Page Richtersveld of PlutoRichtersveld actually ... didn't know what was going on, here. The biggest problem with being a knight is that their communication devices were not just handed to them. They also were not innately created to work with the senshi devices, needing mods to even do that much. Of course, she couldn't exactly get the mods if she didn't even have the ring to do the mods upon. Needless to say, Richtersveld actually had no idea there was an event happening at the soccer field that evening. She did, while on one of her patrols, noticing an increasing amount of noise coming from the neighborhood, and the fact that the floodlights were on at the soccer field, though. Perhaps there was something going on that night? She could always watch from afar and be a silent protector. Could make sure that no Negaverse agents decided to use a children's competitive event to fuel their dark machinations. Holding her first aid kit tightly at her waist, Richtersveld made her way over, only to be surprised by the fact that there were no children there at all. Well, she noted, grimly, there were apparently a couple children. Children that should not have been there. Children who had gotten roped into a war they didn't belong in. The girl in a white and sparkly outfit especially caught her notice, and Richtersveld couldn't help being almost appalled by her youth. How had she even gotten out here? Were her parents not paying attention? Richtersveld would not pretend she should be in bed, but she should, at the very least, be in her house. What was happening here, though? Richtersveld drew closer to the crowd, mostly out of curiosity, some of it morbid. Quote: Richtersveld's open for interaction!

Sailor Meissa - Team WhitePerhaps it was because she hadn't really received an answer to whom Cybele might me that Meissa strode to the tables that housed the different colored masks and a sheet that had names on it. Glancing down the list she spotted her name and picked up a white mask and swung it around on her finger before sighing. Perhaps now was a good time to make introductions but the senshi of Bobcats was hesitant enough to wade into the middle of the conversations that were going on. Instead her gaze locked on a figure that was approaching the group and briefly considering minding her own business. But she was curious about the newcomer's garb. The individual looked like she could have been a senshi but yet, the aura was not similar to ones that Meissa had sensed before.
Closing the distance so that only a few feet remained between herself and the newcomer Meissa grinned before saying the first thing that came to her mind, "I love your outfit."
She really hoped that she hadn't just made a faux-pas statement and stood quietly, hoping that this new person would deign to speak with her.Seiana_ZI Meissa is noticing Richtersveld and speaking with her

Guardian Cat Mlinzi Mel happily accepted the pats but he let out a slightly sad mrow at the 'no candy' comment. Even though the biggest candy holiday of the year had only just passed? That stunk! Ah well, Mel was still interested in the other goodies the lady brought with her. Maybe she had fish! Yay, fish! The cat wasn't actually hungry, he had eaten before his girl and he left for this training but one should never pass up free food. Especially if it was candy or fish! Being careful, surprisingly for the large fur ball, Mel climbed onto the table and looked over the food offerings. It didn't take long for him to loose all interest in the snacks, chips and veggies were all good for the humans but Mel was hoping for some fish, or chicken, or stake... something he could really enjoy. Veggies were good and all but they weren't really a meal. Oh well. With his nose wrinkling at the offerings Mel glanced over at the white cat who slid up to him. "Hiya. You have snacks? Whats sub space? What kind of snacks do you have? Your name is Arthur like King Arthur? Thats cool! Do you have fish in your space thingy? Do I have a space thingy? How do I-" He got cut off at the arrival of his girl. "Hey Si- Kastra! This is Arthur like King Arthur who pulled the sword from the stone and he has a space thingy that has snacks in it! Can I have some? Can I? Can I?" He really needed to remember that her senshi name was Kastra but Siti just rolled off the tongue so much easier. Even though he was still on the table he was careful of the stuff around him, mostly because if he got hungry later on he didn't want to ruin all the stuff. MoonKitsune have all the questions XD serpentsong he is being a good kitty and not knocking the table down tho it might be a good idea to suggest he get off of it >.<'

Squire Tortuga of JupiterTortuga had learned about the little training battle situation from Fi since he had yet to get his ring. He knew he needed to correct that, he had all the upgrades and had them for a while but it was the ring itself he needed. One little problem, he couldn't get to his wonder... well didn't want to go. Space travel squicked him out. His feet haven't left Terra Firma... well except those times he went to mars and there was that other thing but neither of those had really been up to him. What if he screwed up somehow. Would he be stuck in space? at his Wonder or somewhere else all together? No thanks, he would rather just stay here on Earth and everything. It was safer.... ironically. Anyway! It was Fi who mentioned this little get together, she mentioned it but Tortuga suggested they go. It would be a good experience for here little band of lost boys and he needed to get use to his magic now that he was a Squire. Honestly he would rather be spending one of their rare days where they both were off but if he didn't train he might not survive the next bat s**t crazy stuff he ended up in. He survived the theater incident only by the skin of his teeth and his surprise upgrade. Not an experience he wanted to repeat any time soon. "Do you see them?" The redheaded squire asked his girlfriend even as he surveyed the crowd that was rapidly growing. He didn't actually know who her group was when powered up but that didn't stop him from searching. He even spotted a few people he was familiar with, some in passing but others definitely stood out to him.

Team Black - Sailor Duhr
She'd gotten the call on her phone - err, message rather, and had debated on not going. It wasn't that she wasn't able and willing to fight, it was mostly just because most of the shindigs these other sailors put together tended to be more yap than slap and Duhr wasn't about that kind of life.
She could brawl like the best of them but when it came to holding up her end of the conversation.... well, there was definitely some issues there.
But she'd shown up anyway, mostly out of curiosity, some out of boredom. While she thought she could hide on the outskirts of the crew (though a six foot tall girl in a pouf skirt and blonde curls had a mighty difficult time hiding as it was), it soon became abundantly clear that someone wanted to talk to her.
Namely, some spunky pigtailed girl with the a chipper attitude that was almost annoying, if she didn't look so gosh darn cute in her little pajama lookin' outfit. Duhr still didn't know who was in charge of pickin' out everyone's outfit but the girl looked like she was tryin' to be one of those flyin' squirrels instead of a senshi. Still looked better than being doused with lace and pearls, if the blonde had anything to say about it.
"Woah there, gal, you're gonna end up knockin' yerself out if you ain't careful."
She had gusto, Duhr'd give her that. Her swings were sloppy and all over the place but the energy level was at least enthusiastic enough to bring a grin on the older girl's face.
"Gotta keep your thumb on the outside of those fists, don't wanna break it by puttin' your hands together wrong."

Team White - Sailor Castalia
Castalia had absolutely no idea what she was doing.
She'd been a senshi for a little over... a week, maybe? Maybe even less, she wasn't sure. The exact day she'd become a crime fighting superhero of Destiny City should be one for the history books, she supposed, but she also wasn't terribly certain that this was an identity that she was going to keep up with.
It interfered with practically everything on her schedule, not to mention was dangerous as could be. The skirt was far shorter than she cared for it, the jade pearls and cross were a beautiful accessory but pride in one's appearance was a slippery slope that usually led to vanity and all other associating sins.
No, she'd give this sailor scout thing a try a time or two, then put her pen into retirement, as far as she was concerned. Still, when her phone had received the notification that there was a gathering of people, she decided there was power in number -- maybe a little more investigation into this sort of thing was in order?
So that's how she found herself lingering among a group of oddly dressed strangers, her hands idly pulling down at her skirt as eyes roamed around the area, drinking in the bizarre looking crowd that surrounded her.

Sailor Beta Leporis -- Team I ForgotSneaking out had become a truly herculean feat since Imagi and her sister had finally come to blows over what had happened nearly a year ago now. Amarillys was patrolling the halls like her own senshi's beat nearly every hour, going so far as to poke her head into Aura's room when she thought her sister was asleep. Aura wasn't asleep. She woke with Amarillys' alarm every sixty minutes, being such a light sleeper, and that combined with the knowledge that she was being held prisoner in her own home was enough to ensure that she didn't sleep. But she managed and she was here, yawning at the snacks table with a cup of water in one hand and the mask in the other. She turned the plastic over, rubbing the cool material with the pads of her fingers with a sigh. Somewhere inside of her, she wished that she had told Amarillys about this since Imagi was so bad at making friends. She would have dragged her around to others and forced her to interact... which would have been painfully awkward and embarrassing and sudden Beta's wish that she had brought her younger sister along evaporated like water on a hot sidewalk. No, she was glad that she had come alone. She didn't need Amarillys, especially since she had proven time and time again to be incapable of protecting her, providing for her, or doing anything else that was anything less than self serving. She proved that once when she almost let Imagi die. She proved that again when she almost let Imagi become a monster. And she proved that again in the warehouse when proving a point was more important than protecting Imagi from a monster. If Imagi wanted anything, she would need to do it for herself. With that mindset, she strode in what she hoped was a confident way over to a familiar face and announced herself with a very curt, "hello Lepus," and nothing else. She wanted to say something else, of course, but no other words came to her. Only the greeting and then painfully awkward silence. Maybe this had been a bad idea.

Knight Alphubel"Cadmus of Cranberries? That's an interesting sphere! I'm always kind of jealous of senshi. You guys get cool spheres and we knights just get... well we belong to a planet so it's a group of us rather than individuals." He swore that the more he talked the more he stumbled over his words and somehow made them sound like something an alien would say while trying to blend in with humans. Alphubel nodded his head in agreement. "Yeah, these types of things can be overwhelming. But usually if I find someone to talk to it isn't so bad. Then you don't feel as awkward as you would be if you were just by yourself." He knew that Cadmus was just nervous. After all, it's not like they were all extroverts who could just throw themselves into any social situation and be okay. "I'm not... too good at fighting myself so I thought that this might be a way to practice for a bit. Though I'm sure I'll just look ridiculous." He was a knight for goodness sake. He should know how to fight by now but nope. Still barely able to throw a punch correctly. He looked at the others who had come, still none that he had recognized, but he did see a few knights now though. He wasn't the only one then. "At least if we lose it looks like we can stuff our faces for a bit." Alph said while motioning to the table laden with food. "Might just lose on purpose, that food looks good." Should he continue talking? He wondered if he was talking too much. Maybe he should just be quiet and quit looking like an idiot. unohime Go awkward! edit: sorry for the double quote!

Guardian Cat FaustAbout damn time Order started training themselve again. How long had it been now? Couple years? Hell if Faust could remember the last time he trained with a group — which meant it'd been too damn long. He wasn't about to stand for that s**t. Hell, if Cybele didn't get to it first, he would've set up the training. In a few years or decades or something. When he felt like it.
Now, he didn't have to — all he needed was to saunter his a** up to the oddball folding table in the middle of a soccer field and chat with a bunch of the Joes and Janes that dragged their inexperienced behinds to this meeting. And then he just had to kick their asses while wearing a mask. Hell if he knew what the masks were for — he didn't know half these people — but he'd wear the damn mask.
Absent his senshi, Faust strolled between miles of legs to reach the table, then leapt up to the tabletop with all the grace of a sausage. The table wobbled, the snacks shifted, and the fluffball readjusted himself to get settled in the corner he claimed. At least from here, it was easier to see the crowd of schmucks who were about to experience furry pain. He didn't see a whole lot of people he recognized. They must be too trained from knowing him to bother showing up for this group. Assholes, the lot, but they were his assholes.
He was a cat, though — he didn't have to walk up to anybody. All he needed to do was sit there and the group mindset would slowly turn toward petting him. It always did.Quote: Wow I missed three pages but Faust is open to interaction

Super Sailor Denebola
The message had come as a surprise, but Denebola thought that, by all accounts, it was worth checking out. While she could hold her own, sort of, when it came to a brawl she didn't have any...practical training and thought that, with all of the newer senshi that had gathered around her, it would be a good idea to attend.
Not everyone was able to attend but...She knew that Elara would be there somewhere and, hopefully, Phoebe.
"Not yet," she admitted, stretching on her wedges to try and get a better look over the heads and moving bodies. "Elara's easy to spot, that purple isn't very common." In fact, the redhead couldn't recall anyone but the slime senshi sporting purple hair.
Her hand reached for her boyfriend's and she tugged him into the crowd.beejoux if you need an easy in and want to find them

Team Black - Sailor Heculina of Manta Rays
Herculina had lowered the arm she was attempting to punch with, but now both hands were clapsed together in front of her, her eyes wide and possibly sparkling a little. "Oh! That would be very bad. I am trying my best, but you look and feel much stronger than I am! Thank you for the advice! Like this?"
She held up a closed fist, tucking her thumb against the side of her fingers without putting it inside. It was still a rather weak fist, but she was proud of it nonetheless.
"Your dress is beautiful!" Herculina added, beaming. "What's your name? Mine's Herculina! I'm here to be stronger, but I've only been a senshi for a week, so I'm not really all that good yet..."

Sailor Anastasia
When she'd gotten the message on the phone Itcha had provided her with, Anastasia had been surprised. At first glance it hadn't seemed like something that would be useful for much, but it apparently got service????
And curiosity had gotten the better of her, the inkling desire to see what kind of people showed up to these sorts of things that the new(ish) senshi had donned all her magical girl glory and skipped her way over.
She wished she could've told Bea all about this new part of her but the yapping cat had been pretty insistent that she don't. Which was super lame, because now she was at this weird gathering and she had no one she knew.

Super Sailor CybeleCybele smiled again, once it seemed that Anser was chipper as ever and not still hurt, or holding grudges or anything of the sort. That was good. Cybele held enough grudges against herself. There had been magic involved, of course, but she should have been smarter, should have told people to be careful after she'd been hit the first time. It didn't matter, now. She was doing what she could, now. That was what she needed to focus on, and the cats running off to look for food made it a little easier, as she now had her hands free to give out masks to whoever came up to her table. She spared a look to the man behind Anser, giving him the same business smile everyone else was getting before leaning in close to the younger senshi. "Your brother's an Eternal?" she asked, raising an eyebrow, impressed. "It's good to see you've got people looking out for you." Another familiar face came to the table, and Cybele waved at the other green and purple senshi. "Larissa! Hello. Welcome. Thank you for coming out, all the support's been really nice, actually." She handed over a mask, then leaned back a little to talk to both of them. "That's part of what I'm hoping people get out of this. Spport. Then, maybe people who don't already have friends to look out for them can find some." She glanced around, from the table to the crowd. "I'm not sure what team I'll be on yet, I'm trying to keep things balanced. I think white needs a bit more right now."

Eternal Sailor Eurydike"Are they ********' kiddin' me with these?" Eurydike grunted, brandishing the mask in his hand like it was a dirty pair of underwear. If he'd realized how goddamn literal the masquerade thing was going to be... "Also, ********; there's a lot of people here, " he remarked to his husband, who was really about seventy-five percent of the reason he'd come to this thing. (Although he wondered if Emrys was thinking the same damn thing. Heh.) As typical, he had a cigarette dangling out of the corner of his lips, his fingers tapping rhythmically against his outer thigh as he quickly skimmed the crowd. At least it'd just be friendly fire; seemed like a decent way to into s**t, especially now that he was powered up. Come to think of it, he was pretty sure he spotted the cat in charge somewhere around here - and Faust, even. Go figure. And good to learn to deal with the whole eye thing - Eye thing. Oh hey, speaking of. "Gev!" he called (more like barked), a little more eager than he really needed to. But he held up the mask and pointed to it with a 'what the literal ******** is this s**t?' face, because hey, at least he'd get it.

Knight Gevaudan =========== Gev stopped spinning the massive weapon when his name was called and looked to the crowd to Eurydike holding up a mask in a very WTF expression.
Desummoning his weapon, he waved as he walked over and pulled out his own mask. "I'd rather we have armbands. I already have an eye patch. I don't need more on my face." He openly complained to the senshi.
"I don't think some of these people have fought a day in their life. It's going to be a show." He said as he looked around.
"So you're on my team. Good. I won't have to crack your skull today."
