Hearing the man's spell not only once, but twice as it was replicated by the girl fighting beside him, the girl coiled herself into a ball as the blasts flung her across the concrete. The world around her went dark as she hit her head and passed out. Leaving the people in the area stunned at what they had just seen. For now, she was no longer a danger. All that was left in her silence was a scared young girl who at close range looked like she'd been badly beaten. Marks on her skin where some sort of electrical wires had been attached to her and needle marks from something else were scattered over her arms.
"Sir," a young woman approached Nathaniel, "I called an ambulance. This girl needs a doctor, she's obviously quite sick. I forewarned them she used magic so they'll bring the appropriate equipment," she said, "Do you know who she is? I'm afraid none of us particularly want to go with her but if you or your friend, maybe both of you, could go with her, I'm sure the paramedics would be very grateful. Just in case she wakes up on the way," she said.
