BiteMeTechie I don't think I could handle a Xena movie. As much as I loved the series, towards the end I kinda lost interest. It just wasn't any fun anymore when that whole twenty year lapse happened. Unless they can find a way to undo that, I probably wouldn't want a movie. Besides, what's the point if you don't have Ares? Even if they found another actor, it wouldn't be the same. I think they should leave the legacy as is, don't try and tweak it. I agree No Kevin would be just not the same.

I really hope they do not attempt a movie. It just wouldn't be the same without Kevin Smith...Exactly, a movie would have been fantastic, but how can you have a Xena-verse movie without Ares? And how could Kevin ever be replaced?

I wouldnt want to see a Xena movie without Kevin.
My favorite episodes were ones with Ares in it and I definitely wouldnt want to watch anyone else play Ares.
Not saying I wouldnt go see it but it just wouldnt be the same.

hm, Aries was a great regular and all, and I miss Kevin alot...but I still think that a Xena movies in order...it wouldn't even have to come out into theaters or anything...I just want to have something longer to hold on to. Some definate closure. No, I do not consider the death of Xena closure crying

Well all I know is...Lucy wants to be in it as Xena...Renee wants to be in it as Gabbrielle...the Writters want to write it...it's just a matter of money and market
