Sorry for bringing up an old topic, I didn't see the date...I just really wanted to comment on it....

Liquid_Len, I thought you were a special lil' boy so I looked up "art" on wikipedia for you.

Definition of "ART"

AS you can see, art:
"is the product or process of the effective application of a body of knowledge, most often using a set of skills;"

In engineering, they use their knowledge of microphone placements, how to mix sounds, and other stuff (I don't know the details of it) to make the final product being sold on the shelves. So, to say that's not art, you are going against the accepted definition of it. I other words, you don't know what art is, or what you are talking about. AKA being "Ignorant".

yea, wikipedia is one of many sources that define art and I did look up art in the dictionary and it had a totally differant definition (and I didn't use that definition either). I created my own definition for the sake of this argument (well, more for my self).

in any case, calling me "a special lil' boy" does not help your argument so I don't understand why you wish to insult me.
I do know what art is, and it wasn't enough. I am alsmost never ignorent of what I'm talking about. If I was ignorant I wouldn't have discussed it at all.

yours sincirly,
The Special lil' boy who had the sense of thinkig about art instead of just looking it up.
