Ohhhh, righto. Also, the quick reference sheets have been leaked: http://imgur.com/a/7FVNgIn short, it's exactly like Necromunda, but with some tweaks and new features: - Ammo rolls are now on 2D6, making some weapons, like the lasgun, quite favourable in terms of protracted fire fights. - Terminator armour is also included and is a 3+ save, on 2D6(!)

(Not sure if joking... but just in case, i'll answer seriously biggrin ) No, they didn't, they didn't have power armor either, originally, but this game may obviously have. cat_biggrin

Will certainly make things interesting.

That would seem to be the case. Or there might be a way to obtain the armor through gameplay. I don't think we've gotten much information on how upgrades work / league play.

Vikki Stardust But what it terminators are one-off characters and can't be spammed? idea Correct on one part, potentially incorrect on the other, as Marines in Terminator armour are special operatives and can only be fielded by spending a Promethium Cache, which is the currency of the game you will be fighting over. However, you can spend as many caches as you want per game, so if you've saved up a bunch, you could for your final game hire a full squad of power armoured marines or maybe even Terminators if you play Space Marines. ninja I've also seen the Imperial Guard leak, which pleases me to no end: Quote: AM vet team doesn't get homeworld options. And with only 10 models max, it is an odd duck out. But they can buy carapace and hotshot lasguns so they can be surprisingly effective. This means that you can turn your veterans into Scions of the Militarum Tempestus, seeing as the only thing that sets them apart is the gear and the ability to deep strike or not in the regular codex. There has also been a rumour that the Guard sergeant can instead of shooting, bark an order and buff the shooting of his squad, re-rolling all 1's on to-hit rolls. As for the others, in short: Quote: So I've seen the rules at my FLGS and I can share some more things. It's fragmented info since I was busy setting up a Malifaux game and I was only mainly interested in IG. CSM do get marks, even an undivided mark. Forgot the bonuses but they are fairly obvious. While the base CSM troop seems cheap, the leader is roughly 200 iirc so it's good to take some cultists. Tyranid Warriors was the surprising kill team. 3-5 models only. Tyranid Alpha, regular Warrior, newborn Warrior essentially, and Tyranid gun-beast. Didn't see operatives yet. Continuing with 3-5 kill teams, there's the Grey Knights. They only had 3 options available instead of 4 for obvious reasons. Can't remember right now what they were. Since Eldar rules have been posted already, I'll only point out that the artillery is hilarious. A friend figured out that the model using it could hide behind cover and still fire the weapon without exposing themselves. Since the shot comes from the gun. Have to confirm it myself. Harlequins have a kill team, their flip belts allow them to ignore fall damage. Start charging from tall buildings people. I know someone mentioned it, but it was asked again. Spec operatives are hired on a per game basis. You use promethium caches to hire them, at the cost of one per. You can hire as many as you want in any combination, though I think some have limits. I'm tired so I can't remember the other stuff I found. It looks good so far but like any GW game there are some glaring issues. Who knows how it'll shake out. I'm going to be playing a lot of games Sunday so I'll post my thoughts if anybody wants to hear them. Edit: forgot to add Necrons. I couldn't read much but they did have a chosen Immortal as a leader.

Indeed, this game also has a boatload of modifiers to armour values, including -2 on the humble chainsword as an example. It shouldn't be too hard to kill a Terminator with a plasma gun (-3 modifier), a super Krak missile (-5) or a meltabomb (-5).

Pity that the Imperial Guard, Orks and Space Marines are hidden away in the boxed set, but oh well, one more week until release.

All UK and EU boxes were sold out in under 20 minutes this morning.
Not sure why you'd check the UK site for it though. The North American pre-orders should be going up soon, don't know when, not my slice of the world, but if you're looking for one, better act fast, as chances are they'll be gone in less than 30 minutes. Someone reported that NA is only getting 4000 copies, so gone in a flash for sure.
Stores will still receive their allotment of the product next weekend, hopefully. sweatdrop
