Watching as others left she shook her head. That one pampered one was more pampered than she was, or so she got the impression, and so she wasn't too upset to see him leave first. The next one to leave had her watching but only for a moment. Glancing about at those who remained she kept her gaze on Lyssa for a few extra moments, hoping she didn't do something off the wall, one really never knew with that one.
Making her way towards the larger cat she moved to take a seat next to him. "That meeting went well. The new technology will be helpful." It was good to have some updates, it had been far too long. She wasn't all that new and things hadn't been any better or worse when she'd joined - they'd been the same. To see change, finally, was a blessing in her mind.
"Since I assume you have a clue on how to program these things, and about the programming already involved, I'm hoping you can clue me in so we can get a flashlight app going sooner rather than later." She didn't want to rush it, not at the expense of quality or their own sleep, but she didn't want to dawdle about either.
"I don't get to tinker with much technology, my General isn't exactly forgiving if I mess something up while tinkering. Books are more my thing anyway." Shrugging her shoulders as she sat there primly she reached up and removed her little crown, she really did like it, and let it vanish into subspace for now. It did tend to get in the way, fall off her head, and various other things.

"Yep, it's a roll out we've been needing." Tiberius spoke with surety despite the fact that he'd not actually been part of the Negaverse for nearly as long as most of the other Mauvians present had been, but then he was of the mindset that technology could always use upgrades and improvements. "In a week when the Bossman puts these tablets to all officers, we're bound to get a buncha tech-support style requests. Be important to be here to pick up that slack." His eyes widened a bit in surprise when Katya asked him about programming - wasn't that just a thing all Mauvians knew? But then, she further explained that her General wasn't big into letting her explore her skills. This HQ will be good for her then, and any others that aren't being utilized properly. "Programming's easy, it's mostly book. You won't need to 'tinker' with the actual tech, just write the language that makes the software talk to the hardware. But yeah, I gotcha covered. Should be cake and pie." Turning from his companion as she sub-spaced her crown, Tiberius fired up the computer display he'd been sitting at and brought up the tablet schematics and base code. "A few hours for a flashlight app, max. Something more involved would take longer. Plus you gotta test it out, so figure a day to get it bug-free." Having hands would have made the coding go faster, that for sure. Tiberius yearned for the day he was able to transform and have hands.

"It makes me wonder if the other sides cats are set back as far as we are - in reguards to technology. I've not encountered, or heard, of what they have. If they have better than us I do wonder what it is, and hope our upgrades will trump it." She didn't like the idea of the other side having anything better than they had, but it could be the case. Since cats seemed to have a bit more freedom on the other side, be less bound. They didn't have a headquarters, that she knew of, which they couldn't access without help nor did they seem as limited in some ways. Not that she would ever consider joining that side, aside from sharing a fling or two with one of their cats, she had no desire to deal with order or it's cats in any cordial manner.
"Good, then I shouldn't have too hard a time picking up on this - especially if I can learn from a book." That would make it even easier for her. She was good at reading, as she had a healthy appetite for books...at least the useful ones. She wouldn't waste her time on stories, romances, fairy tales and other forms of worthless drivel.
"Tinkering with paws I don't imagine would be easy." The lack of another toe to each paw would make gripping very hard, if not impossible, not to mention the size of her paws and how short toes were when compared to human fingers. She really couldn't wait till she could take on a human like form...that should be safe to do in this space. If it was safe then it would make working much easier for her - she had to achieve what Dahlia had. She had to!
"You'll help me in learning? As I said, my General has never been big on letting me tinker with things...coding or physical tinkering. I think he's afraid of me messing up and breaking something. I'm good with history and strategies though. I read a lot." Watching him start up his computer she moved to do the same with the one in front of herself, figuring she could help and it wouldn't hurt to toy around with this one and see what it had to offer.
"I can test it at home with my General. We can go out on a patrol tonight and then I can let you know if we encounter any bugs." The russian blue offered up as she kept her green eyes focused on the other cat, waiting to see how he'd respond. It would be good to field test it and she could easily arrange for that tonight, she had no idea if he was living with anyone and could just as easily test it.

"I know they've got two versions of their communication devices. One's a old-school flip phone, the other a smart phone." Tiberius's eyes were on the screen before him, the glow reflecting brightly on his face as the lines of code grew. "White Moon senshi can be really trusting, one let me mess with his." Katya wasn't wrong to hope that the technology they came up with would trump the hell out of the Order Mauvian's work - it was a point of pride, actually, that it would. "Nope, it'll come to you pretty easy. I've got some apps for humans out on the market, so I'm pretty good with it. I'd say pick up one of those 'Coding for Dummies' books...not 'cause you're a dummy, but because they put things really simply. And most libraries should have a copy, so you won't have to pay for it." He blinked owlishly and turned his head to flash Katya what he hoped was a dashing grin, "Yep. Who's your general, by the by?" Tiberius' tail twitched as he went back to manipulating the computer, the application she wanted really wasn't difficult to make...but it was harder without hands and sometimes he had to go back and change an entire line because he'd managed to hit an entirely wrong series of keys. "Sure, sounds good. I'll leave testing to you for now then." He certainly could test it out himself, but if a pretty gal wanted to do a Thing, it was best to let her. As much as he might have wanted to continue speaking with the pretty Mauvian, typing properly took concentration and so for the next forty minutes or so the only vocalizations coming from the massive mackerel tabby would be grumbles, growls, and the occasional swear. But when it was done - oh, when it was done! He could sit back proudly as the code compiled into a loadable, executable package. "Finally! Let's get this thing loaded and see if it'll run." Sleet Tempest Snape sorry about the delay @__@;;
