Danaë continue to look down. Adam apologized, but it didn't help with the feelings that she had towards the humans that hurt her in Signal. She was harmed, not only physically, but mentally as well. She wanted to get over it, but it was still fresh in her mind. She had only been out of Signal for well, the time that she had been at Beacon. The two years that she had been there had been hell for her. She unlocked her semblance, became a master of hiding, and worked her a** off at school to get where she was. Then again, most people didn't know that she graduated from Signal early. Wait, did they think that she was 17? Oh, that might not be good... Danaë wasn't even sure that Narx knew their age difference.
"It's fine. Most Faunus has some affinity with food, but I seem to hoot instead...Ho-oh" Her voice was still low. Then they were talking about people eating faunus. The thought almost made her vomit. It was true, faunus had animal qualities, but they weren't actual animals. "Only very sick people eat faunus. It's like cannibalism, we are people!" She raised her voice a bit. Eating faunus was disgusting. Then again, she knew someone who was able to use cannibalism to heal herself. It was really weird.
Oh, then she would be asked which school she went to. She really didn't want to talk too much about it. "I went to Signal for 2 years, and graduated early..." Her voice would trail off. There it was, her true age. Then the lights went out. Her eyes started to glow, as they always did when the lights went out. Her eyes were able to pick up the smallest of lights, and then allow her to get a clear view of the room. She not one saw, but felt Chase start to run from beside her. She would sigh and get up. "I'll go get him." She would then stand up, dodging all the panicking students, to follow chase silently through the school.
