A troll! A fusion of mechanics and flesh! Rotten and putrid and ferocious. Its strikes were hard, ringing painfully off of Keionx's shield with the screech of metal on metal. She stabbed it hard, and then reached for one of the small bombs she had picked up.
Keionx found bombs to be imprecise and likely to hurt allies and innocents, as well as enemies. But they were appropriate in certain circumstances, causing a great deal of damage to a single opponent... or reaping through a crowd of assailants.
This was, indeed, an appropriate. "Explosive incoming, my comerades!" she shouted out, moving into an idea position with her shield before throwing her bomb at the cyborg.

"Whoa!" She barely avoided getting super mega burned by some laser eyes. Instead, Luxara was only slightly crispy. "What is up with the trolls on this ship?" And this one looked more robot than troll. Yeesh. Whatever, she could pierce through metal. She'd done it before, and she'd do it again.
Luxara loaded up. "If you can't kill it, at least disable it!" She shot for the eyes, for instance. "It's important that it can't hurt us!"

Eridia was sick and tired of everything already. Damn, it was like they weren't going to end this odyssey anytime soon. With all and all, she was determined not to perish and die in a bad mood. Ever since her life had drops and awkward turns, she had proposed herself never to go to sleep, pass out, or die, feeling sad, mad or anxious. No. "I'm not so sure to call this dead cyborg hot or nah. Anybody got an opinion on this? No? Oh well." She chuckled as she attacked the cyborg.

"You want hot, setting it on fire's always an option!" Luxara called out. But, she was joking. Trolls finding the undead attractive... Well. Kinda gross, but she wasn't going to say anything about it. She lined another shot. "Not like it'll matter for much longer!" she laughed and shot. "It's gonna be deader than dead real soon once I'm done with it."
Maybe she should look into a new vantage point soon. Hm.

"No-, hot wouldn't be enough to describe just how appealing this dead fellow looks. I would say, alluring, no! Smokin' hot! She laughed as the slashed it's front with a smirk plastered on her face. The highblood didn't care if they took the jokes seriously or not but whatever. If they died here no one would know. Eridia hummed as she continued to slash whatever metal or flesh like surface she could hit.
Rutaca Spuode (Keionx Rutace) "'Twas burning before - would rather it not catch fire now!" Or maybe that would help? Keionx wasn't sure - hadn't her lusus told her something about not lighting fires in enclosed spaces?
As for... the other thing... Keionx had nothing to say about... that. Ugh. No.
She managed a glancing hit on the monstrousity, trying her best to deflect the laser attacks with her shield... to varying effect.
It hurt, but like a good hero should, she grit her teeth and bore it.

"Good use of your shield!" Luxara cheered. "Good swing, too. Good daggerwork, too, boss." She kept on keeping on with her own work. "We're doing pretty well! Just keep at it."
After shooting, she paused. "Oh, hey! Spuode! Catch!" She tossed her healing trinket. "Looks like you could use it!" Gotta keep the team fighting, after all. A good boost should help.

THe cyborg hit her back and, strangely, she felt a sharper pain go up her arm. She breathed in heavily as she rubbed her arm, feeling a tingly sensation go up her arm. Maybe she was tired?
"I need a long paid vacation." Eridia was tempted to use her robotic skull on the cyborg that dared to attack her. What was once a funny joke turned into a sour one. Spinning her daggers, Eridia lunged and stabbed it. Slashed it even out of spite, but it only made the pain sharper. She wanted to get out of here NOW.
Keionx caught the trinket and bowed graciously - though with slightly less grace than she would have liked. The daywalker had gotten a few good hits in past her shield, after all... and they were also still in battle. She used her shield to get closer before she went ahead and lopped off what looked like an important part of the cyborg daywalker's fleshly anatomy - it was hard for Keionx to tell through all the wires and cybernetics, but it did still have something her blade could cut...

The cyborg was falling apart, bit by bit. Luxara could see it. Good. If the ******** ever got back up again, it would hopefully be a lot weaker for whoever else had to deal with it. She guessed things didn't rust much in space. Maybe not enough oxidation for it? Good for ships, then, bad for dealing with half-metal daywalkers.
A note for the future, maybe. If this was something to worry about for the future. Though, if there was another issue this wild-scale, they'd probably be killed by it and be the daywalkers.
Sucks.
Luxara shrugged it off and kept shooting til the thing went down.

Rutaca Spuode (Keionx Rutace) "Good shooting yourself." Keionx said belatedly. What was Luxara's disguise name? Also, was she always like this, or was this some sort of deception to deflect the purpleblood's attentions from their mission? A... smoke-screen? Was that the proper terminology? Either way Keionx accepted the complements - she was, after all, very grateful for her shield.
She shook the unspeakable liquids from her blade and looked about her - there was still a ways yet to go, she felt, in this sterile crypt. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She would have to call on her reserves of strength in ways she hadn't had to do for a long time. They came, as readily as ever - just a brief moment of rest, and she was ready to go again.

Daywalker taken care of, room confirmed empty, Luxara checked her team. Kei would be able to take care of herself, but this highblood...she wasn't so sure. Didn't matter if Luxara didn't like her, they all had to pull their weight. They were committed now. And she wasn't going to fall to daywalkers because Princess got tired.
"Hey, boss! Looks like you could use a boost. I have these here healing darts. You just use 'em like a syringe and it'll keep you going. Nifty, right? Wanna try it out?" They were on camera so of course she wouldn't, like, poison Eridia.

With that offer on the table, and Eridia left to her own devices (but she better give those darts back or so help her) Luxara decided to take a breather. They hit a pretty rough daywalker to start out with. There would only be more. Just get that energy back, and she'd be good to go.
Luxara did some stretches, listening for anything weird as she did. As nothing happened, and continued to not happen, she soon enough felt good enough to keep moving.
"All right, whenever we're all ready, let's get this train going."
