Arachne's arm was a heavy, steady thing around his waist, Almandine's fingers still framing the other's face. He could feel the strong jawline against his palm, the warmth of his skin against his fingers, and made a soft sound of surprise as Arachne pulled back, wondering if he'd gone too far, done too much.
"Did I - " he started to ask, but Arachne's mouth was already over his again, Almandine's lips parting instinctively and obediently. The touch of Arachne's tongue sent a frisson of heat coursing through him from the top of his head to the tips of his toes; Almandine's hands slid around to the back of Arachne's neck, twining together there.
He liked that a great deal. Almandine's breathing was uneven as he pulled back just a little.
"That...yes," he murmured breathlessly, and then leaned in again, fingers toying with the hair at the nape of Arachne's neck.

Aracnhe lamented the fact that he wasn't strong enough, or at least didn't think he was strong enough, to tug Almandine into his lap. It would be a lot easier to continue what they were doing that way but he also didn't want to stop long enough to tell the other man to move. He'd have to stop kissing him. He'd have to make Almandine move his hands off his neck and that seemed like a tragedy. The touch of his fingers, warm hands, felt good against the back of his neck. With Almandine's agreement that he liked the deeper kisses Arachne smirked. When the other senshi leaned in again he gently nipped at his bottom lip before pressing into the kiss. He kept the kiss slow, so Almandne could mimic what he was doing and learn, but didn't hold back. They both wanted this so why not indulge a bit?

The brief feeling of Arachne's teeth against his lower lip had Almandine startled, breath catching in his throat; but it was almost immediately followed by Arachne's mouth back over his, warm and pliant and slow in a way that was easy to move with, easy to fall into. It was a searching, exploratory thing, nothing rough or too intense, but Arachne kissed with a confident firmness that was making Almandine a little dizzy.
He was, at the very least, a quick learner and always had been, whether it was scholarly learning or theater, and it applied to this as well. Almandine's lips parted against Arachne's, his own tongue sliding into Arachne's mouth, Almandine pushing himself a little closer, wanting the warmth, the growing familiarity.
He liked this too much already. It was entirely out of his league, and yet it had never made Almandine feel more like he was in the middle of something new and incredible.

Arachne groaned quietly when Almandine kissed him back and for a bit he let the other senshi control things. Learning by example was always best in his opinion and he was not going to complain about being Almandine's test subject. It felt good, made him feel warm, and was far too comfortable for how new it was. Almandine felt wonderful in his arms. He pulled back slowly, brushing their noses together, and trying to calm his breathing. "Alma ..." Reaching up he plucked the glasses off the other senshi's nose. tucking them into Almandine's vest before nudging at the other man's hip. "Come here, if you sit in my lap this will be easier." He shifted back a bit on the wall so Almandine would be able to balance better if he chose to do as Arachne wanted him to.

The groan was a pleasing sound. Almandine wondered what he could do to hear it again, letting out a protesting sound of his own as Arachne pulled back. His eyes fluttered open, lashes low, cheeks flushed, and didn't protest as Arachne tugged his glasses off.
The invitation to sit on Arachne's lap was not met with any resistance. Almandine was unfamiliar with all of this, and entirely inexperienced, but even he knew that it would be a better angle and less strained if he was facing Arachne, instead of sitting beside him. It was a sensible reason.
Almandine shifted, turning. One leg slid across Arachne's lap as Almandine braced his knee in place on the other side, moving, a little awkwardly maybe, but unhesitatingly, until he was straddling Arachne's lap. He settled down carefully, knees bent on either side, and lifted his hands to rest back on the back of Arachne's neck, looking up at him.
"Better?" he asked cautiously.

"Much better." Arachne smiled, arms looping around Almandine's waist so he could help keep the other man balanced. It was tempting to let his hands wander, something he would have done normal, but restrained himself for once. Pushing boundaries was fine to an extent but with Almandine he didn't want to push too far. Arachne didn't want to risk losing what he had in trying to get more. With Almandine settled he leaned in, lips brushing along the other senshi's jaw for a moment before he tilted his head so he could catch Almandine's lips in another kiss. It was much easier at this angle, no need to stretch or strain to try to make things work. Instead he could focus on enjoying the way Almandine's lips felt against his and see if he could coax the other senshi into taking more of whatever it was he might want.

He wasn't one to smile often; it somehow did not quite seem to be something that came easily to Almandine, and never had, even as a child. But something about Arachne's relaxed grins and the way his arms felt around his waist and the fact that he hadn't made fun of him made him feel like it could be easier.
As it was, the corners of Almandine's lips tilted up, just a little, at the reassurance, though they parted a second later, lashes fluttering as Arachne's mouth skimmed along his jaw. He made a soft noise and then leaned in to the offered kiss, Almandine's fingers sliding through the hair at the back of Arachne's neck again.
It was easy to coax him. It was so much easier to kiss this way, and Almandine put himself fully into it, leaning against Arachne's chest and giving himself up to the feel of it. One of his hands moved up to slide gently through Arachne's hair briefly before both of his arms slid up and wrapped around Arachne's neck as Almandine opened his mouth to Arachne's with a little more insistence this time.

Every time Almandine made a soft noise, every times his lashes fluttered, or his blush darkened, Arachne just wanted to know how to make it happen again. All those little things were something no one else had gotten from the corrupt senshi. Little things that belonged to Arachne alone. It was all too easy to return Almandine's enthusiasm for the kiss. The other senshi was a fast learner, and a good student, and he couldn't help but groaning as his kiss was met. Arachne's hands pressed gently against Almandine's back before sliding up toward his shoulder blades. He liked the way Almandine fit in his arms and how he felt in his hands.

There it was again - that low sound that was pulled from the back of Arachne's throat, the one that sent shivers up and down Almandine's spine in a way that was completely foreign to him. One of his arms unwound enough for him to slide a hand down the side of Arachne's neck, then flutter along his jaw before resting there, Almandine's head tilting to deepen the kiss.
He wasn't hesitant right now, losing himself in what Arachne had to offer. The hands that glided up his back were warm and heavy, and Almandine wanted to taste more, wanted to feel more, unaware that he was pressing the entirety of himself against Arachne now.
It was a breathless, heady, wonderful thing. He wondered how long he could keep this.

Arachne leaned back a bit, just enough he could rest his back against the cool glass so Almandine could actually press closer. He doubted the other senshi realized what he was doing but he wasn't going to correct him, or stop him. It felt nice having the other pressed against him. At least it did until he got jabbed in the hip by a bell. His slightly pained grunt quickly changed into a laugh that forced him to break out of the kiss. Reaching down he shifted the strand of bells, jingling them gently. "Forgot about these."

Almandine's breath escaped him in a small sound that was almost a gasp as Arachne pulled away, the kiss broken. He stuttered forward still, instinctively, and caught himself, Almandine's hand sliding down over Arachne's shoulder and coming to rest on his chest. He was breathing heavily, expression slightly dazed, Almandine's face flushed.
It took him a moment to register that Arachne was saying something not about kissing. Almandine took an uneven breath and glanced down, blinking once, and then several times in succession, as though to clear his head.
"Oh," he said, "Yes. I...haven't seemed to come to understand their full purpose, yet, they just seem to be decorative more than anything else. And noisy."

"Can't have a proper reindeer without jingle bells. Just wouldn't be right." Arachne wiggled the strand of them again, bells tinkling lightly, before setting it down mostly out of the way. There really wasn't a good way to get them completely out of the way, at least not to the point that they could get as close as it seemed like Almandine had been trying to get. Reaching up he brushed a bit of hair out of Almandine's eyes. "God you look good." He knew his voice had to sound a little rough with how out of breath he was but he chose to ignore it. "I mean, i know it's not something you've cared about before but I don't know how someone else didn't snatch you up." Arachne knew he was charming, hadn't ever had any trouble before, but it still made him a little fluttery that Almandine reacted to him the way he did. Almandine was so stoic usually but a few kisses and he was a mess and it was gorgeous.

The bells were somewhat of a nuisance, really; but it wasn't as though Almandine could just take them off of his uniform. If he'd been any other person, he might have made a face, but instead he just blinked down at Arachne, the latter reclined back against the glass. Almandine was still leaning forward, pressed against him; it was very warm, in spite of the cool night.
He shivered a little under the touch, the flush to his cheeks darkening. It was an involuntary reaction that seemed at odds with his relatively calm, curious voice, but even that was a little shaky, breathing still uneven. Almandine's own fingers fluttered against Arachne's chest in a surprising bout of self consciousness.
"I don't know why you say that," he said, after a moment. "I'm not...anything special."
It was what everyone told him, after all, and had told him for years.

Arachne raised a brow, rather skeptical look on his face for a moment. "I'm saying that because I think you're special. Not really interested in what anyone else thinks." It didn't really matter what someone else might have told Almandine. He thought the other senshi was gorgeous and that was all that mattered to him. Gorgeous, intelligent, sharp ... god damn dream come true. He moved his hands off Almandine's back, setting his over the other man's on his chest. "You okay? Not too much is it?" Almandine was still pressed close to him but the way his hands were moving seemed nervous.

A part of him instinctively didn't want to believe what Arachne was saying based solely on prior experience - or inexperience, as the case may have been. Almandine's gaze flickered over the other's face, trying to see if there was any sign of this just having been a joke - but there was nothing.
At least, nothing that he could read. And Arachne's hands had moved to cover his own, warm and familiar.
"I'm just...not used to it," Almandine said, after a moment. The fingers of one hand moved a little, half turning, brushing against Arachne's. "People telling me I'm...anything at all nice to look at, I've never really considered otherwise. And yet you tell me I'm...special. It's just..."
He trailed off, then shook his head. "It's...nice. I like it."
In answer to the second question - Not too much, is it? - Almandine hesitated, then leaned forward and kissed Arachne gently, lips parting ever so slightly with just the briefest touch of his tongue to Arachne's before he pulled back again, eyes moving across his, as if concerned that had been the wrong thing to do.
