"It was pretty cute to see. Nowadays though Maw mostly carries me around and at times Volos. Well, more like he carries the basket that Volos like to coil up in while we travel." He gave a smile thinking about how cute Volos looked when he was all curled up in his basket. After a moment he seemed to realize that he didn't explain who Volos was. Looking over at Faamy he said, "Volos is a keldari by the way. How you ever seen one of those? They are pretty adorable... well, they are if you like serpents."

"Ohhhh, he was a gift from a friend? How wonderful! Pets have to be the best possible present that one could get. That's what I feel at least." He was incredibly biased when it came to beasts though so maybe it was more of a personal preference? I have a friend in Oba at the moment. I should have asked him to bring me back a perzi kitten. I might go there at another time, after I catch the Chiavi I am after."

Giving a pleased sound he said, "Ah ha! The trees are nice and thinned, that should allow her to come and join us." Lifting his fingers to his lips he gave a sharp whistle that drew the attention of the kinfa and soon enough she was circling around, heading down toward the lot of them.

"They are still fairly rare from what I've gathered. At least in this area since they are from Yael. A shame that I don't have him with me today as I'd of loved to introduce you." Giving a smile he said, "I only brought Maw and Sunshine today because they are the ones that help me when I am gathering lumber for a building project I'm in the midst of."

His attention was on Sunshine as she started down toward them, wincing when Fermata suddenly fled. Giving him a glance he said, "Ah! Sorry, sorry! I am so used to my babies all being trained to listen to whistles as commands. I forget at times that not everyone used to it... I do apologize Faamy, Fermata."

He got out another treat, handing it to Faamy so that she could give it to her kitty as an apology. After he did so he held out a hand, bringing Sunshine over to him. He gave the big, orange bird a scratch under the chin and said, "That's a good girl." He wondered if she was confused that they were no longer heading into Jauhar but instead toward Yera. At least she knew the village since they went there often enough. Turning to Faamy he gave her a smile and said, "This is my baby, Sunny. You can pet her if you'd like. She's a big, friendly baby."

"Ahhh, that makes sense too." Sunshine was a big girl so he could see why the tiny feline wouldn't be a fan of hers. At least Aysun knew that she wouldn't really cause him any trouble since she was so friendly. Still, that didn't mean that she wouldn't accidentally step on him. As such he would keep a close eye on her to make sure that such a thing didn't happen.

At her offer he said, "Sure! So long as you don't think that your little kitty will mind." He wouldn't want to cause the perzi to be jealous but if she didn't think that he'd mind then Aysun didn't either. Lifting a hand he gave Sunshine a pat on side and said, "Do you want a treat, Sunny? How about you, Maw?" Instantly the big orange kinfa showed her interest by flapping her wings and chirping excitedly. Maw on the other hand remained ever indifferent.

"Don't mind him, he's an old man that only gets excited when he sees his buddy Abysio." Aysun said with a laugh, then gave Maw a scratch under the chin, "He will take a treat though, he just doesn't get as excited as Sunny."

Aysun nodded, taking the food from Faamy carefully before he offered it up to Maw. The big janarim sniffed at it for a moment before he decided that he approved. His mouth full of sharp teeth opened up and he set to eating out of Aysun's flat, out stretched out hand. He gave a little chuckle and said, "Good boy, Maw." Once the food was gone he gave the big guy a hug and looked over to Sunshine, to see how she was doing.

The moment the food was offered to her the large bird set to pecking it out of Faamy's hand carefully but rather quickly. Once it was gone she set to chirping excitedly. Aysun laughed and shook his head, "Sunshine! You don't need anymore. I'm sure that was a good snack."

Looking to Faamy he said, "Don't mind her. She's the sort of spoiled baby that will try to get all she can out of a person." He gave her a little nudge, "Behave." The bird gave a huffy sound, flapping her wings rapidly, before settling down again. It seemed that she understood, which made Aysun smile.

"I can assure you that the two of them are fine. Especially you, Sunny. So, do you want to return to the sky?" He asked, pointing up. The bird gave a pleased sound before she opened her wings wide, flapping them rapidly, and returned to the sky that she so loved these days. He watched her as she went before looking over at Faamy and said, "There are times I join her up there. It's a rather amazing feeling being up in the sky, if a bit terrifying at the same time."

Aysun lifted a hand and pointed, "Yera is that way. Not too terribly long from now we sill be able to see it on the horizon in fact." Giving the bard a smile he asked, "You alright to keep going or would you like to take a little break?" He was used to running around all day himself but he wasn't sure if the bard liked a more leisurely pace. Best to ask her so as not to run the Wind Tribeswoman ragged or something. That wouldn't exactly be the best way to make friends with her.

"It's pretty amazing but I could see why it wouldn't be for everyone. Being up that high leaves you a bit reliant on the whims of a beast after all. That means that if your training of said beast isn't good it might go poorly." He glanced up at Sunshine for a moment then said, "Lucky for me my baby up there is pretty reliable when it comes to carrying me around."

Giving a smile he quickened his steps so that he could continue to walk side by side with the bard, rather enjoying the music that she provided. A shame that he didn't have access to a bard all the times, the music really did make the journey feel as though it went a lot faster, didn't it? Not that he wanted to drop her off so quickly or anything, but at least he'd be able to get her to Yera before nightfall which was always a good thing. He'd rather she didn't have to deal with witu which were a bit of a scourge at night, though his uncle was training young hunters to help deal with them last he'd heard. Maybe it meant their numbers were down at least around Yera?

"Ah! Good, seems your kitty has shown himself again." He said, giving Fermata a glance as he reappeared from his hiding spot as the two of them of them and Maw continued forward.

As they got closer to Yera he found himself brushing at his clothing a bit, as though to make himself a bit more on the presentable side. It was always tough coming here because his Uncle Jacinthus was a rather amazing person, a hero, and a well known ranger. His skills with a bow were rather impressive even to someone like Aysun who didn't know how to use such a weapon. He always felt a bit lacking by comparison. He was an outcast that was looked at oddly by people after all. The same sort of went for when he visited Sol as well though it was his father instead of his uncle in that case.

Giving a shake of his head to clear such thoughts he looked over at Faamy and said, "I could probably hang out with you for a little while longer. After that Sunshine, Maw, and I will need to head out though since I left the rest of my zoo with one of my relatives. I can't leave her alone with them forever." He'd feel a bit guilty if he did. He knew they could get overwhelming when it came to meal times.
