Teth-Adam kept a neutral face at Grodd's dismissal of his suggestion, but nodded when he heard Sinestro's advice -- folding his arms. Sagely, the Egyptian paragon stroked his chin with his thumb considering the Korugaran's words. Then, he listened to Eobard's instructions about securing Nth metal. A slightly noticeable smirk appeared on Black Adam's face. Respectfully waiting until Eobard finished his laying out orders, "You are right Zoom, Joker and Quinn make a wonderful distraction. And it does me great honor to go with you and Sinestro. As you say, failure is not an option -- with the three of us plus Enchantress and Mentallo, it isn't a possibility. Hmmm... Wonder if Black Manta could be useful.... Anyway, I am ready, when you wish to retrieve the Nth metal."

"When we are struck at without reason, we should strike back again very hard; I am sure we should - so hard as to teach the person who struck us never to do it again."

The Goddess watched and listened as the conversation bounced back and forth between Zoom, Grodd, Sinestro, Savage and Black Adam. She rolled her eyes, but Grodd's comment had instilled her with bravado. "Oh, how precious it is to see you all squander time over small details. Boys, only with great power and absolute focus can we achieve our goals. We're giving our enemies too much credit!" Finally, much to Circe's delight, Zoom had issued out the first set of missions to the inner circle. For Enchantress to have been chosen over her for Atlantis, there must be great need for her to meet with Ares, but she understood that whilst here, their presence must be concealed. Raising her right hand, Circe flicked her fingers open, and a purple light emitted from it. "Consider us concealed, dear." The sorceress flicked her cape behind her. She had trust in Thawne's plans, the man was from 400 years in the future, and perhaps the smartest person there - what on Earth could he have arranged with Ares? Circe had a rather extravagant history with Ares, usually as an ally rather than a foe - but destruction would always follow him. She looked forward to meeting her old friend, she just needed to wait on her two new meat shields to be freed, then she could make her way to meet with Ares.

The Watchtower would drop the four of them at a considerable distance from the wreckage and chaos. The Flash had the best chance of being in and out of several buildings, barreling down city blocks, and saving the most lives. These three were best suited with this kind of environment. Green Arrow was good with the people and the general public, it was one of the reasons he wasn't as keen on joining The Justice League. He believed they only handled the big threats, for instance this one. Even the situations that called for the most powerful and daring of heroes effected the common man and he was glad that he was here today. White Canary was an odd choice on his part, though her fighting prowess was nothing to underestimate. Both she and Green Arrow worked well together, naturally he fit the two of them together for this. A sense of calm and good communication were crucial in the event of complete and utter chaotic collapse.

Standing in the middle of an abandoned street way, Batman peered up into the sky. No longer was it dark, the moon being the only thing to light the way in Gotham City. Up above, the orange and red fires of the numerous explosions filled the air, smoke soon followed and traveled along the city. The screams of innocents bundled together carried from block to block, adding all too eerie tone to the situation displayed before them. He'd turn to the group, assessing them all and evaluating the best course of action based on the three he had standing before him. "Flash, I want you in the midst of where the explosions are taking place. Get in, rescue as many people as you can and bring them far enough where they're out of the way." His first order was given and immediately after, Batman was pressing away at a mechanism on his forearm.

"As requested, the Batwing is on it's way, sir." A voice chimed from his communications. Almost instantaneously, the roaring of the Batwing's engine could be heard high in the sky, visible for only a moment as it then disappeared into the cloud of smoke heading straight for the high rise buildings in Gotham. It could only carry so many people so regular trips would have to be made back and forth.

"Green Arrow and White Canary, we still need to keep these cities safe. Keep the looters and riots from getting out of hand." From the live feed aboard The Watchtower, Batman saw countless individuals tearing away at stores all along the strip, taking whatever they could carry in the midst of all the destruction and tragedies occurring. They were the least of their worries but they didn't help the situation by adding to the turmoil. Figuring they'd be close behind, Batman was the first to run into the danger, ready for whatever he may face within.

At long last Batman started to shed light on Reverse Flash and company's recent activity as of tonight. Pointing out the individuals involved with the speedster were Grodd, Circe, and Vandal Savage. Not to mention the other villains recruited on this crusade. Though, if he were being honest with himself, the news itself didn't come as a shock. If anything it was expected. Ever since the League had been formed, villains weren't able to get around like they used to. They had to become more careful than usual with so many eyes watching.

"We need to remain diligent. Their motives are a mystery therefore we have to be ready to act when we have something, the slightest bit of information to end this before it can escalate."

Said Batman as Superman backed up his statement with a curt nod. When Batman looked to continue he was cut short as several red blimps scintillated in the room. Clark's eyes darted to the monitor seeing the feed - "They've made their move. Now we make our's." Superman like his teammates sprung into action then as Batman called forth the group he would be taking, leaving Superman with his group.

Which consisted of Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and Aquaman.
"The rest of us will be heading to Metropolis. Once we are there, Hal, I'd like to you to protect as many innocent lives as you can with that ring of yours. Arthur you too. And Diana you'll be coming with me. We're going to put a stop to whoever's behind these bombs." he stated, his tone being somewhat similar to Batman's with less attitude and more compassion. Clark didn't enjoy the idea of his city being victim to these bombings. After all there were people in Metropolis he cared for that lived there. People he hoped would be alright until he could get to them.

He turned to the teleporter and in seconds along with the other three arrived in Metropolis. Superman's ears perked up hearing the cries of his people all at once. It was like tv static and he couldn't change the channel to a quieter one. The Watchtower dropped them off a little ways from the Daily Planet in an alley. Dammit.. he thought to himself watching as civilians ran for their lives. He could hear accidents happening from miles away because people were trying to get out of the city. Arguments, fights, chaos all over. For a normal man this would be too much to bare. But not him, not Superman and although it did take it's toll on him - he knew he couldn't afford to let it. His bright blue eyes shifted to Wonder Woman silently telling her 'lets' go' by flying up into the air.

He would leave Hal and Arthur to what he asked of them a few minutes prior. Believing if anyone could do it, they could. As he took the skies however Superman watched as the cloud of ash started to rain down on the streets. He took in one big breath and then exhaled, blowing toward the hot ash until it dissipated entirely. That should do the trick at least for a little.

See? This is why Ollie was not and did not want to be apart of the Justice League. I mean, these guys couldn't even go a meeting without being interrupted for some end of the world nonsense. He much rather preferred to deal with the likes of Brick, Merlyn or Damien Darhk any day of the week versus a sadistic clown, narcissistic speedster, or an overgrown gorilla. Nevertheless seeing as the entirety of their meeting was now ruined, it was time to saddle up and fight some bad guys. This outta be good.

"Flash. Green Arrow. White Canary. You're with me." Although he did not say it out loud, it was like being a kid again, picked out the line up to be on someone's team. And Oliver had that same look of surprise he always had when he was picked; thoroughly surprised. Especially since there was absolutely no love lost between he and the brooding crusader. Which is weird considering how similar their methods were. You'd think they would be best friends. Anyway, after Batman chose them they all turned stepping into each's own teleporter and in the blink of a eye, were in Gotham. The feeling of the teleporter was instantaneous; he recalled the first time using it's relatively ambivalent nature. There was no pull from the stomach or anything besides a momentary flash that blocked one's sight, before it was over with.

"Place never changes." Oliver muttered. His attention shifted to Batman as he gave them the rundown of what they should be doing. Was it surprising what he was asking? Not really. But he was up for it. All's Green Arrow really hoped is that if it was his misfortune to run into the big mind controlling gorilla is that he brought the proper tranq arrows with him. Hell ideally he hoped he wouldn't run into him at all.

"HELP!"

Ollie gave a sigh. Yup, distress call. That was the job of a hero though. The sounds of sirens wailing signified that GPD were already trying to contain the situation already out of their league. Green Arrow sprinted toward the little girl standing there ready to be penetrated by shards of glass free falling from the building above. He took her up one arm and with his free arm fired a grappling arrow at a brick wall to zip them out of the way.

"Over an hour ago, the speedster known as Professor Zoom united a handful of super villains such as Gorilla Grodd, Circe, and Vandal Savage, among others."

Sara's eyes settled upon Batman at the mentioning of Vandal Savage. Tension settled in along her shoulders as she reminded herself that there were many reasons that brought her back to the present time. That name however, hung steadily in the already stagnant air lingering in the Watch Tower. This pacing routine that Batman carried while conducting the meeting, added to the foreboding mood of the room. This gathering around the round table as if they were King Arthrur's knights, preparing for a battle seemed off. Like something was missing...other than the bodies of members not present. Then again, there was a few minute events that felt empty, with no solid structure to keep the moment in time from falling apart at the very seams.

The mood shifted instantly when some sort of an alarm went off, undoubtedly gathering everyone's attention. The live feed from several computer monitors of cities burning and people screaming, seemed to be a calling for the lot of them to get their butts into gear and handle some business.

"Flash. Green Arrow. White Canary. You're with me." Responding with the simple nod of her head, she knew that calling card quite well. Oliver's expression said it all as the four of them made their way towards the Watchtower teleporters. Removing something from a pocket with her fingers, as she shared the circular items and placed them behind her ears before they stepped through the teleportation device. It would take some time to get used to the instantaneous movement from one point of existence to another. Time she didn't have to really adjust for at the present.

"Place never changes." Sara was standing right beside Oliver as he muttered those words. Causing her to smile briefly in a sarcastic manner. Batman's commanding tone, dictating orders to what needed to be done caused the brief moment of humor to pass quickly and silently. For what they had arrived too, was No laughing matter. The scenery was looking grim, the smell of smoldering remnants of buildings, once homes to many of the frightened civilians would've drawn anyone to their senses that this was not a 'typical day' in Gotham. The brisk movement of Green Arrow moving past her and over towards a child yelling for help, made the moment realistically solid as she kicked into high gear. Weaving in and out of the panicked crowds of people, who were running away from danger. While those whom apparently weren't afraid of the danger, ran towards danger and in doing so causing mayhem by smashing windows of businesses and robbing people blindly. A would be wall of marching Gotham PD were trying to force a wave of rampant, hell bent rioters back towards a safe zone. The wall of shields wasn't working, and the GPD obviously needed a hand once their wall was breached by an angry mob, of uncontrollably thieves. Reaching backwards in a fluid motion, to snatch up her batons she paved her way past the breached wall, to help officers who were being bombarded with bricks, bats and lead pipes. Using momentum to guide her downwards, knocking one thief off balance by sweeping her titanium baton at his feet, at the same time knocking his weapon free with her other baton. Making sure to disarm the man completely before moving fluidly towards the thief's partner. Attempting to collide with the assailant with a full-throttle sharp elbow and her weight impact of force to push the assailant back. White Canary was certain she would have more than one dance partner, while trying to help aid the GPD in pushing the mob back away from the innocent civilians by trying to bid them time to escape.

Within the thick of the situation, Batman took to the skies, grappling up to a building but trailing off midway to then glide through the air. He was making a slow descent overhead, watching the chaos ensue while men and women alike ran for their lives, escaping from places they called homes and buildings where they worked throughout the air. This attack disrupted what little order was left within Gotham City. The sad truth was that he had seen this display one too many times, havoc wreaked upon innocents by those who didn't have a care in the world what happened to who they preyed upon. Something had to be done, all of this had to end.

Nearing the ground, Batman put his legs first as he made impact with a man carrying a large sound system. He fell to the ground with a thud but was quickly back on his feet at the sight of the Dark Knight, completely for getting about his stolen treasure and bolted for the other direction. Several bystanders bumped into him as if they had no idea he was there. Nothing else mattered except making sure that the people and their loved ones were safe and out of harms way. Pushing forward, he dodged the individuals coming towards him until he came across the GCPD forming a line with their shields. On the other side for a brief moment, he spotted Sara apprehending her own set of thieves. Seemingly out of nowhere, another set showed themselves pouring out from the store and immediately Batman was upon them. With his running start, he leaped over the police, stopping right in front of one of the fleeing men. He threw his arm out just as one of them tried to get past him, causing him to land hard on his back.

In one fluid motion, he turned towards his left, kicking out another's knee prompting him to fall towards the ground. He turned towards one of the many GCPD officers, giving him a brief nod before turning towards Sara. "We need to give them a different path. They're running right into even more havoc." As he said this, he pointed towards a crowded street way, packed with people brawling on their own terms, presumably over the many items being stolen from shops. Shiny jewelry, small appliances, and various forms of technology sprinkled along the pavement as that stuff no longer mattered. Aggression, instinct, and fear were the only things visible in their surroundings.

Stepping away from the fighting for a moment, Batman tapped against his gauntlet once more, bringing the Batwing back around towards the street. It soon hovered over the massive riot occurring, exposing the men and women with a large spotlight. The menacing roar it's engine gave off attracted both GCPD and looters alike as they looked up at the aircraft. Many Gothamites knew what it was and while most were unaware that the Bat was on the ground with them, they turned for the other direction straight for the line of GCPD with their shields at the ready. It didn't seem as though they were ready to be caught as they ran to the right and left side of the intersection filling the emptier, less destroyed by the explosions. The Batwing moved forward overhead with the wind blowing all sorts of items around and about before shooting back up into the sky towards Gotham's high rise buildings.

Most of the crowd was now given a clear path through the GCPD's shield line and then down the street towards the outskirts of Gotham. Of course this was only a fraction of the groups effected, the several sites of the explosions would soon follow and Batman expected an even bigger crowd to come soon.

After Frost took charge, things were quiet around the two B listed villains who were roaming around the prison cells in Star Labs. The place gave Deadshot some memories back in Belle Reve. As they were walking, he would look at each of the captive's staring at them as they walk by. While sight seeing around the area, Lawton heard a transmission on a comlink. Now that he mentioned it, the speedster probably put it on his ear while he wasn't looking.
'The time is nigh, both you and Killer Frost need to hurry up, release the prisoners and get out of there. Failure is not an option." . . Deadshot wasn't surprised by the speedster's tone of impatience. He assumed his partner Elsa is hesitating to do his biding. He stopped as she continues walking and said "Hey 'leader', the Boss is growing impatient and so am I. When are we going to release these clowns?" He then crossed his arms in disappointment. "You know I want to get rewarded for this. If you don't want to be in this team, why don't you leave? I can get the big Red guy to do Reverse Flash's bidding."

~#~ KILLER FROST ~#~

KF was sick of this guy's constant badgering of her nerves. Could they not just get in, get out, and move on? Oh no, she had to be paired up with the one-shot guy who couldn't shut up and act even slightly professonal. She grinned, lips of blue curving into a malicious smile as she planned his emminent demise. Oh, sorry, Flash-rip-off, He just died.. a pity really. No, I don't know how he got frozen solid. Hm, must have messed with something he should not have, hm? Heh.

She finally reached the control system on the max security cells and began the process of shutting them down for good. For all the genius Cisco was, he never thought in a million years that she would be here to break these people out, or that the system would be compromised by extreme cold. KF froze the whole device and ripped it from the wall. The back up power cells would have had the alarms going off, but they were now in a state of wintery hell thanks to her talents.

With a glance back to Deadshot, KF smirked bitterly. "Show time." She pulled the emergency manual overide lever on the opposite wall's door panel and one by one, the cell doors slid open, leaving whomever in the cells free to go. Frankly, KF knew why they would be down here and letting them free... well, it wasn't a smart move.

Without even turning his head, the sound of explosives were plain to the human ear. “He doesn’t get enough credit for his handiwork,” the immortal remarked to himself, amused at the thought. It was an impressive distraction for the time being, but there was a reason they were their subordinates, and he wasn’t convinced the idiocy of the Justice League and the obliviousness of their underlings was enough. He would certainly prepare additional contingencies, should it be insufficient. If he had learned anything, the Justice League thrived on the arrogance of their foes. He would not mistake their strength as an excuse not to prepare for the worst. If anything were to go wrong, he would not fall.

While the others were sought elsewhere, he was to coordinate their efforts alongside Grodd. “We’ll take it from here then.” He needed to phone a few friends anyway, seeing as there was mutual benefit to be reaped, without exposing the nature of their plans.

"Flash. Green Arrow. White Canary. You're with me." With the command he was immediately on the teleporter pad. As they were transported from the Watchtower to Gotham, Batman gave out another order, "Flash, I want you in the midst of where the explosions are taking place. Get in, rescue as many people as you can and bring them far enough where they're out of the way." The speedster nodded and took off into the havoc.

As he dove deeper into the chaos, he scooped up as many people as he could and brought them to a safer location. As he cleared the streets, he moved onto buildings. As he approached his first one on the list, he noticed a woman standing there in confusion, sobbing to herself. Within a second he approached her, speaking in a calm tone. ”It’s not safe, let me get you out of here. I promise it won’t take l-” She spoke as clear as she could muster. “My son is still inside, I’m not leaving until I have him.” He nodded to her, zooming up the building as fast as he could. It was one of the many building that were affected by the explosion. Searching in everyone room, he noticed the building wasn’t going to stay in one piece for long.

He had a minute tops before the building collapsed, as he continued his search he finally saw the young boy, cowering from the part of the rubble that was going to smash him. He moved towards him as it was inches away from him, electricity surround as he got closer. Within a flash the boy and Barry were out of the building, back to the weeping mother. The second they saw each other, they gave each other a huge hug. Before any more time could be wasted, Barry grabbed the both of them and ran to a safer location. Softly sighing he knew this was just the beginning of the night, quickly getting back into the city to rescue as many as he could.

Hearing Batman say the names of several villains made her teeth clench. Especially at the mention of Circe being among the ones responsible. With no other words escaping her mouth, Diana rush alongside Superman, and Aquaman, Green Lantern to teleport to the city of Metropolis. Whoever needed saving--this was their mission.

Once they arrived in Metropolis, she flew up with Superman as she quickly noticed his signal to head up into the sky. Smoke could bee seen from a lot of locations. She didn't know where to head, but she knew who to save. Diving down and swooping two children whom were about to be crushed by incoming debris, Diana continued to fly, but left them in an open area where a lot of other people had gather to try to get away from the destruction. She flew to where Superman was, observing what he had done with his breath. She lassoed in a few people out of the way too, but it seemed like the concentration of tumbling debris and cries for help were at the center of the city.

With buildings crumbling over head, Hal appreciated the ring granted to him by the Guardians more than ever. Debris fell from the large structures within the City of Tomorrow, prompting Hal to provide cover for those attempting to flee on the ground. Pieces of the building bounced off of the quick-made dome Hal put together, simply sending it all towards the ground. From there he rose to the top of the buildings still standing but steadily making their descent towards the ground.

Even from down below, the Green Lantern could see people at the edge of the windows ready to make a jump for it like nothing else mattered. "Come on, people at least give me some credit." Hal told them, creating a platform that he connected to the building for them to walk on. They were reluctant at first to come down with him but they saw no better option. Once everyone within sight was on the platform, he added a barrier around it for safe measure, picking up the pace as he made the descent. Above all things, Hal was surprised that the villains got the drop on them like this, how could they hope to honestly contain this much destruction at once.

"We need to give them a different path. They're running right into even more havoc."

Hearing a voice calling out to her, acknowledging that they needed to help with the direction of traffic. After thoroughly beating a handful of would be thugs-R-us down for the first round. She needed to get her bearings. Glancing about the crowd of ignoramus scum. The closest thing she eyeballed was a alleyway that appeared to lead towards a vacant spillway for rainy days. White Canary approached several of the GPD officers that she had helped, making a suggestion towards those who listened, of a good place to herd the thieves. Hoping that some of them, might agree and follow with her suggestion. That is to herd the group away from innocents, to where the GPD would be able to handle the situation better. Most individuals in general, do not like the sensation of claustrophobic situations and will more than likely run towards an open space to get free from an enclosed area.

Seeing a few nods, as well as those somewhat opposed but due to the situation where the beggars couldn't really be choosers. She made a move to help redirect some of the flow of traffic elsewhere for the police to handle. About a baker's dozen of GPD officers with shields followed in behind White Canary as she pushed with their assistance with the usage of force back and away from panic in the streets. She could hear commotion behind her, realizing that Batman was using his own technique to help somewhat empty out the streets of Gotham City. As she marched and attacked only those who retaliated in violence, she reached up to touch a communication device along the collar of her coat. Contacting her vigilante partner, Green Arrow, "How're you holding up? Need any assistance?" Speaking calmly, all while kicking a** in the streets of Gotham City.

As the chaos ensued, no doubt looting and riots, injury and death, in the many multiple cities that had been hit by the duo, the clown cackled, manic green eyes sparkling with such dark malicious delight. Despite his and Harley's rather small part to play in the overall story, he couldn't help but admit that he was still enjoying himself. The scent of burning human flesh, suddenly making him hungry, desiring madly... Barbecued ribs. Even while the speaker on his walkie talkie crackled back to life, and with it came a voice on the other end... The head of his team in Metropolis, whispering as if somehow worried Superman might overhear the man, even across town... "-Boss, you should know... Some of the Justice League is here mopping up your "distraction", whadda we do?" smirking, Joker leaned back on his heel, gloved hand on his hip, and in the most serious tone He could muster he uttered casually, "-Well you know what that means, don't you pumpkin? Gotta go toe to toe with Superman, give him the ol"' left hook, right hook... Kill him," Joker could swear he heard his hench swallowing a gulp of nervous air even from Star City, he burst out in a fit of wild laughter, "-Lighten up, tight a**! I'm just shitting you, Sit tight, lay low, our goal is accomplished, to distract the Leaguers from the real plan, the real question, can you avoid detection? Guess we'll see..." hanging up, he'd no sooner shove it in his back pocket, before another call flooded in from Gotham, once again like Metropolis, the streets were slowly being cleared, the crowds calmed, the fires neutralized, it wouldn't be much longer now before they'd arrive... This much he was certain of, but unlike his henchmen... He had no intention in leaving...
