Chosen Power: Night Vision
Restrictions: Can see in the darkest of places and blackest of nights, as if it was daytime. Unfortunately, this does mean bright light temporarily blinds Dweller's with this power for up to an hour each time they're exposed to the light. Dimly lit locations can strain the eyes but will not blind the Dweller.

Restrictions: Can sense the feelings of animals around them, including other Dweller. They also can also gently push their own emotions on others, although the Dweller or animal must be either in a weak state of mind or willing to be effected.

Suggestion: Power Name: Shadow Manipulation (or something better worded)
Power Description: Ability to control shadows, moving them along a surface and manipulating them into any shape the Dweller desires?
Power Limitations: Cannot use in bright environments, light vanquishes shadows of course~
Notes: Is vague idea, open to changes XD

Suggestion: Power Name: Plant Manipulation
Power Description: User manipulate plants, including wood, vines, plants, moss, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, fruits and flowers. The user can cause plants to grow, move and heal plants by lending their own energy to the plant they are manipulating.
Power Limitations: Plants that are pushed past their DNA potential end up withering and dying as soon as the manipulation is finished. Pushing a plant past is DNA potential causes great strain upon the users body, and the user often will need a great amount of rest before they can manipulate plants again, as their own life energy is used in the manipulation.
Notes: I kinda see this as a dumbed down version of poison ivy's powers.
