption. Automatically Absorbs chakra at a rate of [320] per post from the listed sources dispersing them in a pseudo-seal fashion. The Shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water Shuriken and can easily parry other Kunai and Shuriken that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single Shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist Shinobi to create multiple Shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the Shuriken are hidden until they actually emerge from the water. [When standing atop a body of water. The user can spend an extra C-amount of chakra and activation to create an additional Water Shuriken that remains idle until activated. Daikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Kisame will generate a large shark which he will launch towards his opponent. The shark is no mere blast of water, as it also absorbs the chakra of his opponent, which causes it to increase in size. This means that the more powerful his opponent is, the larger and more powerful Daikoudan will be when it impacts. Initial cost is S-ranked, but it gains in strength depending upon what Jutsu is absorbed from overwhelming. Strength increases equivalent to half the rank of the technique absorbed. For an upkeep of half the original cost, the technique can be continued past the first post.

Hachi Shokushu {Eight Tentacles}

A skill in which is used to give the user additional limbs. Gathering chakra into the water, the user can create up to eight arms upon their back that resemble the tentacles of an octopus. Utakata uses Soap Bubble Ninjutsu from the Bubble line of ninjutsu. He uses a special pipe to create his highly versatile bubbles. This line of ninjutsu allows Utakata to float inside his bubbles, as well as use them offensively by trapping his enemies in them, filling the bubbles with water to drown them. These bubbles can also be filled with different materials, such as blinding powder, smoke, acid or a sticky slime. Explosive bubbles takes an A-ranked amount, trapping enemies and using the bubbles for transportation takes a B-ranked. Filling head-sized bubbles with water takes C-ranked, and takes two [2] of the target's posts to drown. Filling them with other materials requires the appropriate inventory and a D-ranked amount. Bubbles are immune to blunt force impacts but are susceptible cutting and penetrative attacks bearing sharpness having them be treated as 1-rank weaker in these instances. The bubble applies itself to a targets head similarly to an automatic grapple assuming the user is within close proximity when the bubble is blown. It takes an X-amount of force to pop the bubble in these cases however, the bubble is immune to blunt force and requires something sharp.

Creates a large bubble sizable enough to fill three people. Whatever is encased in the bubble is then trapped within the bubble. The user has full control of the bubble then on. May be used as a barrier.

Causes a collection of or single large bubble to explode. As opposed to general popping the explosion releases the contents of the bubble violently within an area and creates an intense concussive force in its surroundings.

The user forms a single two handed seal, forming a two golf sized fire ball per rank of the technique. Before launching, these fireballs form a circular pattern before the user and are launched and manipulated by somatic gestures within a ten foot radius around the user per rank. Upon impact, these fireballs inflict tier one burns on a target. For each successful contact made with a fireball, the target's burned status increases one tier. This technique requires an upkeep post of five chakra per fireball active.

This is a passive Jutsu that is the first in two steps to protect the user from damaging themselves with their very own techniques. Those practicing Katon must learn this technique or take E Ranked fire damage when utilizing katon techniques.

▰ Cinder Technique [ Tanebi no Jutsu ] | Rank E
This technique allows a person to snap their fingers and ignite a spark anywhere they so wish within ten feet of themselves. This can ignite flammable substances and spark explosive tags when contact is made.

▰ Veil Technique [ Fukumen no Jutsu ] | Rank E
The user claps their hands together, creating a white hot flash of fire chakra as they open their palms towards their target. Opponents who are looking at the user suffer tier one blindness during their first activation spent their following post.

The user molds chakra in their lungs, exhaling a burst of flame that extends up to ten feet forward and vanishes almost instantly and does not continuously burn targets. The area effected suffers tier one burn on the point of contact.

The user launches their shuriken with a Basic Combat Throw or a Bukijutsu Technique before initiating this technique. The user then breathes fire upon the projectile just as it is launched. Doing so coats the weapon in a flame that inflicts T1 burning and burned status upon targets it contacts. This technique requires no activation and may be applied to three separate projectiles in one post.

The user expels a litany of hot marble sized cinders from their mouth and spits them at the target within twenty feet. These embers have an intense brightness and cause tier one blindness to those witnessing it and leave a tier one burn on targets contacted by the embers.

A technique requiring no activation of it's own, allowing the user to channel chakra into their hand, forming a tiny ember no larger than a marble. The user is able to then use any Basic Combat Skill to make contact with the target which consumes an activation, keeping this technique's use active until contact is made. Upon release, a flash of flames wash over the target which burns away clothing and causes tier one burning and burn the body between Ranks D and C, B Rank causing tier two.

The user channels fire chakra from their hand to whatever weapon they have in hand. The flames cloak the weapon, extending its range up to five feet. This also allows the user's bukijutsu and Basic Combat Skills to cause tier one burning and burns upon contact. This technique has an upkeep cost of five chakra per post.

Forming the required hand signs, the user forms a clone of themselves composed of fire chakra. This clone remains active up to three posts and is destroyed by technique of it's rank and potency or higher. Upon destruction, the clone releases a wave of fire in all directions spanning twenty feet wide, inflicting tier one burning on objects within it's reach.

The user forms the desired hand signs, igniting the grass or greenery beneath their feet. The flames race towards their target and engulf them, creating a wave of flames that extends ten feet per rank of the technique. ▰ Fire Release: Instant Movement Technique [ Katon: Shunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank D
A variation of the standard Instant Movement Technique. The user moves in an instantaneous action, leaving a burst of flames spreading ten feet in width, masking their movement up to twenty feet away during combat when not fleeing. If used to flee a combat situation, the technique releases a twenty foot wave of flames and allows the user to escape to the next topic.

The user inhales deeply, forming hand signs and ending the string by brining their fingers to their mouth. Exhaling, the expel a funnel of flames that expand out in a cone shape and spreading up to twenty feet. The flames dissipate quickly, leaving tier one burns to those contact is made with. If the user is in possession of a fan, they may korabo this technique with a Basic Combat Skill with the fan and expand the flame's range and potency, reaching sixty feet.

A technique that must be used with a Basic Combat Skill to grapple a target or a Style's technique to do so. The user channels their chakra to heat their body's surface temperature while they are latched on to the target. The target's skin is given tier one burns on contact. This technique has an upkeep cost of five chakra and ends if the grapple is broken. If the technique remains in effect on the target for more than two posts, the burns on the target are elevated to tier two.

After forming the necessary handsigns the user inhales, holding their handsign at their lips before releasing a fireball measuring ten feet in size. This fireball travels up to thirty feet or until impacting a target. Upon impact, the fireball explodes, causing tier two burning and burns to those within a thirty foot radius.

▰ Mythical Fire Flower Technique [ Housenka no Jutsu ] | Rank C
The user performs the necessary hand seals and then releases a small two foot fireball. This technique may have the cost replicated up to four times for a total of five fireballs by paying a second activation and the total required chakra cost for the total number of fireballs. Projectile weapons thrown through the Basic Combat System or a Bukijutsu Style may be Korabo'd with this technique for no additional cost, using the fireball to mask the projectiles presence to others, including sensory techniques used by opponents below the user's body rank. Upon impact, the fireballs cause tier two burns and if projectiles are used with this they remain ablaze for the duration of tier two burning.

The user forms several hand signs, holding the final sign. Once completed, flames erupt around the user in a cyclone like manner standing ten feet in height with their single handed seal allowing their flames to travel along the ground and seek out their target. For each post this is done, the user is required to pay an upkeep of ten chakra per post. Posts following the original post do not consume an activation for this technique. Opponents caught by the flames are engulfed, causing tier two burns and burning.

▰ Bomb Blaze Technique [ Kibaku Kaen no Jutsu ] | Rank C
The user slaps the earth, expelling chakra and releasing four motes of fire that are approximately the size of a baseball. These motes seek out targets for up to three posts and once they attach wrap around the target before detonating. Each flame causes a ten foot concussive explosion of flames that causes tier one burns to those it is attached to as well as those within the explosions range. This technique may be executed at Ranks B and A as well, increasing the mote numbers to eight and sixteen. All motes of fire move at C Rank equivalent.

A technique with two variants. The first of which requires it to be used in combination with a Basic Combat Art or other technique that snares the target with steel wire. This variant allows the user to expel flames that use the wire as a guide, traveling along it and engulfing the target snared, causing tier two burning and burns on contact. The alternative variant allows the user to expel a stream of fire up to thirty feet in length at a target, causing tier two burns and burning. The user is able to hold a hand sign and continue to breath fire out in this manner for an upkeep cost of ten chakra per post, requiring no activation past it's first post for both variants. Additionally, if a target has the technique continuously burning them for two posts or more, the burn and burning status are elevated to tier three.

▰ Incendiary Technique [ Shouidan no Jutsu ] | X
The user forms the required hand signs, spewing two silver metalic looking flammable globs per rank of the technique that are approximately one foot in size. The user is able to launch these globs up to ten feet from their person per rank. These flammable globs ignite with any small spark or heat source and create ten foot explosions each. Those hit by the explosions suffer tiered burning and burns equivalent to the rank. Those directly hit with the blobs that are ignited suffer one tier higher in burns.

▰ Bed of Fire Technique [ Hidoko no Jutsu ] | Rank C
The user opens their mouth, spewing an oil from their mouth that washes over a thirty foot area. This may alternatively be used on weapons to augment their use. At any time during the next six posts, the user may ignite the oil at will by forming a single hand sign. When ignited, the oil covered surface area suffers burning at tier two potency. Those caught in the fire have the status transferred to them for the duration of it's length as well as tier two burns applied.

▰ Aerial Explosion Technique [ Kita no Jutsu ] | Rank C
Releases the same combustible composition in the [Bed of Fire] technique, this Jutsu releases is as a gas into the air. This is an odorless, colorless gas that can be ignited with any spark or flame. This gas will rapidly ignite, causing it to expand and create a strong wind in all directions. The outer gas is shot out, and ignites when it has expanded at a range of around 20 feet. Anyone within the range of this Jutsu will be seriously injured and probably suffer at least a first degree burn. {Evaporates all ambient water with no chakra bearings in sixty-foot radius} {Gas cannot be seen without sensory or doujutsu}

▰ Fireproof Technique [ Taika no Jutsu ] | Rank C | Passive
After learning the Fire Resistance Technique, the user's mastery over self protection from their own element has become more refined. By passively circulating chakra over their skin, they are able to negate burns upon their own body. Additionally, the user is able to increase the chakra circulating their body to match the rank and potency of a fire based technique directly impacting them in order to nullify that technique. This can be done for no activation cost once every three posts.

▰ Flame Sphere Technique [ Kyuuka no Jutsu ] | Rank X
The user forms the required hand signs and releases a sphere of flames that surround the user's body. After the user completes the sphere, they may release their hand signs and allows them to continue combat. Any object physically contacting the sphere is ignited and suffers tiered burning equal to the rank of the technique. This technique requires an upkeep cost two ranks below the technique's execution and requires no activation beyond it's initial use.

The user forms the required hand signs as flames wreath their body and create burning gauntlets which deliver tier two burns and increase two of the user's descriptive by a moderate amount. This requires an upkeep cost of twenty chakra per post and does not consume an activation after its initial use.

The user expels flames from their mouth that take the shape of spiders in quantities that vary on the number produced. A single spider can be created at the rank of the technique and each time the number is increased in multiples of two, creating eight spiders at maximum, each having E Rank potency. These spiders have sentience and seek to attack any target the user wills within the topic. If a target is bitten by the spider, they suffer tier three burns upon contact. Alternatively, the user may end the technique prematurely and detonate them, each exploding and causing burns to those within a ten foot radius per spider. This technique requires an upkeep of ten chakra per post. Spiders are destroyed by techniques equal to their potency in chakra individually.

The user channels additional chakra into their bladed weapon when releasing a Basic Combat slash, consuming no activation. The user's weapon releases a flaming arc of chakra that measures ten feet in length and travels up to thirty feet. This chakra blade causes tier three burning to objects it connects with, often causing wildfires when used to travel along the ground.

The user forms a single hand sign, creating an orb of fire roughly the size of a baseball in their hand. The user is able to keep this flaming orb in their hand by paying an upkeep of twenty chakra per post. Unable to release the fireball without dispelling the attack, the user aims to strike a target with the orb in hand. Direct contact with the orb creates a concussive flaming shockwave in the direction of the target, causing tier three burns and sending the target flying up to forty feet away.

The user releases chakra from their hands as they lift them to the skies. From thirty feet above them a barrage of eight baseball sized fireballs rain down from the sky. Each of these fireballs rains a ten foot expanse of burning tier three upon striking a surface. Additionally, this technique may be executed at any rank above this one, doubling the number of it's fireballs each time.

The user channels chakra around their desired arm and forms a flaming bladed weapon that reaches no longer than ten feet in it's natural state. This flaming sword has the ability to freely shift it's size up to forty feet in length between activations used with the weapon. This technique has an upkeep cost of twenty chakra and can alternatively be launched up to double it's maximum range, ending the technique. Physical contact with the flame causes tier two burning and burns.

The user forms the required hand signs, creating a floor, roof and prison like bars of flames around the target with a maximum size of forty feet in any direction. The user forms a small mote of flame in their hand that when touched burns that object it came in contact with in seconds, completely destroying the object. This is a good way to dispose of bodies and many other things. Acts as having struck three times for degradation. Incinerates things entirely if degraded to it's limit. If the mote strikes directly will apply Tier 4 Burning and then Tier 4 Burned on the following post. Due to it's potency and small size the technique is treated as C Rank for evasion purposes.

A technique requiring the wind element in addition to the fire element. The user forms the required hand signs, creating six streams of flames that jettison out forty feet in a star shaped pattern surrounding the user. These flames cause tier three burns upon contact. After expelling the flames, the user manipulates the wind with an additional hand sign that causes the star shaped burst of flames to become a cyclone of flames that reaches one hundred feet in height with a forty foot base, expanding upwards as it rises. Targets caught within the burning cyclone have tier four burns applied. Both the star shaped burst and the cyclone require separate activations to evade, both at A Rank minimum.

▰ Extinguishing Curtain Field [ Keshimakuga Hara ] | Rank S
A technique that requires the user have access to the Earth Element. The user forms the required hand signs, ending the string of signs by stomping their foot. Upon impact, the earth begins to crack at the user's feet and open up the earth that leads up to the target within one hundred feet. The earth opens up a fifty foot drop that is immediately ignited by intense flames that rise thirty feet above the crevice, causing tier four burning to those caught within it. If the target falls into the crevice, the user may form an additional hand sign and pay an additional C Ranked amount of chakra to slam the earth shut with the target ablaze.

The user forms a string of hand signs, creating sixteen fireballs that are approximately the size of a baseball. Each fireball is shaped like a flaming skull and those of gen class can inflict tier two insanity upon foe who see these. These flaming skulls seek out targets at will, each moving with the rank of this technique individually. Each fireball explodes upon impact, washing a ten foot area in flames that inflict tier two burning each. If struck by two or more orbs, tier four burning and burns are applied. These fireballs require chakra equal or greater in potency to defend against or must be defended individually. Each post following the initial use of the technique requires a five chakra upkeep per remaining fireball but consumes no more activations.

The user forms a string of required hand signs, giving birth to three dragon heads that sit upon a fifty foot neck emerging from the ground. The user may only manifest two of these three headed dragons at once. Katon techniques used by the creature have tier four burning and burns applied to them instead of their standard tier. The user expels an enormous amount of chakra, slamming their hands onto the earth with their arms crossed before them. The intense heat released from the fire causes it's natural orange and red hues to shift to purple, blue and white. The flames funnel skyward from beneath the user spanning twenty five feet in width, creating a concussive blast of heat that causes tier two burns fifty feet around the flame. The pillar of flames surrounding the user reaches the skies over one hundred feet in the air, it's peak looking akin to the head of a dragon. Those who are caught directly in the flame are ignited and suffer tier four burns and burning. This technique is considered one rank higher when being used to defend the user from offensive techniques.

▰ Fire Release: Great Flame Rasengan [ Katon: Gōen Rasengan ] | Rank S
Requires the Maruton Rasengan Technique be known. The user gathers chakra within the palm of their hand, creating an orb of chakra that rotates rapidly beneath the surface of the orb which is roughly the size of a baseball. After doing so, the user exhales fire upon the sphere as it turns red in color and releases ambient flames from it's spiraling motions. The user is able to pay a C ranked upkeep in order to maintain this technique as long as needed to make physical contact. Upon contact, the orb rotates rapidly, applying a drill-like effect to the target, allowing it to shred through techniques, treating spiritual and ninjutsu techniques as one rank lower. Alternatively, this technique is used to cause a target to go flying upon contact, spinning in the direction of the orb's current. With the application of the flame element, this technique causes tier three burns to those directly contacted by the flame and degrades armor and weapons as though the collision occurred twice.

With their exhale, an immesurably intense flame is produced that creates a massive one hundred and fifty foot wall of flames that spans out in a wave before the user and washes over anything in it's path. This technique does not suffer elemental weakness to water when colliding with techniques A Rank and lower. Those contacted by the infernal wave suffer tier four burns and the entire topic is subject to burning for six posts following the attack.

▰ Pandemonium [ Daikonran ] | Rank S+
A technique that is exponentially increased in strength depending on the amount of burning that has been applied to a battlefield within the topic and what is active at the time of use. The user creates four orbs of fire without the support of other techniques. These four orbs are approximately one foot in width and each explode with a tsunami of flames that expands in all directions for one hundred feet a piece after seeking out their targets for up to four posts without upkeep. These flames all inflict tier four burning and burns upon those in the area who are undefended. In addition, for each technique's burning effect that was active during this technique's activation, an additional orb is created that has explodes to cover an area of ten feet per rank of the technique the burning status was attached to. These orbs may be kept active and seeking targets beyond their three post limit by paying an upkeep of eighty chakra per post.

Augment Lines

Description: Augments are techniques which are required to learn the parent jutsu. Those of the Ninjutsu class may learn all techniques in an Augment line where only the parent jutsu consumes a slot. Non ninjutsu classes must spend [1] slot per technique in the line only after learning the parent technique unless otherwise stated.

Mythical Fire Flower Technique [ Housenka no Jutsu ]

▰ Mythical Fire Phoenix Nails Red Technique [ Housenka Tsumabeni no Jutsu ] | Rank B
The user performs the necessary hand seals and then releases a small two foot fireball. This technique may have the cost replicated up to seven times for a total of eight fireballs by paying a second activation and the total required chakra cost for the total number of fireballs. Projectile weapons thrown through the Basic Combat System or a Bukijutsu Style may be Korabo'd with this technique for no additional cost, using the fireball to mask the projectiles presence to others, including sensory techniques used by opponents below the user's body rank. Upon impact, the fireballs cause tier three burns and if projectiles are used with this targets stricken are given tier three burning with an extended three posts upon the effects, covering an entire target once stricken.

▰ Piercing Hell Strike [ Ketatamashi Makai ] | Rank A
By using both hands instead of just one, the user can turn a Katon: Housenka no Jutsu into a thin six foot spear of compressed flame. The user then grabs the spear and hurdles it towards any target within fifty feet of the user. Those within five feet of the spears trajectory are subject to tier one dehydration. Those directly stricken by the spear are easily impaled unless defended and tier three burning is applied to the entire target which is accompanied with an equal burn status. This technique may alternatively be wielded by the user as a melee weapon for an upkeep of twenty chakra. When used in this manner, each impact point inflicts tier two burns and burning.

▰ Fire Lily Technique [ Yurika no Jutsu ] | Rank A
An evolution of the Mythical Fire Flower Technique, the user inhales deeply before exhaling a mighty fireball. By paying the cost of this technique over up to twice for a total of three fireballs, the user may spend a single activation. These three fireballs are thirty feet in size each and upon impact with a surface, the fireballs cause tier three burning each and canvas a fifty foot area.

Flame Fist [ Kaseiken ]

The pinnacle variant of the Flame Fist Technique. The user expels chakra from their entire body, cloaking themselves in flames that gives them a devilish and fearsome appearance while granting a supreme increase in strength. Physical impact between the user and any target creates a large explosion of flames that bursts rapidly over a ten foot area while inflicting tier three burns. Additionally, the user's melee strikes are given additional knock back for five feet per rank of the parent technique upon impact. Genjutsu class ninja using this technique inflict tier one insanity on targets who witness this form. This technique has an upkeep cost of forty chakra per post.

Burning Cinder: One [ Nenshou Ha: Ichi ]

This technique magnifies the amount of burning cinders in the users mouth. When the cinders are emitted they are emitted in a burning cloud that spans thirty feet. These burning ashen cinders if entered inflicts Tier 2 Blindness so long as the target remains in the cloud and remains active for three posts. The user is immune to the blinding effects. Additionally, fuuton techniques must be B Rank or higher to dispel the ash.

Even more cinders are produced as a reflection of the users mastery of fire. The smoke cloud produced is now sixty feet in width and additionally is significantly thicker applying Tier 3 Blindness to those within it aside the user for four posts. Additionally, fuuton techniques must be S Rank or higher to dispel the ash.

▰ Burning Cinder: Four [ Nenshou Ha: Shi ] | Rank S
One of the highest stages of the Burning Cinder Technique. The cinders now spread to one hundred feet, masking chakra signatures of S rank and lower within the ash accumulation to prevent sensory techniques and dojutsu from detecting them, applying tier four blindness to targets within. Additionally, fuuton techniques must be S+ Rank dispel the ash.

▰ Burning Ash Accumulation [ Haisekishou ] | Rank Null
Burning Ash Accumulation is a variant of the Nenshou Ha techniques. Rather than use typical blinding ash the user can replace said cinders with explosive ash by increasing the rank of the Nenshou technique being augmented. The user then either clicks their teeth together or snaps their fingers, igniting the ash within. This snapping or clicking action can be done within the duration of the ash's four posts without paying an activation cost. Doing so ends the blindness effect of the ash but applies tier three burns to those who are effected by it, the concussive force causing small bone fractures and deep bruising. The user is not immune to this explosive force and should remain outside the ash for it.

▰ Fire Release: Hiding in Fire Technique [ Katon: Haijingakure no Jutsu ] | Rank S+
A variant of the Nenshou Ha techniques that requires all previous skills to be known, considered the pinnacle of the technique line. The user forms a string of hand signs before expelling a wave of molten ash that inflicts tier four burns and burning upon foes within it's two hundred foot radius. This technique doubles as a powerful anti-sensory device as sensory techniques and dojutsu are not able to distinguish charka signatures within the field of molten ash and causing tier four blindness to foes. This smoldering ash remains active in an area for five posts before dissipating. The user must have have access to the Fire Proof Technique in order to avoid burning themselves with this technique. Additionally, fuuton techniques must be S+ Rank dispel the ash.

Dragon Fire Technique [ Ryuuka no Jutsu ]

The user expels a ten foot wide cone of fire up to forty feet in length at a target, causing tier three burns and burning. The user is able to hold a hand sign and continue to breath fire out in this manner for the cost of this technique once per post. Doing so however requires no activation after it's initial use. Additionally, if a target has the technique continuously burning them for two posts or more, the burn and burning status are elevated to tier four as well suffer degradation one tier higher on armors and weapons interacting with this technique.

▰ Fire Dragon Flame Projectile [ Karyuu Endan ] | Rank B
The user expels fire from their mouth after forming the necessary hand signs. From the user's mouth, three fireballs in the shape of an oriental dragon's head form before the user and launch at specified targets, able to be directed at more than one target by paying additional B Rank chakra per additional target but requiring no activation. Each of these fireballs treat defensive techniques and armors as one tier lower during collisions. Each fireball inflicts tier three burns upon impact.

▰ Hydra Technique [ Hidora no Jutsu ] | Rank B
A variant of the Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu, this one has the same functionality but is able to target three seperate targets for no additional activaiton by paying the cost of this technique up to three times. Instead of one stream of fire that advances towards the opponent, the user is capable of exhaling up to three at the same time at varying angles. Each flame travels up to the length of wire and explods upon impact, causing a ten foot fireball to explode and cause tier two burns each.

▰ Dragon Flame Release Song Technique [ Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu ] | Rank A
An evolution of the Dragon Flame Projectile Technique. The user expels fire from their mouth after forming the necessary hand signs. From the user's mouth, six thirty foot fireballs in the shape of an oriental dragon's head form before the user and launch at separate targets. For each additional seperate target, the user must pay an additional B Rank amount of chakra. Each fireball launched by paying this additional amount must be defended by an A rank amount of chakra. This technique demonstrates the finest of chakra control in it's manipulation of resources.

Pulse Blast Technique [ Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu ]

▰ Shatter Force Technique [ Kudakasei no Jutsu ] | Rank A
Mastery of the technique Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu has developed this technique. Manifesting their chakra in the form of flames that dance around a ten foot area surrounding the user and then are focused into a small baseball sized red orb with a white core that radiates with intense heat. The user then slams the orb into the earth, triggering an intense explosion of heat that does not create flames, but a wave of heat. Those within twenty feet of the user feel the most impact of the technique while the ground craters and crumbles, taking a concussive wave of force that causes tier four burns, deafening them and causing tier one blindness from the light emitted as they are blown away, suffering rib fractures in the process. Those between twenty and fifty feet from the impact will suffer tier three burns and tier one dehydration as water based techniques and bodies of water within range are evaporated that are B Rank or lower.

The user expels a mighty flame from their mouth, directing their aim to the skies as seven twenty ten foot fireballs manifest up to fifty feet in the air. These fireballs hail down upon the field, carrying a concussive blast of force behind each impact that cause tier four burns and a field that ignites for the same tier measuring fifty feet each. This technique can alternatively be used at S+ Rank to produce fourteen fireballs and their sizes and burning radius are doubled. If the user desires, this technique can be upkept the following post for both offensive activations but consumes half it's original cost in chakra. Both ranks of this technique are infamous for evaporating bodies of water containing less chakra than it within the range of it's burning.

Clones created in this manner remain visible until stricken or until the user's third post.

The user forms a hand sign, changing their physical appearance in the blink of an eye. Using this technique the user is able to transform into smaller objects or persons up to their own relative size. This allows the user to guise themselves in plain sight or masquerade as another person entirely. Alternatively, the user may cast this on inanimate objects within eyesight. This technique remains active for three posts before it must be repaid.

The user takes a piece of cloth or material large enough to cover their entire body. The user, having begun their journey in the crafting of mechanical and technological advances applies their knowledge to the defenses of the village. By planning and utilizing blueprints to construct a wall system that rises from the ground to defend a topic or village. In order to activate this defense system, a person must have access to this technique and utilize it with the switch of a lever or button which can be made remotely and carried on a person. It is common for villages to have an alarm of drums or other loud noise to que those who have access to this technique to raise the defenses. This technique requires the user have the title of [ Veteran Technology Crafter ] in order to utilize this technique. These walls measure five feet in height per crafting title in technology, starting with veteran. Allows the user to escape from being tied up, or otherwise trapped, as long as doing so is possible without requiring significant altering of the human body to escape and as long as movement is still possible. Using chakra, ropes and other ties can be nudged in ways to loosen them and allow the user's escape.

▰ Substitution Technique [ Kawarimi no Jutsu ] | Rank E
When in danger the Shinobi will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the Shinobi to quickly flee and hide while the object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. The substitution technique can only be performed four [4] times per battle and you must be near an object at least roughly the same size as your character's torso, capping out at your character's full-length size. Other roleplayers' characters (unless willing) cannot be used as a substitute. Spawning random, faceless characters to use as substitutes is not permitted. All clones, with the exception of the standard clone, may be used in substitution.

The user moves, using chakra to accelerate their movements rapidly. The user vanishes in the blink of an eye, often leaving behind leaves, sand or some other debris behind them that is kicked up from their action. This allows the user to travel instantly up to fifty feet within combat but cannot be used in conjunction with an attack during this action. In combat, this technique is able to be maximally used three times. Alternatively, this can be used to freely escape combat into another topic to another within the subforum. Outside of combat, the user may move the same distance as if escaping combat with this technique.

The user forms a hand sign as ten gel like orbs that are about the size of baseballs form in any given location on their body. These orbs use chakra as an adhesive that is unbreakable to things not containing chakra. Objects imbued with chakra at or above the rank of this technique are able to break free. The user is able to remove these orbs at a ranked amount and throw them after created using this technique. Once thrown, these orbs remain active for five posts, adhering acting as a cementing agent to things that touch it. An opponent with this technique active is able to swat away the orbs of the user by spending stamina of equal rank to the thrown orb.

The user forms a hand sign, creating a chakra projection of their current form to another location within the world they have been before. This technique is incapable of physical contact and is useless for damaging foes. This projection is able to transmit chakra to targeted allies at a C Rank amount per post. During this time, the user is unable to engage in combat.

The user must have a Sound Wave Amplifier listed on their profile and worn upon their person to use this technique. Furthermore, the user is able to use these weapons to block incoming physical attacks by paying the rank of the technique in chakra to manipulate the weapon.

The user's hair expands, becoming stiff and hardened to allow it to be used defensively. ▰ Shadow Clone Technique [ Kage Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank B
Creates a solid clone which is able to interact with the environment and perform any technique the user knows. The strength of each clone is dependent on the amount of chakra put into each clone. A clone can have anywhere from [1] chakra to all but [1] chakra of the user's pool. The same goes for stamina. The user must retain at least [1] of each pool or they will lose consciousness. Each clone takes [15] chakra to create, and up to three [3] clones can be made per activation. Shadow clones cannot be told apart by doujutsu. The clone disperses if it receives a solid hit (C-rank or higher), or runs out of chakra or stamina. When a clone is dispersed, any knowledge it gained while active is transferred to the original only, no other clones, and any remaining chakra and stamina is returned to the user. Shadow clones may be used to travel to various places while the user's real body remains in a separate location. There is no limit to the distance the clones may travel apart.

This technique is an augment to the Transformation technique. This technique allows the user to combine with another user who has access to this technique, creating a transformation that is of twenty feet or smaller in size. Additionally, the user may pay an X Ranked amount of chakra with the use of an activation once per post to cause the petals within the torrent to explode with concussive force that is powerful enough to crack ribs and break bone.

The user may pay for the cost of this technique with no additional activation when using a shadow clone technique to apply it's effects to a total of three or fewer shadow clones. Each clone is capable of exploding with a concussive force that would throw the target up to thirty feet, causing deafness from the sound of the explosion and causing deep bruising on the target when successful.

The user forms a hand sign, creating a mighty sound wave that travels up to fifty feet. This sound wave causes paralysis at stage three and deafness. Opponents stricken by the sound wave are subject to a concussive blast. This sound-wave is not deterred by physical barriers.

The Rasengan is the perfect shape manipulation of chakra. The user gathers chakra within the palm of their hand, creating an orb of chakra that rotates rapidly beneath the surface of the orb which is roughly the size of a baseball at A-Rank usage. The user is able to pay a C ranked upkeep in order to maintain this technique as long as needed to make physical contact. Upon contact, the orb rotates rapidly, applying a drill-like effect to the target, allowing it to shred through techniques, treating spiritual and ninjutsu techniques as one rank lower. Alternatively, this technique is used to cause a target to go flying upon contact, spinning in the direction of the orb's current, destroying the landscape in an area twenty feet wide and fifty feet in length. Additionally, the user is able to pay an S+ Ranked amount of chakra that increases the size of the Rasengan to twenty feet in size, retaining it's upkeep cost and properties of the original Rasengan and doubling the damage radius of it's alternate use. This variant is known as the Oodama Rasengan [ Big Ball Spiral Sphere ].

The user launches a projectile weapon at the target, forming a hand sign as it flies toward them. The user channels chakra throughout their body, causing a hardened shell to consume their figure for an entire post. This shell is capable of withstanding an S ranked amount of damage before breaking. If broken, the technique is canceled. Emerging from the shell, the user is rejuvenated, replenishing 1/3 of their stamina resources up to 100%. In addition, the user sprouts chakra like wings that allow them free flight for the duration of this technique. The user's body is pushed to it's absolute limit, mimicing the physical increases of the seventh gate. Unfortunately, due to the immense strain on the body, this technique will indefinitely kill the user. The user has five posts from the time they emerge before death occurs.

▰ Spiral Turbulence Spheres [ Rasen Rangan ] | Rank S | Augment
The user holds their hands out, creating two standard Rasengan by utilizing this technique. The user is able to apply this technique up to two more times for no activation to create a total of six Rasengan. The user then is capable of striking a single opponent or multiple opponents with these Rasengan, each one carrying an A Ranked potency.

An augment to the Rasengan Technique. The user forms a rasengan, using a much more vast amount of chakra to allow it's size to grow. The rasengan glows a near holy light as it grows to ten feet in size. The user rushes forward, forcing physical contact between the rasengan and a target. In addition to the technique's base damage, this technique forces those with Demon Transformations or Forbidden Seals active to have them sealed for three posts.

▰ Sorcery: Death Controller Possessing Blood [ Jujutsu: Shijihyouketsu ] | Rank S+
The user carves the symbol of Jashin upon the ground beneath them, standing in the center of it's image. While standing within the image, the user must ingest the blood of the target. Once this is done, the user takes on a black skin tone with a skeletal pattern appearing on their body, granting immortality within the symbol. While remaining within the circle after the ritual is completed, any damage the user of the technique takes is mirrored back to the target. Meaning if stabbed in the leg, a wound identical to the user's appears on the target's body as though the injury occurred to themselves. If the user leaves the circle created by the symbol, the technique is broken and must be reapplied.This technique restricts the user to formless techniques, taijutsu and bukijutsu while within the circle. In addition, this technique requires an A ranked upkeep per post. Any limbs lost in this manner must be reattached by visiting the hospital or by medical ninjutsu.

▰ Relentless Four Headed Dragon [ Shitsuyōna Shi-tō Ryuu ] | Rank S+
The user forms the required hand signs, slamming their palm into the ground. From the earth, four dragon like heads emerge composed of white chakra, each head measuring twenty feet with a fifty foot neck. These draconian heads gain one offensive and defensive activation of their own per post. In addition, these four heads have the ability to cast the user's ninjutsu from their mouths. If the user desires, they can spend one of their own activations to utilize known projectile ninjutsu from the dragon's mouths. This technique requires an upkeep cost of A Rank chakra per post.

▰ Pillar of Heaven [ Amenomihashira ] | Rank S+
The user cups their hands together, channeling chakra into the space between them as they are separated to create a two foot orb of chakra that contains four Rasengan. These rasengan orbs appear to freely bounce around within the chakra orb that is held in the user's hands. The user is then able to hurl the orb at a target. Should the orb make contact with a technique or ranked amount of chakra before striking it's intended target, the orb of chakra is able to interact separately from the rasengan orbs at the full rank of this technique. Once done, should the orb overpower it's clashing target, the four rasengan orbs are released and fly unabated to their target, each dealing damage separately as a Rasengan would normally.

The user coats their weapon in chakra, creating a solid blade of chakra atop their original blade with up to a three foot extension. This technique requires an upkeep cost of two ranks below the executed rank with an E Rank minimum. In addition, the user is able to swing their blade, allowing it to send the chakra blade coating their own flying five feet per rank of the technique.

The user coats their projectile weapon in a nearly invisible chakra that extends the length of the blade three inches per rank of the technique. Due to the translucent nature of the chakra, the user's weapon is very likely to be misjudged on it's reach.

▰ String Reeling Technique [ Ayatsuito no Jutsu ] | Rank X
This technique allows the user to utilize wire for various methods during combat or even outside combat. The wire has a tensile strength of E Rank naturally without the use of a technique and it's durability grows for each rank applied thereafter. This wire is used at or above the rank of a target's body rank in order to restrain them. Chakra must be applied one rank above it in order to break it's hold. The user must pay an upkeep of two ranks below it's casted cost with a minimum rank of E per post in order to keep it active.

▰ Roof Tile Shuriken [ Kawara Shuriken ] | Rank X
After forming the required hand signs, the user takes control of five nearby roof tiles per rank of the technique. These five roof tiles leviate around the user and are launched toward the opponent.These tiles travel with enough velocity to do equal damage to normal shuriken.

While mid-air, the user expels chakra from their feet that allows them enough friction to preform a single movement in any direction five feet per rank of the technique. This is primarily used for evasion, advancing or retreating.

The user channels chakra into a slim toothpick, piece of straw, twig, ect that they are chewing on. The user spits the object with it's imbued chakra. This augmented object travels in a straight line and carries piercing power of any metal senbon. The technique is capable of piercing armor techniques as though it were one rank higher in power.

▰ Collaboration [ Korabo ] | Rank X | Passive
technique allows the user to combine two techniques together in order to create a single, stronger technique. Both activations of the lesser techniques must be paid along with their original cost from the person casting the technique. If the techniques combining originate from separate individuals, both individuals must have this technique and be able to use techniques equal to their partner's body rank. Two techniques of equal rank fused will become a technique of power one rank higher. So two B-ranked techniques fuse to make one A-ranked technique. Furthermore, two techniques separated by one rank in power will take the rank power of the higher rank, but will eliminate any potential weaknesses of the two techniques, and give the fusion the property of overwhelming. So if a B-ranked an a C-ranked technique were fused through the use of Korabo, then the technique would be B-ranked power with the property of overwhelming to techniques of the same rank. Finally, the rules for what techniques can be fused are as followed. The first rule is that the two techniques need to fulfill the same general purpose. For example, two projectile techniques can be fused together through the use of Korabo. However, an elemental shield and projectile technique cannot be fused together. Second of all, if two techniques of the same elemental property, or the same technique performed twice, are fused then the two techniques maintain their elemental strength and weaknesses. If two techniques with differing elements are fused, then the fusion loses all elemental strength and weaknesses. Finally, techniques can only be fused of different elements so long as they are complimentary elements, aka elements which have no elemental strength or weakness against each other. The only exception is if you fuse a technique with one of one rank higher, and the technique of one rank higher is of a weaker elemental property than the element which is stronger. An example is if you wanted to fuse a C-ranked water ninjutsu with a fire ninjutsu, then the fire ninjutsu would have to be B-ranked. In this example, the jutsu would treat the B-ranked fireball as C-ranked, and thus two fused would act as a B-ranked technique. Techniques fused either have to be of the same rank, or one rank difference. Finally, despite the leaning toward ninjutsu, this technique allows one to fuse complex and spiritual tai and bukijutsu as well. For complex techniques, treat it's fusion with ninjutsu as the example with two opposing elements fusing, (aka, if you want to fuse a B-ranked complex punch with a ninjutsu, then the ninjutsu would have to be C-ranked). Medical ninjutsu can also be korabo'd, but only with other medical techniques.

▰ Barrier Shatter Technique [ Kekkai Massatsu no Jutsu ] | Rank X
Description: The user forms a handsign, projecting chakra outward to pass through barriers composed of chakra of it's own rank/potency and lower, destroying the chakra barrier. If the user has an ally to perform this with the cost may be paid between the two, but the ally does not require an activation to use this technique. Opponent's who have their barriers broken in this manner cannot reform barrier techniques for one post per rank of this technique.

▰ Chakra Absorption Technique [ Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu ] | Rank X
The user channels chakra into their hand, causing it to glow. By physically contacting the user with the effected hand, the user is able to absorb chakra equal to the rank of this technique. This technique remains active for one post per rank of the technique.

▰ Falling Blossoms and Scattering Leaves [ Hikarakuyou ] | Rank X
When in the presence of flowers within the roleplay, the user forms a hand sign or alternatively slashes a weapon at the flowers to fling them into the air. These flower pedals form shuriken that are as deadly as any metal weapon. For each rank of the technique, the user is able to throw five shuriken.

▰ Release [ Kai ] | Rank X
The user forms a hand sign, flooding their chakra network with a sudden burst of chakra that negates any foreign chakra affecting the user. This is commonly used to release genjutsu but has other purposes. Requires expending chakra in equal rank and potency to the technique being broken. Flooding the brain with chakra completely dispells the hallucinations from enchantment, instance, and chain category genjutsu immediately. The chakra in the brain also mentally focuses the user and reveals the images of illusory category genjutsu as obviously fake but does not completely dispell them because they are outside of the brain but the user is still released from the illusory technique's effects. Multiple genjutsu can be released at once using Kai as long as the appropriate amount of chakra is applied but genjutsu can also be selectively released.

▰ Act of Tree Climbing [ Kinobori no Waza ] | Rank X
The user can utilize the technique to effectively anchor themselves to a surface to prevent losing footing and falling, even at completely opposite angles. Using this trees and other surfaces not effected by chakra requires an E rank cost. When standing upon surfaces manipulated by chakra, the user must pay the same rank and potency in chakra to stand upon that surface.

▰ Cloth Bind Technique [ Nunoshibari no Jutsu ] | Rank X
This technique requires the user have binding cloth listed on their profile and must be carried on their person.The user unfurls the roll, using chakra to guide it towards the target which circles around the, binding them completely. Once an opponent is snared, the user may cut their roll of cloth free while keeping the opponent restrained. This technique must be used at the body rank of the target or higher. Breaking free of this technique requires a stamina cost equal to it's rank and potency in chakra.

▰ Act of Water Surface Walking [ Suimen Hokou no Waza ] | Rank X
Allows the user to stand upon water as though it were a solid surface. When standing upon water that is unaffected by chakra the user must pay an E rank cost per post. When standing upon affected waters, the user must pay chakra the same rank and potency as the technique that is affecting the water. This technique requires no activation after it's inital post, only it's upkeep cost.

▰ Pattern Links [ Ayametori ] | Rank X
The user channels chakra into steel wire that must be listed within their profile's inventory. The user weaves the string in various patterns of their choice between their fingers, holding it up before them. When done, the user launches a chakra projection of the shape that expands to ten feet in size and travels ten feet per rank of the technique. This string carries the cutting power of any blade, slicing through targets of it's own rank and lower.

▰ Exploding Puppy [ Bakuretsu Koinu ] | Rank X
The user places a figure that resembles any object that a target may approach with the intent to either attack, recover or steal. This technique requires one activation to prepare the figure and rig it with kunai and explosive tags that can be done at any time before this with a provided link. When the target is within five feet of the figure it will explode, sending a concussive wave five feet per rank along with ten kunai per rank of the technique. Those impacted by the explosion suffer Tier 1 paralyasis at E-C Rank, Tier 2 at B-A Rank and Tier 3 at S-S+ Rank. Kunai rigged into the figure require them to be in one's profile listing. Activating the explosive requires an activation upon casting.

The user forms a hand sign, creating a small orb of malliable chakra that levitates near their body, being used telekinetically or manually. The user is able to manipulate this orb into any weapon shape for no additional cost or activation once per post. The weapon's strength is dependent on the rank of the technique, varying in size only limited by the user's imagination up to ten feet. This technique has an upkeep cost of D Rank after it's initial use.

▰ Hidden Doorway Technique [ Kakusareta Deiriguchi no Jutsu ] | Rank X
The user extends their hand, placing it on any surface or wall. If this surface is unaffected by chakra, the user is able to create a ripple that expands from beneath their hand, opening a doorway that is large enough for the user to pass though for an E Rank amount of chakra. If the technique is effected by chakra, the user must use this technique at the rank and potency of the wall, barrier or other chakra related surface to create a doorway.

▰ Water Droplet Reflection Sight | Rank X
The user channels chakra into their eyes, expanding their pupils to maximum dilation. These dilated eyes are capable of targeting small droplets of water from sweat, precipitation, condensation, etc that are within the topic. These water droplets allow them to enhance their sight to reach the maximum distance of the area the droplets cover by using each droplet as a telescope lens. While active, the user's reflexes are increased mildly per rank of the technique. While in use, blindness effects the user at one tier higher.

Eye Mind Reading is a technique that allows the user to read another's mind. By subtly weaving signs with their eye, the user can delve into the mind of their target through eye contact without them noticing. Must be used at the target's body rank. The user opens their mouth, expelling chakra made needles that pierce armor as though it were one tier lower and treat armor techniques as one rank lower. For each rank of the technique, the user expels twenty needles.

The user removes piercing tools such as nails, senbon, needles, etc from their pouch, slamming the hand holding the tools into the ground. The objects in hand are coated in chakra, allowing them to tunnel through the earth and target any opponent within five feet per rank of the user. These piercing tools then penetrate the earth, attempting to pierce the target and hold them in place. For each rank of the technique, three piercing instruments can be effected in this manner. This can be used to target several targets, requiring each to pay the full cost of this technique individually to dodge or defend.

The user forms a hand sign, stirring up flowers within the topic. The flower blossoms stirred this way circle the target in a tornado of color and smells tightly so they cannot see further than arms reach. This spinning vortex of flowers is able to be traversed through, however, it's width is five feet from its center per rank of the technique. This causes the target to move completely blind while the user is able to freely move and see within the spiral. The pedals remain active for one post per rank of the technique.

The user forms a hand sign, sending flower petals flying through the air within the surrounding area. These pedals have explosive properties that deal concussive blasts to targets stricken by them. Each individual pedal throwing a target up to one foot. Each rank of the technique allows the user to create five pedals. These explosive petals can be kept from exploding and meshed into other flower-based techniques by paying an upkeep two ranks below the initial cost of the technique with a minimum cost of E rank per post.

The user manipulates the steel wire that is listed in their inventory in their hands. Using chakra to manipulate the steel wire, it spirals around them, forming a dome-like barrier that is able to defend against incoming attacks. For not activation, the user can change the shape of the wire by paying an additional chakra cost.

▰ Face Copy Technique [ Kao Utsushi no Jutsu ] | Rank X
The user studies a target for no less than three posts. By studying the target, the user is able to form a hand sign, using chakra to morph their physical appearance to mimic that of the target. During their observation, they learn all mannerisms of the target, as well as any defining, tells the target has, creating a perfect replica of the target. This differs from the transformation technique by altering the user's body instead of casting an illuson on themselves. The technique must be paid at the body rank of the person being copied, remains active until used again. Returning to one's original form requires no studying.

▰ Change Technique [ Narikawari no Jutsu ] | Rank X
The user preforms an advanced variation of the transformation technique. This transformation allows the user to mimic the target's chakra signature as well as other sensory effects that may differentiate them from the original, making it impossible for sensor's to distinguish the user from the original. Must be paid at the cost of the target's body rank and requires an E Rank upkeep per post.

▰ Empty Cicada Shell Technique [ Utsusemi no Jutsu ] | Rank X
The user forms the needed hand sign, projecting their voice up to ten feet per rank of the technique. This allows the user to manipulate the opponents perception of their location.

▰ Spore Technique [ Houshi no Jutsu ] | Rank X
The user creates microscopic smores that cover a five foot radius per rank of the technique. The spores attach to all living beings within the range of the technique. Drains an amount of chakra equivalent to the rank of the technique per post once growth is initiated. Takes ten [10] posts, or completely draining the victim of their chakra, before growth is complete. Upon completion, the spore growth removes itself from the body as a white featureless humanoid clone that returns to the user, melding with them and granting them the chakra gained by the technique. Can be removed by a medical shinobi by using the Bacterial Removal Technique equal to its rank or higher.

A small black shaped seal appears on the user in the form of a diamond. This mark may appear anywhere on the user that they desire it to be. This mark may only appear on shinobi who have slain another RPC. This is the prerequisite for learning to use this technique and cannot be avoided. The black seal on the user remains visible permanently.This technique has two primary functions.
[1] It's first is the ability to seal chakra based techniques that clash with it, dispersing them harmlessly. At S and S+ Rank, this allows the user to seal away even nature or demon chakra from techniques as though they did not carry the overwhelming property. This ability does not cause the tattoo to expand, but can be used by expending stamina at the rank of the technique being absorbed. This ability has a cool down of three posts.
[2] The technique's second function is as most marked seals on the body are, physical enhancement. Used in this manner the black diamond expands it's marks upon the user in a pattern resembling a tattoo , expanding further for each rank of it's use and covering half the user's body maximally. For each rank of the technique, the user gains a mild increase to a single stat and must pay a chakra upkeep of two ranks below it's use.

The user channels chakra throughout their entire body, allowing them to meld into the ground beneath them. Doing so completely removes their presence from being picked up by dojutsu or sensory techniques of the rank of the technique and lower. In addition, the user may only use sensory techniques while this technique is active, requiring an upkeep cost of two ranks below the rank of this technique per post.

▰ Blood-Curdle [ Gyōketsu ] | Rank X
The user ingests the target's blood, paying chakra equal to the body rank of the target after forming a hand sign. The target's blood becomes a catalyst for the user's chakra to effect the body of the target, granting paralyasis based on the targets body rank as follows. E-D: Tier 1. C-B: Tier 2, A-S: Tier 3, S+: Tier 4. The target of this technique must remain in the topic to apply these effects. The target may pay chakra equal in rank and cost to break this paralysis, otherwise, it remains active for three posts per rank.

E-Rank Techniques


▰ Signal Fire [ Noroshi ] | Rank E
After imbuing a small item (such as a pebble) with Chakra, the user will be able to discern its relative distance for up to three [3] posts. The object infused can be seen via other sensory techniques, assuming it is in range of the used technique. After three [3] posts, the original cost may be paid again to keep the technique going for another three [3] posts. Likewise, an amount equal to the original cost may be removed from the chakra pool to keep the signal active permanently, or until deactivated by the user.

▰ Echo [ Yamabiko ] | Rank E
Activation of this Jutsu lets the user locate the relative location of anything in the vicinity by listening to the echoes of a sharp sound, such as blades clashing, a rock skipping, etc. The technique is activated by some form of sound caused by the user. Louder sounds travel farther. It effectively works like echolocation, giving the user a display of the path in which the sound travels for one [1] full post. The visual can be maintained at an upkeep of the original cost per post, as well as a constant sound, such as music. Only the user can see the visual path.


D-Rank Techniques


▰ Dragon’s Tattoo [ Irezumi no Ryuu ] | Rank D
After the completion of handseals, an ally target gains a tattoo like designed created out of chakra. The tattoo appears black on the skin and can take the design of the user’s choice. As long as this technique is active, the ally and the user are treated as though they have a korabo bond up to the rank the user has trained in. This allows them to collaborate their jutsu even if they have not trained in Korabo together.

▰ Kenchiki: Shunshin [ Sensor: Body Flicker ] | Rank D
Allows the user to jump to anywhere within one kilometer, so long as he/she can sense the destination. Upon landing at the destination, locational information on everything within three [3] meters is automatically transferred to the user. Retains the three limits per battle that all forms of shunshin have.

▰ Hunting Dog [ Ryouken ] | Rank D
After inscribing a personal rune on something, the user can track the affected object over great distances so long as the rune remains. Each activation gives the user a general direction in which to travel, becoming less useful the farther away the rune is. Being in the same thread will point directly toward the rune, ignoring any obstacles such as walls; being in the same subforum points toward the general location; being in an adjacent subforum (such as in the lands surrounding a Village, or the Village Crossroads) gives the user a vague sense of where to go; and beyond that it points you in which cardinal direction to go. While the rune is permanent, the technique can be maintained by dedicating ten [10] chakra of their pool to keeping it active.


C-Rank Techniques

By coming into direct contact with an item, the user is relayed all knowledge of that item. This includes descriptions of custom weapons / armors, both crafted or provided through customs slots. In addition, this also applies for inventions, puppets, and anything else which can be physically touched. Summons are also gathered via their perks and abilities through direct contact.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user touches a nearby opponent. The user is able to determine what DR the target has, as well as ignore the passive DR increase of one stat of the user’s choice. This technique last through six posts.


B-Rank Techniques

▰ Creeping Silhouette [ Hofuku Kageboushi ] | Rank B
Marks a surface of up to 50 square meters in size for observation. When anyone aside from the user enters the domain, the user is notified. The user is aware of everything the target has while within the range, from the relative size of the Chakra pools, the target’s elemental affinities, bloodline type (if any) and affinity for certain types of Jutsu are assessed (lets the user know if the target specializes in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc. In addition, any genjutsu cast upon the user while the user is within their sensory range are treated as one rank less in power. Does not have an upkeep cost, but the user must focus on the area in question to sustain the flow of information, consuming one activation per post.

▰ Gray Fog [ Haiiro no Kiri ] | Rank B
A technique which allows the user to send out a thin blanket of their own chakra around a specific area. The fog is unnoticeable without the assistance of chakra detecting dojutsu or sensory techniques. The fog allows allies with Korabo bonds to the user to be relayed the same sensory benefits as the user obtains. In addition, any target bound by the dragon tattoo also receives these benefits. Fog last for eight post.

▰ Kagura Mind's Eye [ Kagura Shingan ] | Rank X [ Learned as B ]
User must remain still for one full post before technique takes effect. Starting at two [2] kilometers at E-rank, range is increased by two [2] kilometers per rank. Information gained from technique is fairly vague and limited to location and chakra capacity unless the user has the Resolution discipline, in which more detailed information such as elemental affinities or bloodline can be determined. Technique remains active until the user moves. Those of the Oracle discipline can use this technique even while moving.

▰ Barrier: Dome Method Formation [ Kekkai: Tengai Houjin ] | Rank X [ Learned as B ]
After the user clacks their feet together, they can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe of twenty feet. Should the field touch his opponent, he will know their position immediately. In addition, if the opponent is using a technique of lesser rank than this technique in order to cloak them, they are immediately paralyzed by a surplus of chakra which hinders them from one activation on their following post.


A-Rank Techniques



▰ Leech [ Hiru ] | Rank X [ Learned as A ]
Allows the user to hijack an opponent’s sensory technique. The user can relay and gather any information from the sensory, as well as take for themselves any benefits they received from it. The duration last as long as the initial technique.

▰ Nature Lockdown [ Shizen fūsa ] | Rank A
Allows the user to send a shockwave throughout an entire topic. This negates anyone from being able to sense the nature chakra present in the topic. The result of this technique is that, while it does not affect the reserves already within a sage, all sages cannot recover or gather nature chakra while this technique is in effect. This technique last for ten post.

▰ Almighty Door Guard [ Japanese Technique Name ] | Rank A | Augmentation
After performing the needed hand seals, the user touches a nearby opponent. The user is able to determine what DR the target has, as well as ignore the passive DR increase of all stats. This technique last through six post. Takes the same slot as Door Guard.


S-Rank Techniques


▰ Opaque Curtain [ Shakou Ichou ] | Rank S
The user sends out a wave of Chakra and uses it to read the air, disabling all sensory abilities within the area aside from the user’s abilities. This includes dojutsu and sage abilities. Enhanced senses view this area as a black box. Affects one thread for ten [10] of the user’s posts.

▰ Mind Power [ Renriki ] | Rank S
For up to five [5] posts after activation, any sensory techniques gazing into the area around the user see rapidly-changing nonsense. This means that, as long as this technique is active, any S-ranked and below genjutsu which affect the user while they are in the user’s sensory range have their senses deleted. This does not remove the genjutsu but hinders their ability to affect the user. Only works on genjutsu S-ranked and below, and only last for four post.


S+ Rank Techniques


▰ Clarity of the Beast [ Kemono no Tōmei-do ] | Rank S+
Allows the user to select one target and analyze them for demon chakra. If the target has demon chakra then the user is able to understand and comprehend the demon in its entirety. Furthermore, any passive increases the demon provides are null and void when used against the user. This technique last for eight post.
