Chris was given a curious look.

"Do you want to learn martial arts?" October asked, head tilted, and then added, "I have a sword. Her name's Tuesday, she's very loud and excited and also says that you should smile more, because smiling is what makes people happy and all that."

Tuesday made a pleased agreement in his head. October gave a wise nod.

Chris's lips twitched into a small smile that the weapon would even care but he simultaneously let his bangs fall in his eyes as if to hide it.

"It would be cool to learn martial arts but it's not like theres a dojo here. I think my best bet is just learning any kind of fighting.."

Chris rubbed his nose idly, like his hands had a hard time being still without fiddling with something or other, "Jack's kind of a bully. That's my weapon.."

'Oy!' Jack grunted in his head in protest.
