The spin kick was too swift for Valens, who was paying attention to the area struck by Matt's elbow instead of paying attention to Matthew himself! Cassius fell back near the ropes, holding his abdomen, as he groaned from the pain.

Seeing Cassius finally in a groggy position right where he wanted him, Matt would then run to the opposite ropes, and rebound off, coming back with a clothesline, attempting to send him over the top rope and to the outside!

Cassius laid on the ropes for a few seconds, which was enough for Matt to catch him off guard once more! Cassius would be clothesline'd over the top rope, falling out of the ring.

Following up with the clothesline, Matt would've stayed on top of Cassius. Exiting the ring through the middle rope and to the outside, Matt would've picked up Cassius, and attempt to bang his head, head first onto the top of the nearby barricade.

Without much time to recover, Cassius was unable to push Matthew off, getting his head smashed against the barricade. Valens was getting furious, as he feels as though he's being pushed around with ease.

With the referee now beginning the count of "one" with both men on the outside, Matt would've then attempted to Irish-whip Valens into the nearby ring-post.

Unexpectedly Irish-whipped into the turnbuckle post on the outside, now the referee being at a two count, would have Matt stumble down to one knee.

Cassius wasted no time and went after Matt. Cassius would attempt to grab Matt and slam his head against the post!

After getting his head slammed into the post, Matt would fall back-first on the ground, favoring the area!

Matt would be placed into the ring, as he would roll in, getting on all fours, which would be his hands and knees, trying to find time to recuperate.

Valens rolled, following Matt. Seeing Matt on all fours incited Valens to get close and attempt to put him in a gutwrench, Valens' arms tightly around Matt's abdomen.

Matt would be placed in a gutwrench clutch-hold. Unable to think of a counter, or to even muster up the movement, Matt would take the chances to see what would happen next!

Having Matt in his clutches, Valens would attempt to pick his opponent up, and proceed to hit Matt with a gutwrench suplex!
