Sascha was still riding the aggressive high of challenging someone to a snowmobile duel on TV. He almost didn't catch the next question. The voice was much quieter and less confrontational. Sascha settled himself back into his seat, but maintained his upbeat energy.

"I like anything with fruit in it. Bonus points if it's really colorful to look at. Calida's got a great eye for design, y'know? I guess if I had to pick, probably something with berries on top. Yeah! That white fluffy cake with the berries stuck in the frosting. Kinda hard to eat without getting it all over your face, but totally worth it. 'No meal too big, no troll too small,' right?" Sascha grinned, having calmed somewhat after the innocent question.

Punkie's eyebrows rose. The biggest one?! Oh that was easy. She weighed and measured all her big punkins, and she knew them by heart. "1,500 ******** pounds." The juggalo said to the camera. It had been a really, really big punkin. She wished she had it here with her, to show off, or maybe pop out of. Humm, an idea popped into the girl's head for her final performance. "Next sweep, when the goddamned leaves turn red and fall, go to the ******** Temple of Mirth in Chittentown. Ill set your little a** up with one of my largest ******** melons." Punkie finished that question off with a wink.

There was a hushed but long applause as the cameras swung in towards the two chairs. Razzle, with an expression of deep and genuine interest, clasped her hands together and began the introductions. "Welcome back to Superstar Authority, sweet things. I have with me tonight, Fellah! Hold onto your seats as we delve deep into their genuine, exciting, unique and vivid life with our probing and thought provoking interview. Fellah, how have you found Superstar Authority so far? Is it living up to your expectations? What's your best memory so far?"

The country redblood looked imposing with his height and size, stuffed into the guest chair.
Though as Razzle introduced him, Fellah let a fresh country smile loose that showcased his approachability and charming attitude."Well Miss Dazzle, may I call ya Miss Dazzle? Surely yer taken, but I'm sure ya want ta leave the public guessing," he asked with a chuckle. Taking her hand for an old fashioned kiss atop the base of the touch nubs. His humility coming forth. The farm troll was indeed a genuine article, but told by so many that he needs to polish up his act. Make himself a selling commodity. He needed to be, adaptable.
"Our lovely hostess has already introduced me, but again, Ya'll can just call me Fellah. But, back ta yer questions, Superstar Authority has been an amazing opportunity so far. I mean, where else can a simple farm troll show his face on public television! After all, the labors the of farm life can only get ya so far." His tight suit showcasing his strength as a farm troll coming in handy. "And the support! I never could'a imagined so much love from Tincan Mechanics, The Nightly Grind, Cerise's Bakery, Cartwheeling Deals." He had stars in his eyes listing these companies off, "Though o'course I've had help from old friends too, like Eridia Tsifer, Lorata Gorgos, The Death Dancers, and even our judge Aandes has given me so much help getting into the upcoming Schrad the Musical." He took a moment to wave at Aandes with a big smile of sincere gratitude. "I've gotten to meet so many new trolls already through this competition, especially the youngin's. It warms my pumpbuiscuit knowing these lil trolls are the future of Alternia. And such a flock that's come to New Hemisect! This city never ceases to amaze." he chuckled again.
"As fer if it's meetin' my expectations, well I'll just let ya know I came into this competition not knowin' what to expect. But, I've been nothin' but tickled red," he chuckled again, his humility about his hue and charm expounding upon the second question resonating, "at just how amazingly I've been received. Truly, it's a dream come true gettin' this far. Eridia and Lorata always believed in me, I'm just hopin' I'm doing good by 'em so far."
The redblood crossed his legs and brought a massive hand up to his chin, musing on the third question for a bit. "If I gotta pick a single favorite moment so far, I think it'd have to be that of a sweet lil yellah blood stoppin' by my booth. The little kiddo brought a flowerin' cactus fer me and all that, it was such a pumpbiscuit warmin' gesture. Barius, yer one super sweet fan." he said, giving a bit of a shoutout. "O'course I could'nt'a' never gotten this far alone," his humility once again being a subject of importance. "Without the help of trolls like Aandes, Lorata, Chiara, Eridia, I know I'm fergittin some so please forgive me. I've just got so many people trolls to thank." His pitiable smile towards Razzle could instill pity in most trolls chest cavities.

Quote:
"So tell me, what would you consider to be your greatest strength?"

"Well, Miss Dazzle," he said, glancing at her with a loaded smile and flexed shoulders, showing off that charm and strength. "I gotta be honest, as a redblood I'd be nowhere without the help of others," he was playing to his humility and assets. "Miss Eridia and mister Aandes were some of the first to believe in me. Miss Lorata Gorgos was right up there too. Chiara the splendid blueblood she is, running Death Dancers, also took me under he wing. All this amazing support helped me get this far. I really don't wanna toot my own horn," he said playing to his humility, "but let's just say the finale performance shouldn't be taken so lightly." He winked, with a click of his tongue, trying to rile up the audience.

Quote:
"Do you have a favorite memory? What is it?"

Fellah was almost whipped into a stupor by this question. However he was able to recover from the help of Eridia and Chiara helping making him a more confident troll. "Well, may I speak candid, Miss Dazzle?" he asked, leaning into her with a charming grin before continuing. "Discovering just where I stood was a good starting place. Don't get me wrong, lowbloods such as me, Cerise's Bakery, Tincan Mechanics, the proprieter of Cartwheeling Deals, and even the lovely midbloods at the Nightly Grind show so much promise. But, really, my greatest memory was showing just how well I could stand up to wit at our most esteemed Empress' BloodFest booth a couple of sweeps ago. She ran quite a unique wordsmith booth. Somehow, I managed to be the first troll to meet her expectations with a solid....what was it again?" his humility lending to his charm as he thought. "A read! I believe I met her expectations and I was over the moons from that."

Quote:
"In your spare time, what do you do as a hobby?"

"Well shoot, that's a toughie," Fellah leaned back into a laugh, switching his legs that were crossed. He needed to remain professional, adaptable, he'd been preparing for this. This was exactly what he needed to excel at. "Well a proper country troll," he said, sitting up straighter to impose his charm and massage the fact that he was a little rougher around the edges than he appeared, "we have to know how to act proper. Especially a troll of my hue. I have an extensive collection of dating sim games that I keep myself preoccupied with when I'm not farmin'." He chuckled again. This troll seemed to be full of humility and good spirits. "Eridia Tsifer seems to enjoy them. Though I bet some games featuring the Nightly Grind, Cerise's Bakery or the Death Dancers would be interesting. So many unique worlds to investigate."

Quote:
"Let's ask the big questions. What is your favorite thing to eat?"

"Mmmm," Fellah mused, emphasizing his humility as a farm troll. "Well I've always been a big fan of Lavender and oinkbeast casserole. It helps sustain me on the farm, and leaves me with some nice fresh breath. Not that I'd think that's too useful...yet," he said, again hinting at his charm from the lavender and strength from the oinkbeast protetin, with a wink. "While I got some good produce, Cerise's Bakery sells some scrum-dilly-umptious lavender biscuits and the Nightly Grind has a great oinkbeast biscuit." His eyes sparkled, playing up his sponsors wares, displaying his humility in the situation as well.

Quote:
"Is there one memory that stands out in your mind as 'Oh my god, this totally sucks'?"

"Well, let's all be honest here. I'm Opimus a redblood, but you all can just call be Fellah," he said winking at the crowd. "A couple of sweeps ago at Bloodfest I stood in front of direct fire of a royal officer, a mister Kursha. He wasn't quite aware of our lovely Odette's status sincer her...unfortunate past circumstances." It hurt him inside to justify this, but he needed to play that humility and charm. "Admittedly, I hadn't known just who this troll was. All I saw was a gunpoint pointed at one of our most treasured idols. I stood in front of Mister Kursha. As it would be, all he was looking for was paper. I sure do feel foolish over this incident, but at the same time, Miss Odette was just as surprised I'm sure. I couldn't just stand by." This section was meant to highlight his strenghts.

Quote:
"What's one thing you never want to see happen? Like, your biggest fear?"

This question was probably the most intrusive and difficult of them all. He needed to maintain his strength and charm by answering well. "Well let's just say that not having any food prepared for an unexpected guest is up there." He chuckled, hopefully showcasing his charm and humility. "But to talk candidly for a moment," he had to pause, clearing his throat deciding to massage the truth as he was advised, over his true fears. "I really fear being of little use to our Empress." Something felt awkward when the words escaped the redbloods lips, but he had to play the game...right? "There's just so much a redblood like I can do fer the crown. I sure hope my support can lend a nub though. Lorata Gorgos sure thought I was worthy of herodom when she was a bit younger." He chuckled. "Not to mention the tower disasters, a certain Miss Eridia and Mister Aaandes found themselves on my shoulders on their way out. He tried showing up his strength and usefulness.

Quote:
Another camera hummed into life, and on the tv monitors around the stage, the judges panel slid into view beside the stage in a split screen shot.

Quote:
"So, when are you most comfortable? Like, a time, a place, a state of mind, darling?"

"Well the sparkling lights of New Hemisect City from the plains always lends a serene atmosphere from the plains for peace of mind." The redblood said, spacing out, before shaking his head charmingly to bring himself back to reality. "I guess if I had ta pick a single thing, singin' would have'ta be my most calming state'a mind." The humility and charm of the statement resonating through his voice. "Whenever I sing, I just feel like I'm bein' more authentic. Like at the Nightly Grind, or Cerise's Bakery, even Cart Wheelin' Deals, hummin, whistlin, singin, ta myself makes me feel so much more at home. And if Eridia Tsifer is any gauge then I s'pose I aint too terrible at it."

Quote:
"Every good artist has a muse behind them. I’m curious, who is your biggest inspiration?"

"Well Miss Odette," he said fidgeting a bit, shifting charmingly as his humility carried volumes to his fellow redblood. "I gotta admit ya were the catalyst ta all this. But don't get me wrong," he said straightening and strengthening his posture, "It took a lot ta get this far. But...ya didn't play any small role in this." He laughed again, giving some air time to the levity of the crowd. "I know ya might not recognize me. Er if ya do as Opimus, ya can just call me Fellah, he winked at the starlet. "Fellah" So far he felt as though he were massaging his answers toward his own benefit. However, he held Odette as one of the highest authorities on the subject of talent. If it weren't for her he wouldn't even be here in the first place. "But to answer yer question honestly, I gotta say savin' Miss Eridia, Aandes, from the tower. Show'in my prowess to Miss Loratta and securing a sport with Miss Chiara...well it takes strength, and a lil' bit o' charm." He winked again at the crowd, hoping to show he was for sure not out of their reach. A humble troll for the masses. "It's been a real pleasure bein' up here no matter the outcome."

Quote:
"How d'you pick your friends?"

"Well, if y'all will give me the luxury of candor, he looked to the censor behind the scene, playing again to his humility, strength of patience to wait for the empress, and simultaneously his charm as he threw charming and pitiful smile to both their Empress and censors, he smiled directly into the camera for a fraction of a second before continuing. I can't say that I have the best judgment, or foresight." He chuckled, his eyebrows knitting in hopefully concern. "Though I gotta say I think I made the right choice stickin' near New Hemisect City." He said, double gunnin' it at the first few rows of the audience. "I can't lie to ya Miss Regian, er, Yer Highness Regina? I truly apologize fer any indiscretion I make in this interview. I'm only a simple redblood afterall. " While psychologically this was true, his gut sank a bit at such a relinquishment of his worth. "I choose my friends on how well they bring out good, er, positive. Five hundred beetle word there," he chuckled. Trying to keep the audience engaged in his down to earth and humble attittude. "in me. We all gotta rely on other trolls ta bring out the best er worst in us. Miss Eridia Tsifer sure told me out at the Towers fer my bleedin' pumpbiscuit. Miss.
Cerise also made it quite clear that I gotta look out fer what's best in me. I just can't express enough how New Hemisect City has helped me reach these heights. The city of glitz and glam or so I'm heard. No matter what happens, I sure hope I can make this town, your highness, and all of Alternia proud. I just wanna give one last shout out to Tincan Mechanics, The Nightly Grind, The Death Dancers, Cerise's Bakery, Carwheelin' Deals, and of course our most esteemed gentry Miss Lorata and Miss Eridia, I'd surely be nowhere without all their support. Once again, from New Hemisect this if Opimus Fellah, but you can just call me Fellah.
He said with a humble bow of his head, giving a final wink towards the camera. His nerves all stood on end. He flexed, and bowed while smiling before taking his leave from the stage. He'd practiced. He'd taken suggestions, there was nothing else he could do but hope. Hope his dreams might possibly reach a redblood like him.

Soft but enthusiastic applause rang out again, reinforced by Razzle clapping away. On the screen, the judges pannel slipped back out of view as Razzle leaned in. "And now, we will take some questions from the audience before wrapping up. All phone lines are open!"

I have a question!
Question: Recent polls have shown a fifth of Alternians can't locate the Old Hemisect on a world map. Why do you think this is? Nice lipstick you got there
Rp question: "What do you think of following quote. 'You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig.' True?" The caller didn't leave a name and had a weird voice and accent.

I have a question!
Question: Advice on staying positive?
Rp question: From his hive, Poe eagerly awaited for Fellah's interview to come on the TV. It was so cool to see him, and he was so great in his interview! "Hey Fellah, uh, wow, I was wondering if, you might be able to explain how you stay so positive? Even as a lowblood, and also, if you could perhaps say what advice you'd have for others who are, looking to be more positive in their lives?" He hoped his voice didn't falter too badly, as nervous as he was to phone in a question.

There was a hushed but long applause as the cameras swung in towards the two chairs. Razzle, with an expression of deep and genuine interest, clasped her hands together and began the introductions. "Welcome back to Superstar Authority, sweet things. I have with me tonight Li’l Mak. Hold onto your seats as we delve deep into their genuine, exciting, unique and vivid life with our probing and thought provoking interview. Li’l Mak, how have you found Superstar Authority so far? Is it living up to your expectations? What's your best memory so far?"

Makkah leaned forward in her chair. It was definitely too big for her tiny child frame. Pulling her trademark golden mic to her lips, she yelled, ”Awe, too easy! I got to hang out with people all across Alternia and then have my own booth right in the pumpbiscuit of NHC! It was the absolute freshest!! As she ended her answer, the purpleblood emphatically dropped back into the back cushion of her seat.

Quote:
"Why did you join Superstar Authority?"

”Well I was hopin' to spread my dope rhymes far and wide across Alternia, y'know?? I'm a big fan of artists from a few sweeps back and I think it's time they're stylin' ways made a comeback!”

Quote:
"If I were to go to one of your closest friends, how would they describe you?"

”Closest friends, huh? Oh, y'gotta go with Quillsy on that one!! She's the greatest reporter the New Hemisect's ever seen! She'd probably talk about how I'm always like, sunshine and rainbows, or how I got this wicked energy! Always, like, up for a good time and stuff.”

Quote:
"If you were being honest, what would you say is your greatest weakness?"

Makkah laughed at the question.
”Uh, to get real for a sec? Probably all that wicked energy I got! Sometimes people are tryin' to harsh my vibes 'cause I'm all BLAAAAHHH!!! and that can be a bit too much for some trolls. But hey, if anyone's got problems they can just hash it out with me and we'd be straight. And if they still got beef I can slam 'em with some rhymes!”

Makkah straightened up, preparing her next line carefully. ”And when I'm done with 'em and their jaw is just on the floor in awe I'll say,” she pointed directly at the camera for emphasis on the last part.
PICK UP YA FACE!!!

She then scooted back down into her seat, trying to resume her casual pose form before.
”But so yeah, anything else ya wanna know?”

Quote:
"Is there one memory that stands out in your mind as 'Oh my god, this totally sucks'?"

”Oh totally! One time I had this massive party while my lusus was away and when he came home, boy, he was buggin'!! It was way harsh ha ha!” The girl shrugged innocently.

”Can't blame a girl, can ya? Somebody's gotta be the party-thrower! Next time i'll have to hit up the Underworld for a good location hookup!”

Quote:
"Say you could change the world, in any way. What would you do?"

”Aw well to start off I think I'd institute a free pizza policy for everybody! Maybe some breakfast digs too from Cerise's Bakery or The Nightly Grind? Ooh, and maybe move the Queen's castle to NHC so she could really party it up in style!!”

Confident in this answer, Li'l Mak pushed her shades up as a cocky finish to the question. Pointing back at the camera in the same pose as before, she finished,

”And if anyone tries to bring down the mood or is acting way harsh, I'll take 'em to school with my rhymes and say "PICK UP YA FACE!!"

Quote:
"Let's talk big. What is your goal in life? How are you getting there?"

”My goal? Yeesh, that's a biggie. I guess right now bein' a rap star is priority numero uno, so I'll say that! Gettin' the rap game down and learnin' to dance as well as the peeps in the Death Dancers!! Those dudes totally rule!”

Quote:
Another camera hummed into life, and on the tv monitors around the stage, the judges panel slid into view beside the stage in a split screen shot.

Makkah jumped slightly, not prepared for this sudden change. They totally never told me about this part! Did they not ever tell me about this?...They might've told me about this and I was, like, off in space or whatever. The purpleblood gulped back her nerves.

Hopefully this doesn't suck.

Quote:
"So, when are you most comfortable? Like, a time, a place, a state of mind, darling?"

Aandes was up first, thankfully with a softball question, apparently sensing the child's nervousness and deciding to go easy on her.
”Oh, easy! Sometimes when I'm bugg'n about somethin', I'll take a walk around the street in New Hemisect City and just stare up at all the lights reflectin' off the hivestems. It just chills me out, makes me feel like I'm doin' fine.”
Picturing those right now actually helped a lot. She had this in the bag, no need to worry this late in the game!

Quote:
"Think back to a time when you made a terrible mistake. If you were given the chance to change that past, what would you do?"

Odette was up next. Li'l Mak gaped a bit at the snappy looking redblood seated in the judge's chair. Trying to quell her blushing, she rushed into her answer fast.

”U-uh well, goin' back to that time I got busted, I'd say I'd just use that time to sneak out and host somewhere else! RatDad was mostly freakin' about the mess, so I'd just host somewhere else and uh, problem solved! Hindsight's like, 20/20 though, right?”

Quote:
"Waddya want people to know you for?"

Oh man, first Odette and now the Queen Herself?!?! If she wasn't sweating under her cap before, she sure was now! Makkah took a deep breath and thought of the NHC skyline. This was definitely the last question and she had to make her answer a good one.

Time for the big finish, yo.

”Well, I guess I want people to know me for me. The name's Li'l Mak, I'm a wicked energetic ball o' sunshine with the dopest rhymes you've ever seen. I got purple blood and NHC pride pumpin' through my veins and I'll knock your socks off faster than you can say-”

Makkah raised her hand in the now familiar pose, letting the audience respond with her catch phrase. It was a gamble, but enough audience members caught on to make it heard. She sat back down once again, relieved.

”And I guess that's what I want people to know me for, ya dig?”

The redblood chuckled at the question, looking to the audience for a humble laugh from the lowbloods. After all it was something most of them had to deal with one way or another. "Well bucko," he started, feeling liked he recognized the voice. "we got a lot'a things to overcome. But, lucky we're not totally left in the dust." He had to make the crown sound good, he had to make the hierarchy sound good. "So far as I'm concerned, if ya just try yer best there will always be a place fer ya. I had ta spend many sweeps as a lowblood farmer. And don't be me wrong, it sure it honest work. And builds character," trying not to miss a beat he flexed through his already tight fabrics to showcase his strength. "Just don't give up, there's a spot for every troll, so long as we all try hard enough. I sure hope that answers yer question, and if ya got any more, I'm always personally available." He hoped this declaration of availability for questions would help his chances in the competition.

Question: How long have you two been dating?
Rp question: Oh wow! Those two trolls were a really interesting duo, and really cute. He liked the way they looked at each other and kept mentioning one another in their answers. "I have a question for Sparkling Snow! Uh, wow, Mera and Mr. Freeze? I think it was? Um. How long have you too been together, in a dating way, like that?" They were cute and he almost hoped he could have something like that someday.

The next question earned a little giggle from the yellowblood. "Thank you so much! I really love honey on biscuits too, but I think my very favorite is actually on deserts! Punkie's eyes bulged, just a little, when the question was repeated. Did... did trolls really not know that punkins were the holy gourd? Its something she had known since she was a small wiggler. Carver had assured her that gourds were by far the most special produce a plant could make. She sucked in air, a little... shocked. "Because there the.. The ********> Suddenly, she could not hold it in any longer. "BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ******** HOLY PLANT!" Punkie exploded with. She panted a bit, then realized she had stood up, and coughed, folding her skirts underneath herself as she sat down. "In Juggalo culture a gourd is considered the most ******** prized produce."

Sascha's eyes lit up at the next question. "Good question!" He responded. Clever,
even. In hindsight, he was surprised no one had asked it earlier.

Sascha had to take a moment to mentally run down the list of contestants. To be honest, he wasn't...
exactly paying attention to who all was in the competition with him. He figured if they were worth remembering, he wouldn't need to make much of an effort. "Shield's obviously a big contender. I've got first-hand proof of that. Not to mention he's already got a place in the spotlight under the ALG. I'd also be remise if I didn't include my fellow Death Dancers in the short list." Sascha crossed one leg over the other and leaned back. "Course that won't stop me from fighting them, or anyone else here--just the opposite! Brutality and drama are my grain-based loaf and grubsauce spread. If they wanna go, I'd be more than happy to take them on where everybody can see it."

Sascha paused for a long second before adding, "That's not to say I'll up and ambush them in the dressingblock or something. That's not very cool." Sascha laughed lightly and made a flippant hand gesture.
