The Senshi was at least somewhat considering his words, given how their grip loosened on him. And for a moment, December was hopeful that they would listen...
But they didn’t, and he let out a pained whimper as his breathing was restricted and they held him tight.
In his panic, he tried to break free, eyes squeezing shut as he bit down as hard as he could on that hand covering his mouth. It wasn’t much, it couldn’t do much damage, but he was at too afraid to do nothing at all. Even if he couldn’t remember he could power up.

Gan was getting mildly concerned. This was a place full of the desperate homeless, and his companions, though fully capable of powering up and beating any of these people to death if they so chose, were still...well, college students (or, at the very least, that age) from a well-to-do place, so who knew what might happen here? Still, he advanced methodically and slowly, keeping an eye out but not calling out or making a scene. Which, of course, meant he was unknowingly leaving the other lieutenant to his fate. Kapoodles Alas, the dice gods are not in December’s favor.

They didn't let up recognizing that the boy couldn't take much more before he was rendered unconscious. Taking hostages wasn't exactly they're MO but they needed to find out how much of what he had been saying was truth and what were lies.
Once he passed out, December was tossed over the senshi's shoulder and they disappeared into the darkness, over the wall, and away.
December has gone missing! No matter how hard you look for him, you cannot find him or any trace of him!
It's probably a good idea to get back together and head back to somewhere safe. Splitting up seems to be a bad idea, unfortunately, and it looks like you're going to have to report that another person has been captured!
Better luck next time....

As it became clear that there was a problem here, Gan finally decided to power up, to cover ground more quickly. Immediately, he became aware that there was a feeling of otherness nearby, but receding quickly. Too quickly to catch up. Still, he went that way, and confirmed that there was no Fettelite or December around, alive or otherwise. Naturally, he had some choice things to say about the situation, but those need not be recorded for posterity. They weren't in English, anyway. He found his way back to Noctua and said to her in a rather nonplussed tone, "Well, this is a bit of a mess, isn't it? It looks like they took our little friend like the others." Sweenys_Revenge Might as well have a bit of wrap up, yeah?

Gan had powered up and so, with the drunks far behidn her and around a corner, Gisela followed his lead. Once her fuku rested comfortably on her skin again and she felt a great deal less useless, she finally was able to listen. Taken. "We are in trouble," she said flatly, recalling with frightful clarity the threat Chase had given her that evening that she was called to his office. "We are in so much trouble."

“We’ll see,” Tetra replied evenly with a small shake of his head. “I admit, I don’t really know much about General Labyrinthite...or really most anyone in the Negaverse...but one would need to be very short sighted indeed to punish every little mistake.” He snorted. “Though, I guess misplacing a soldier isn’t the smallest of mistakes.” He sighed, and repeated, “We’ll see.... But I don’t think what we’re looking for is here, let’s get out of here in case more of them turn up, and this turns into a bloodbath.”
