YOUMA: 70 / 75 HP There was a lot going on, kind of like in a really complicated drill, and no one knew where they were supposed to be. Someone bumped into him doing the 'saucer eyes of fear' thing and mumbled something while beating a hasty retreat into a different chair. Being bumped into was even more jarring than glass shattering for Felix - he was used to large crashing noises, and had only glanced in the direction in time to get a faceful of hair.
"Uh?" and "Okay?" Were his very elegant responses to Allegra as he watched her go from 'pissing herself' to 'hay baby' with blondie. 'Guess he's her type. Not bad, can't say I blame her.' But then, briefly, Felix had to consider that he'd been acting suspect the whole evening too. Something, something music. Something something, couldn't be arsed to care because wasn't that glorious music? Weren't the decorations just stunning?
Felix did his best imitation of a saunter to his two new companions, "Hi. Felix Smith. Nice to meet yo--" And he absolutely would have had something fantastic and witty to say, except.
Except, there was a big-a** monster. Elephant. It was trumpeting it's rage and it was bearing down on some cabbage looking gal with a small cluster of companions all her own. His training clicked in, but only half-way because obviously transforming full on in the middle of a party was a dumb-a** thing to do.
He did it anyway, whipping out his henshin pen, tossing it high, catching it and spinning it across his ******** knuckles like he was a goddamn majorette before hollering the magic goddamn words: Suttungr Power Make Up! After a thankfully short transformation, the eye-rape senshi of Violence was in the house, standing proudly. "Stop clowning around, Dumbo, you're hogging the stage. It's not even time for your act!" With that, the toothpaste kid went parkour-vaulting across the room, going high above so that he could cast his attack downwards into the youma's large side while avoiding accidentally hurting any of the party-goers. "HEY! CABBAGE GIRL! CABBAGE FRIENDS! RUN!"
Whistling down at the beast to get it's attention, he jumped and called for his magic. "Searing Slam!" Brilliant crimson came down. So did the moron that cast it. "Woo! That was fun! Oh shi--" A flailing trunk knocked into his stomach and sent him flying into a support column with a nasty thwack. "Guess violence is your answer too, huh?"

Malaise - HP 13/15 - YOUMA: 70/75HPA lot of things happened at once, like the weird jewel that he quickly pocketed because why not, although the whole spectacle of watching Emilia... shove an entire cupcake into her mouth while maintaining direct eye contact was sure confusing. And maybe a little bit of a turn-on? "Much as I appreciate the display of how much you can fit into your mouth, red, perhaps we should revisit it later, " he responded cheerily, like he was too used to their random antics. Even though he really wasn't. He had literally no idea who they were, but then sometimes it felt like he did, god - "Same, " he said, retreating his touch when she recoiled in such a visual way. Malaise was many things, and hardly a gentleman, but he never wanted to be that kind of man. Unless they were into that sort of thing. But that was a whole other - anyway. "I thought it was just me, but - are you sure it's not just me?" What if he was imagining all of this? Imagined or not, when he saw a monster behind Ella and heard a roar of warning from someone in wow what in god's name were they wearing, but they were definitely warning them, and faced with a rampaging elephant, his first response was to grab Ella and move to pull her out of the way, doing with best to put both her and Ella behind him as he took an utterly useless swing at the monster.

As he was trying to get Caesar's attention, Jacques attention was turned to the ground where he saw something that was black and glittering. He picked it up, wondering what it was before pocketing it, and deciding that he would ask the ringmaster later.
As soon as he did so, all hell broke loose.
Suddenly, an elephant-looking youma appeared! Or at least, that's what Jacques thought it was. He was pretty sure he remembered what youma were, but why would those be at the circus? Either way, it clearly wasn't listening to any other Negaverse agents which meant it was out of control. He quickly powered up, remembering that he hated this long hair that had to accompany all of this, and used his whip that he saw on one of the nearby racks to snap it at the youma!

Emmy / Lt. Jadarite
HP: 18/20 Youma HP: 66/75 Emmy let go of Ella quickly enough. She clearly wasn't so drunk that she needed guidance. Who knew what the boss and-or party boy was thinking. Emmy had her own issues at the moment, anyway. She raised an eyebrow when Malaise made yet another comment about the cupcake, although it was more teasing than upset. She smirked as much as the chipmunk cheeks would allow. Then, she turned away for the part where she had to spend fifteen seconds chewing and swallowing and putting every ounce of energy into making sure she didn't end up with chocolate and spit dribbling down her chin. When she turned back around to Ella's babbles, instead of looking at her co-worker, she looked up and down the large, shadowy elephant that had risen behind her. In the circus, it looked rabid. At the party, it just looked wrong. It had to be put down, and there were already people rushing in to help with that. Emmy took her time. She waited until Malaise had his back to them, then said softly, just to Ella, "Emazing. And there's this, too." She concentrated on the Chaos and hoped that she was right, and then her dress shifted to a familiar uniform, although it still half felt like she was wearing a leotard. The combat lessons were harder to remember with all this going on, so she gripped her stapler hard and swung as the monster came forwards. It hit, but she got whacked with a trunk for her trouble.

The decorations on the third floor were immensely charming, Tobias would say that much. The second floor had looked lovely, too, but this felt like where he ought to stop. He glanced over at Eva.
"Want to pause here for a while, love?" He asked. Once again, he was struck by how lucky he was to be with his beautiful wife--
Wait, no. That wasn't quite right. Certainly he'd thought about marrying her, but he hadn't even proposed--
Or had he?
Because weren't they married performers? But, no--
And then his eyes were drawn to something far more urgent than some seemingly somewhat scrambled memories (no, he had never walked a tightrope in his life, why did he swear that he had--).
This elephant was, he was certain, not a natural one. Automatically, he moved between it and Eva.
"Stay behind me," he said. For a moment he considered reaching for the magic that would make him Idrialite, but no, not now, not when he was with her. He'd have to make due as himself.

As if the woman attacking her wasn't bad enough, now there was a giant elephant stomping around which made Ciaran move to block Mags from taking anything serious.
"We've got a party crasher NOT in a dress." She glared at the champagne woman who was dragged away by someone apologizing to her. She didn't really have anything snarky to say back so it was on to the problem at hand.
"I don't know what's going on Mags, but we might've had been drugged by the really awesome food." Her head was hurting from the flashes of circus and real life. "Elephant seems real though...." She threw a plate at it, "Thought we'd be dealing with big cats.

Amid all the insults and commotion, poor Mags was more confused than ever and all she could see was a GIANT elephant... which definitely was not on the plan for the party, or at least it wasn't what was mentioned on the invitation. She was pretty sure that sort of thing shoulda been mentioned on an invite because hell's bells, she might've had second thoughts about free food if it came at the cost of gettin' stomped all to hell by some giant elephant beast!
Grabbing a few of the plates after Ciaran's cue, Mags began tossing them like frisbees at the giant animal. She was better with a gun than she was with a plate but hell, this sort of target wasn't very hard to miss!
"Drugged? Ya think?"
She asked because she really didn't know -- she didn't eat shrimp on a daily basis so if they tasted funny, she had no clue of it.
Gawd, maybe she should go outside or back to whatever farm that girl was talkin' about -- she was getting a headache just trying to sort through all of this nonsense!

Feeling extra violent, Mags proceeded to grab an entire stack of plates and launched them at the elephant youma.
This proved to be pretty much useless as the weight of the plates ruined her aim, sending them all flying to the youma's feet instead of against the youma itself.

Seeing as throwing entire stacks wasn't doing her any good, Mags resorted to going back to throwing plates one at a time, like frisbees, at the giant elephant monster as if her life depended on it. If it were a game of dodgeball, the elephant would undoubtedly be losing because Mags was definitely doing a better job of smacking the youma with single plates, one breaking after the other.
It was only after the sixth or seventh plate that Mags paused to say a silent lament for whatever cleaning crew would be forced to come in afterwards.

Hurling the last of her plates at the beast, Mags was now forced to resort to using her own belongings as weapons against the youma. Not knowing what else to use besides her fists (and really, how good were fists against a tough hide like that of an elephant's?), she shifted on her legs until wide feet popped the heels off that she'd gotten at goodwill and the young woman bent down to scoop up the gaudy looking pre-owned shoes.
Running forward at the beast, she took the heel portion of the shoes and began smacking the fiend as hard as she could. If fists couldn't do the trick, maybe fashion could! The heels had to prove good for something, right???

The heels seemed to be doing the trick (at least, from what Mags could tell - it was honestly kind of hard to tell because the giant elephant wasn't exactly talking and Mags wasn't being stepped on so all in all, Mags felt this was progress) so she continued to wallop at the giant monster with her shoes, up until one of the heels broke off entirely.
Forced to use only one shoe, she switched between both kicking and punching the youma with her free side, taking turns with smacking the creature with the one good shoe. The other was abandoned to the floor, leaving her feet bare and unfortunately susceptible to the shattered plates all around the floor.
It was like dancing on eggshells, only if eggshells were broken plates and dancing involved kicking a giant elephant monster.

One wrong step and CRUNCH, her bare foot landed on the sharp edge of a broken plate and she let out a squall that would put any newborn baby to shame. The cut went deep and she started to hop to grab at her foot, watching as blood now painted the floor on top of the broken dinnerware and the giant elephant she was trying hard not to get stepped on by.
So maybe removing her shoes hadn't been the best thought -- but there was no going back, not when she only had one shoe on left anyways.
Hopping on one foot, she continued to idly slap at the monster with her good remaining heel, trying her best not to step on any more fractured plates at the same time.

Mags was a sight to behold during this whole escapade. Perhaps whatever drugs that they had ingested was causing them was fueling the taller woman's rage. She was tossing plates and shoes like....like
"Mags, your feet." Ciaran hated to see her dodging around plate shards, so she picked some up and chucked them at the monster elephant.
After all, they needed to take care of the elephant in the room.

Shards of plates weren't doing the damage she needed, so Ciaran opted for the next best thing.....
The silverware. She dragged a tablecloth off the table, grabbing all of the silverware and launching them at the elephant like she was some kind of ninja out of a video game.
She had been training all her life for this sort of video game expertise.

There was a definite lack of weapons in the vicinity, as she ran out of silverware to jack. The elephant was starting to look more like a porcupine then it was anything else, it's head swinging back and forth. Tables flying.
Ciaran was a lion tamer....not a elephant tamer.
Her next though was to just.....throw food. Maybe its eye or nose and disorient it enough for it to stop rampaging.
Anything to get it to calm down.
