Attacking ~ Bix TentacleWhen he got the text about the huge squid, Aiden had rushed over to the lighthouse. However, knowing it's a giant squid and seeing a giant squid holding up a fellow Hunter(Bix) in it's tentacles was different. Add in the rain and the minions and the Intermediate Hunter figured this was either going to be fun or a disaster, or maybe both. "I think it's safe to assume no one ordered that sushi." He said, more to himself but other's could have heard him, then attacked the tentacle holding the other Hunter. Al was washed back as the water creature lashed out and soon rain was pouring down upon them.
Ahm really moa a fire kinda guy, Nuru reminded Al in a playful manner. Al assured him he knew but there was no avoiding it and soon his hair was flat against the sides of his face, sticking to skin from the rain.
The creature had one of theirs now and there was only one thing to do.
Charge in and b***h slap that beast with Nuru, and that he did.

LIFE Y3 HEALING THREE PEOPLE: Rep, Bix, EverHe thought maybe Bix was starting to look a bit pale, even for Bix -- the damage to the tentacle also taking bits out of his shield as well as chipping away at the creature's flesh. With a grimace, he drew in a breath and planted Amory against the ground. Some of the accumulated energy dispersed in a mini-charge, sharing strength with Bix and the other nearest hunter, Rep. Peyton waited for an opening, watching the other hunters around her, so when the opportunity presented itself she wasn't going to get in anyone's way, and there wouldn't be anyone to get in her's, either. When she could she'd charge in with both daggers raised and ready. jumping up to stab both into the meat of the tentacle that was currently shaking Box around like a rag doll. Steal ATTACKING - BIX TENTACLEKim Health 17/50 Sun hunter Damage 10 Bix Tentacle HP 32/100 Kim winced as the backlash of attacking hurt her more. She yelped in major pain and danced back rubbing at her arms. She frowned and looked at her whip then at the others around her. This was painful. Best she could do though was keep trying and get the other hunter free. It didn't matter if the danged thing was hurting her, "Hang on over there, we will get you free."

Joining the rest of the group that was trying to free the blonde archer from the tentacle that was holding him, Zeke rushed in with Lagertha coming around in a baseball bat-esque strike to the base of the thing, cleaving into that thick limb, but it didn't seem to have bothered it much. He passed a quick sidelong glance to ever as he jerked back and away, narrowly avoiding being slammed into by another flailing limb, only to have yet another smack into his back with a meaty thud. The squid seemed to be hitting harder with each attack. If it hits much harder, Ferros warned. But when they struck again, his runes lit steady red.

Thankfully it looked like the tentacle that was holding the Hunter(Bix) was getting damaged big time with all of the attacks, the bad thing about this though was that said Hunter was also taking damage. At least someone had managed to heal the other man though. Aiden took another hit from the attacking squid as he set about slicing into the tentacle again, hoping it was almost done for as he didn't think he could take another hit like that again.

The blonde hunter was free, and just like that, all focus turned immediately to the monster itself. Gretchen was no different. She rushed in along with the rest, bringing Devika around for a solid smack that would make her arms smart, fingers going numb with it. It hurt her so it had to have done a bit to the squid as well.

Harrison was able to rally some, but ********, these things were hitting hard and coming from what seemed like every direction.
"Rep," Harrison warned, slicing off one chunk out of a lot of chunks, "don't know how much longer I can keep this up for."
He'd never had his shield get eaten up so fast, and he could feel the sweat trickling down the back of his neck.

Probably saying that an intermediate should step back a bit would start a fight between them. Even that much could maybe get under the other man's skin. s**t, this thing hit and hit ******** hard and Al was sent very much reeling in reply to an attack received of his own. He wasn't sure he could take another hit like that. He took a moment to pull out his phone and text as fast as he could before darting to avoid another lashing. "Shitshitshit." Charged. He felt the charge close to hand, he'd been being careful, trying not to hurt anyone, but now it was time to ******** go.
Leaping up, he went and went and went, higher and higher, twisting around in mid air to bring the axe down with full force on the ******** overbearing seafood. It struck true because of course it did, this thing was huge, he wasn't indoors and he was essentially wielding a huge meat cleaver against some meat.
