Tink do you want eat dinner with us or eat in your room. I am still afraid that you might get scared and run again.""daddy I will eat in my room because I said that I was ready but I am not sure about it."

Dr. Carmichael Mars Carmichael stepped onto the doorstep holding a bottle of sparkling cider. With his long legs, he was the first to get to the door before his small family did. Turning to them, he waived them onto the steps with him. It was a little strange not to be in a suit and a lab coat-- but he enjoyed these 'normal' parts of his life. "They're going to LOVE the jello you made, Lisa." He told his wife with a wink as she joined him. "Charl, good job with the whipped cream and star sprinkles on the top. It was nice touch." He complimented before turning to his son. "Todd, stand up straight, please. Big smile now."

Lisa had made her prized seven-layered rainbow jello dish to share for dessert. It had been fun to have a 'normal' evening at home and she was grateful for Charl's help. She joined her husband on the porch and gave him a small peck on the lips. "I love you, honey." She told him with a knowing smirk before she looked to Todd and smoothed out his hair a little, nearly dropping the jello. Giving up on the effort, she held the jello and smiled at the door, waiting for someone to knock.

At his father's command, Todd straightened up and put on his usual bright smile for whoever was about to appear at the door... feeling his mom fuss with his hair, he kept his smile and spoke to her through his smiling teeth. "Cut it out!" Once his mother had given up, he re-messed his hair and returned to the 'charming' position. After a minute, he noticed that no one had bothered to knock or ring the doorbell. Reaching up, he gave the door a good five hard knocks and returned to greeting position.

Dr. Carmichael Mars Carmichael stepped into the entryway and handed Mr. Kusanagi the bottle of sparking cider. "It's nice to meet you, Mr. Kusanagi. I'm Carmicheal Mars and this is my very attractive wife Lisa-- and these are our children Todd and Charl." He motioned to each with a flitting hand wave.

Lisa smiled at Mr. Kusanagi. "I made some rainbow jello for dessert." She replied, handing the jello to Carmichael since he had given Mr. Kusanagi the bottle he had been holding. Carmicheal had a way of imposing from time to time due to his lack of social interactions. Lisa, on the other hand, was more in tune with people. "Will you carry that to the kitchen, dear?" She asked her husband, making eye contact with him.

Todd walked with his family into the house, making sure to keep his smile bright and chipper. Perhaps more bright and more chipper than was natural-- but if it was, he wouldn't know. He followed everyone into the kitchen and sat himself down on a chair, leaving one next to him for Charl. "Where's Tink?" He asked out of curiosity, still smiling.
