He knew, from watching the rehearsals and reading up on things, that the intermission was about to happen and he was on edge. This would be the time for the group to strike and make sure no one got out of this room. They'd have to keep everyone inside...so they needed to get out first and lock the doors.

On the edge of his seat, literally, the ashen blond could only hope it would all work out as the first act slowly drew to a close - the witch flying off on a broom she enchanted to fly.

That was it - the end of the first act! Finally.

Ayesha would've found an agreeable opinion in the other girl if the doors hadn't slammed shut loudly, announcing their predicament. Some ran for them out of a hasty, automatic response to seek the freedom they were just denied, and others, like herself, remained wary in their seats. Was this some kind of a theater trick? Was it built into the play? She found it poor taste if it was.

She looked to her left and right, finding that both neighbors were gone. With a slow exhalation, Ayesha spread her hands over the arms of her chair and prepared for what was to come.

Tom had been about to nod off for a final time, when suddenly it was intermission. Finally He thought as she silently moved to the doors, before the lights came back on, and close the exists near his position. He had simply walked out and closed them as quietly as he could, and after it was done, he sighed and waited for the inevitable panicked noise from the audience to come through.

He quickly powered up, and immediately noticed what he hoped wouldn’t happen. There were Order members here. He didn’t know how many, but there was no mistaking those auras. Since he had done his job, he decided to go and find Benitoite to see if the other General already knew of their “problem”. It wouldn’t be hard, one just had to power up.

It wasn’t too bad though. As much as he had disliked torturing that other senshi, which was more because they weren’t in his lab rather than caring about how the senshi acted, he still would like to experiment on one of them. Perhaps they might have the key to what he needed to know about starseed pulling?

Either way, this was an opportunity he wasn’t going to waste. He just hoped he could get out of the building quickly enough, he did have to sleep some more for class after all. They did not go easy on first-year medical students.

He teleported until he found his General friend. “We have… problems. They shouldn’t be too difficult to get rid of though. But if you have a plan I would like to hear it.”

Erich continued to scan the audience, making sure that he didn’t know anyone in there. If he had, he would have quietly gotten them out of there as soon as possible to avoid what was going to happen. But there was no one. He supposed he should count himself lucky. No one he was close to was going to get hurt tonight, but it still didn’t make the nervousness that settled in his stomach go away. But he had a job to do, and he was going to do it. Though only the bare minimum, he wanted to wash his hands of all of this as soon as possible.

And so, when intermission just started, he quickly darted out the door closest to him and closed it, not really caring if it slammed or not. Perhaps that would signal to some of the audience members that something wasn’t quite right and that they should get out of there.

Who was he kidding, they would probably think that someone just really had to go to the restroom and beat everyone else to it.

No, this was going to be a slaughter. Like shooting fish in a barrel, only it was in a much larger room. He shook his head, and powered up, still feeling a bit disgusted at the feeling of chaotic energy that went through him when he did. He would be getting out of all of this. He wouldn’t let anyone control him, especially this chaos stuff. The only problem was he had to act like he wanted to be a part of all of this for now. After all, if they found out he would be trying to leave the Negaverse, he was sure that they wouln’t let him out alive.

Shannon knew what was coming so as the play progressed she got a bit more tense after each musical number. It was coming, it was coming. Soon.... Soon she would be free of this asinine play and the crowd of annoying people around her. She would be free to yank seeds and energy as much as she wanted. Would the ******** witch just get on her broom and leave already! That's what the stupid wiki page said was the intermission marker, the pale haired writer had checked out the general outline of the play just to make sure she knew what to expect, besides it made it easier for her to time her chance to slip from her seat with very little local disturbance.

She didn't give two damns if the old bitty next to her, or the young kid either for that matter, marked her leaving but she really didn't need either following her while the green witch finished up her musical number right before the curtain closed for intermission. Shannon was going to find Alex, shadow him to a quiet location, power up, then have some fun. None of that would work if her seat mates made a fuss or tagged along. So by the time the witch flew off and the curtains closed Shannon was already on her way through the theater.

Even she wasn't immune to the chill that traveled down her spine at the echoing sound of the doors slamming shut. She knew it was going to happen but it was still disconcerting. "Time to really get to work," Shannon quietly muttered to herself as she spotted Alex and quickly followed him.

Pat did his best to curb the urge to sing along, and actually pulled it off, not that it really mattered since the first act was nearly done. With the witch flying off Act 1 was officially over and he could go grab a drink or use the bathroom. Maybe text Fiona while he was at it, see how she was doing. The sound of the doors slamming shut had him glancing around, his first shock was that his neighbor wasn't a girl but a guy. s**t... he owed him a serious apology. The second shock was seeing that people were already at the doors to the rest of the theater and were already having issues getting out.

An ominous feeling crawled up his back. Pat didn't know what was going on but it wasn't good. The guy next to him seemed to have the same feeling but his polite, and not quite so polite, 'excuse me's weren't doing squat. Standing, the tall redhead looked over at their crowded row and said quite calmly but with surprising force, "Move please. I'm a Firefighter so let me through!" It wasn't quite a lie, he was a EMT but he worked at a firehouse. There likely wasn't many others in the theater right then who was better at dealing with the mess as he was. He stepped passed the rest of the patrons before pausing for a split second and turned back to the boy who had been sitting next to him. "Sorry about earlier, both times. Just wanted to say before," He didn't finish, just shrugged, and went towards the mass of people already piling up at the door.
