Day 39 Theme: Redraw a 5-year or older drawing that you used to love
Comments: The original 2011 image is avi art I did for girlfriend (now wife) a few months after we started dating. At the time, I was so proud of those horns, I loved it! I even made the monumental effort it took to color it for her in MS Paint with only the laptop mouse at my disposal. And then I was so nervous to give it to her, haha. Anyway, I had her recreate this avi for me today and then I used it as a reference instead of the original image. ^ ^ All in all, I think it turned out well.

Comments: Finished! Not bad for a sketch done by the light of a flashlight. Our power came back on after 7hrs, but we had no internet until this morning. I got to work as soon as I could. Thanks Chii for your help last night, you're the best!

Comments: Ugh, I do not miss using MS Paint. Way back in the day I used it to edit and or color my images.. It took seven days and seven nights to do anything! I've come so far since then so I think I will stick with GIMP.
