Reverse FIash Vice Captain

Eobard sat and listened to each and everyone of them pledging their part in this alliance. Some a lot more willing than others. He knew full well the people he was dealing with here and most of their motivations were apparent. He nodded and listened to Circe, Deadshot, Harley and The Joker. Some of them more distrusting than the others, he would soon put their minds at rest. A smile even grew on his face as he had won over Grodd - not something very many individuals could manage. However, some individuals had forced Professor Zoom to interject. His upper lip rose and showed his teeth as he was about to revel in sarcasm. Pinching his own yellow suit, he lifted up the material ever so slightly and looked at Atrocitus, "Yellow. Not Green." It gave him no pleasure to see Sinestro attacked, blind rage was seeming more of a liability than an asset to him right now. Then came Killer Frost, who had outright antagonised Eobard. He stared at Snow, seeing how emotional she had gotten, and he let silence follow her last few words. And then? He burst out laughing. For someone so cold, she certainly had a fiery temper. As his laugh died down, Eobard clasped his hands together and sighed. "I'm insulted, I thought I had made it all obvious enough. These dates, behind me. Your late betrothed's fate isn't set in stone, nothing in the past, present or future is--" As he watched Black Adam walk forward, his brow dropped, irritated that he had referred to him by "Eobard" - but he would it pass this once and hope that it was a mistake that wouldn't be repeated. "--All of you, we will reshape history into our own design." Reverse Flash turned around, and tossed Gideon at the center of the table. "Luckily for you all, our first mission is right here, in the present. We're going to need to make a few new friends--" Eobard clicked his fingers, and the AI began to display blue prints, with four large red dots. "--Metallo, Bizarro, Clayface and Parasite. These individuals will be hard to miss. Located within Gotham's very own S.T.A.R. Labs facility - their holding cells are deep underground and without a doubt our presence will alert others." Eobard leaned in, pointing at the very front of the S.T.A.R. Labs building. "So we're going to need a plan. Atrocitus and Enchantress, you're going to be the first line of defense against any of our unwanted friends appearing. No one gets in, no one gets out--" He then began to draw a path with his finger, "-- Joker and Harley, I need you both to do what you do best and cause mayhem. By whatever means necessary keep them occupied on the upper floor--" Zoom then stopped and looked over at Killer Frost and Deadshot, before panning down through the blue prints to the bottom. "Killer Frost and Deadshot, you two need to take advantage of the distractions given, and break free both of our soon to be allies. I'm sure explosives and ice will be useful enough in breaking them free of their prisons--" He then zoomed out of the hologram, showing a hill. "Circe will teleport; Black Adam, Sinestro, Savage, Grodd and I there and we will be watching from a distance. Our presence within S.T.A.R. Labs would only alert the Justice League, so we will not intervene unless absolutely necessary." Gideon powered down, and the hologram went off. Eobard began to use the speedforce to alter his voice, "Failure is not an option. Get to it, we will see you there." Having issued them all their leave, Eobard turned his head and nodded at Circe, who would teleport them as everyone was leaving.

"Sure," Ollie replies plainly. He chose to minimize conversing in the same space as criminals in case any of them lain conscious without his knowing. Though, he'd be lying to himself if he didn't admit the offer to get drinks wasn't on his mind already considering everything he had to endure tonight. As the duo exited from the right the side of the building, they would see his motorcycle parked in the same place he left it. Ollie, himself, was sure glad to walk over and touch his beauty again. He picks up and puts his helmet on before sitting down allowing White Canary time to settle down behind him. Once he feels Sara grab onto him, he begins tightening his grip on the handle bars of his cycle, revving the bike a few times, then zipping off into the night of Star City. "Gotta make a stop to change then we can go grab some drinks." GA calls out, over the sound of oncoming traffic while whizzing in and out of lanes.

As expected, Robin showed exemplary effort in dispatching the Dollotrons. He knew the young hero took pride in his skill and determination, though it never hurt to check on him just in case he had to dial up the training regiment. A loud thunk sounded aloud throughout the whole room as a squad of GCPD police officers stormed in, guns up and aimed in case they had stumbled upon a grim situation."Batman and Robin," Said a familiar voice that pushed through the crowd. Commissioner Gordon fixed at his glasses after holstering his firearm seeing as the situation was contained. "None of my people believed me when I said you had this under control, looks like they better think twice next time." There were times when Gordon preferred that certain matters were left in the hands of the Gotham City Police Department but overall, they were completely stumped by the entirety of the case while Gotham's master detective had deduced the identity and location of the criminal at the center of it all. James couldn't be anymore grateful at this time.
Batman surveyed the room all while listening to Gordon's appreciation. He watched as Pyg came to while the police read him his rights, not without a bit of resistance of course. His arms were tightly folded over his chest, what little of his face could be seen showed a tad bit of grimace as his attention was directed to the Dollotrons. "See what can be done about Valentin's Dollotrons. Whatever he's done to them, maybe it can be reversed." With the GCPD on one end figuring out a solution, Batman would be doing the same. With that, the GCPD turned to leave with the place sealed off, Lazlo Valentin in custody, and the several victims were taken to safety.
"We're done for the night, le-," Just as he was ready to call it a day for the dynamic duo, a strange feeling swept over the vigilante. A pulse of some kind that lasted for only a brief moment but lingered throughout in a way that drew him in. He wasn't sure what to make of it but he had to investigate it as soon as possible. "I'll meet you back at the cave." Said Batman as he fled from the scene and back out into the Gotham night.
Present...
The lingering pulse like feeling led the Bat to a warehouse, where else would a mysterious presence lead an unsuspecting individual. He wouldn't dare approach from the main front entrance, instead favoring the stealth approach as he was unsure as to what he was getting himself into just by being at the scene. Removing his grappling hook from his utility belt, he shot it forth up along the rooftop of the warehouse. It then pulled him forward, launching him up into the air. He landed against the surface softly, moving in haste as he then setup a rappel line that let him descend downward. He did so until he was able to see through a fairly foggy and uncleaned window, looking over the production floor of the abandoned building. His bright white eyes squinted in anger as he noticed the overwhelming amount of criminals, assassins, and super villains that were all led by the Flash's arch nemesis Professor Zoom. Activating the zoom functionality in his cowl, he could see enemies ranging from as deadly and sadistic as The Joker, all the way up to villains who had quite the reputation like Vandal Savage. He had never seen anything like it in all of his years as Batman and the years that followed after the Justice League's formation.
"We have a problem." The JL communications came alive as Batman spoke through, mixed with his usual gruff tone although there was a bit of underlying urgency.

After their hasty departure from the battle front, speeding out of sight and out of mind. Sara watched as the street lights blurred past them, as if they were moving at a much slower pace than when the Waverider would drop out of warp speed. Gripping Oliver closer more so in a reaction to a memory. His shout pulled her out of her zoned out thoughts, "Gotta make a stop to change then we can go grab some drinks." Mentally kicking herself for not speaking in Arabic dialogue back at the crime scene, to sway any one of the wounded semi-unconscious assailants may have been on the verge of waking. To make the defeated villains think that the heroes were heading out for celebratory drinks after beating the snot out of the bad guys as a reward for a job well done. Eventually nodding her head against his shoulder, only for her to respond to him in turn. Speaking loud enough for him to hear her. "No drinks, we need to talk." Sara didn't want drinks, she did want to talk and catch up on what she had apparently missed since she had been here last. Hoping Oliver would catch on and take an alternative route, for safety, just in case. Was better to be safe than sorry, since the earlier activity proved, he did not need to be fighting alone. Which made many questions rise: Why was he alone? Where was his backup? Where was his team?

Damian Wayne Son of the Bat, the current (better than Drake) Robin
Damian cackled as he stared out into Gotham, relishing his freedom. Father had business elsewhere and if Damian had to guess, it definitely was something to do with the Justice League. In the meantime, the young Robin could definitely take out at least half the city tonight on his own. Damian seriously doubted that they were that tough to deal with; if Grayson and Father could do it, so could he. He was the fighter of the family... well, excluding Cain, but she hadn't shown her face in the city just yet. Maybe when she did, the two of them could team up and then clean Gotham together. Father would be most proud.
He continued thoughts on this particular subject while his eyes scanned the streets, looking for a crime so he could look even more like he deserved to be out on the streets alone every night. If he could do that then maybe Batman would allow him to create his own team as well. A team as organized and prepared for any threat like the Justice League but lead by him. Damian launched himself off the roof and pulled out his grappling hook, firing it off and swinging to another roof top before running off in the direction of China town. He bounded over the rooftops and moved swiftly to the seemingly always busy China town, stopping on some nearby buildings to try and pinpoint exactly where any crimes in progress were taking place. A few crashes echoed from the left, and Damian jumped off again, racing to see this brawl.

"No drinks, we need to talk." the statement shouldn't have taken him by surprise but it did. This was the first time he'd seen Sara in months, probably years on her end for him. Ollie just hoped that whatever she wanted to speak to him about- it wasn't too bad. Slowly, he pulled up to the hideout and drove towards the secret garage entrance that would take them inside. He was scanned by the tech, as the secreted wall would open after confirming his identity. Driving completely inside now the lair could be seen in full view and lit up as always. Oliver takes his helmet, hood, and domino off sitting each in their rightful places. Then turns to Sara with his arms to his sides showing an obvious look of concern. "Sara. What's up?" he asks, getting straight to the point.

Man Of Steel Superman Vice Captain
|

"That's quite enough son."The voice was authoritative yet warm, coming from several feet off the ground, behind the young man. Floating their effortlessly with his arms folded across his broad chest was the Man of Steel himself. Superman's cape was flowing heroically in the late night breeze as he looked down on the sight in the alley. There was a young African American boy no older than sixteen or seventeen holding an older gent and young woman at gunpoint. Superman lowered himself to the ground gently as his ice blue eyes locked on the boy. He had to reason with the young man, he had to get through to him. Killing was not something that came lightly, not to anyone but the darkest of hearts so for a boy so tender of age to be contemplating it so easily was troubling. His feet on the ground Clark unfolded his arms to take a more peaceful stance. He wanted the boy to release the man and woman on his own accord. He wanted to give the boy a chance. Sure he could super speed over there, take the firearm from the boy and get a hold of the kid all before he could blink but that's not the way Clark did things. He liked to give people a chance, let them show their good inner qualities. It could be at best described as his greatest strength as well as his greatest weakness in that regard. The boy's hand had been trembling, he was obviously scared and unsure what to do. He'd done it now. He was in big trouble. Slowly he turned and hung his head handing the gun over to Superman. The other two behind him quickly fled without another word. "I'm sorry Superman. I never intended on killing those people. I just...I just didn't no what else to do. My mom...she's sick and without surgery, she'll die. I figured if I came up here and robbed one of the rich people that always come outta that place..." tears began to swell in the boy's eyes. Superman could see and very much so feel his pain. He placed a hand on the boy's shoulder causing him to look up at him. "I'm sorry to hear that about your mother. But under no circumstance is this okay. You endangered two lives tonight." the young man rubbed the tears out of his face and nodded."Where did you get this?" Superman gestured towards the gun he now held. "It belonged to my Dad before he died." Superman uses his x-ray vision to see through the gun only to see, the gun isn't even loaded. "I promise I never meant to hurt those people. I just wanted to scare them into giving me money." Although the boy had no way of knowing it, Superman knew he wasn't lying."Where do you live? I'll take you home." "Suicide Slums." Superman balls up the gun in his hand and lightly throws it into one of the nearby rusted cans. He then turns around allowing for the young man to get on. He does so and soon he and the boy ascend to the skies."What's your name?""Isiah Johnson. What's yours?" the question alone makes Superman smile as he doesn't say anything at first."Let's stick with Superman for now." The two fly for a bit until they arrive in Isiah's neighborhood. There, he lets him down and they both stare at Isiah's home. "This is it..." Superman hears him say detecting the change in his tone. "Do you mind if I come in? I'd like to meet your mother." Isiah looked up at Superman shocked by his even asking. He nods and once Isiah unlocks the door, they both head inside."Isiah? Is that you?" a sickly voice calls out from upstairs. "Yeah, Mom. it's me. We have a guest who wants to meet you.""A guest? This late?""Sorry for the intrusion Miss Johnson. I just wanted to make sure Isiah here made it home safe." the woman could not believe it. But there Big Blue was standing over her bedside. She looks at Isiah with a very confused expression. "Isiah, what kind of trouble did you get into?" she asked. Isiah doesn't reply obviously ashamed of his would be actions tonight. When he looks as if he is about to explain, Superman intervenes. "No trouble ma'am. Isiah here, actually saved two lives tonight. I wanted to come here and meet with whoever raised such an upstanding young man." Miss Johnson's relaxes almost immediately upon hearing the news and smiles towards her baby boy. "Is that true, Zay?" she asked."Yeah, Mama it's true," I siah says, feeling ashamed for lying but also shocked that Superman covered for him. "I should be on my way. Again, I'm sorry to be a bother so late but I wanted to thank you." afterwards, Superman and Isiah head outside to speak privately. "Why did you do that?""Do what? Isiah. You did save two lives tonight. Whether the gun was loaded or not. You chose not to take those lives on your own. Just don't ever do that again. Your mother loves you and I doubt seeing you go to prison for murder is what she wants. She'll need someone to take care of her during her recovery." "I won't...wait, recovery?"Superman reveals a smile then begins to levitate off the ground. "I have some friends at Metropolis General. I'll cover the surgery long as you stay out of trouble. I'll be watching over you." Superman says rising up higher and higher leaving Isiah with a wave before flying off. "We have a problem." The JL communications came alive as Batman spoke through, mixed with his usual gruff tone although there was a bit of underlying urgency. Clark is on his way back to his apartment to turn in when he hears Bruce's voice. "What is it Bruce?"

Upon their approach to the secret garage entrance, she couldn't help but feel like something was missing. Once inside, the place was empty, like a tomb. Frowning slightly after dismounting from the motorcycle, Sara walked towards the quadruple glassed-in uniform display cases. Taking a moment to look over each uniform, knowing who all they represented before turning towards the center of the room. The Arrowcave building was, barren. Surely there was a reason as to why it was, just so. The most recent memory she had of visiting the Arrowcave wasn't too long ago, however it was in a distant, futuristic time line. Time that had been altered with her sudden disappearance, by joining up with Rip Hunter. When Sara saw Oliver tonight, she knew that the other Oliver she had met.... was very different. But that was a different time and part of history fixed, as far as she knew. With the sparingly amount of time provided to her then and tonight, one thing both Green Arrow's had in common was.... No team. No backup. No one there to help. Coincidence? Swallowing back a lump that suddenly formed in her throat, as Sara wet her lips with her tongue, to clear away any dryness. Surely they weren't connected? She wasn't a detective, nor did she want to jump to any conclusions without getting some answers first. Hearing Oliver chime in question, "Sara. What's up?" Sara purposely released a breath, in doing so did her best to calm the tension in her shoulders and back that had formed as she was slowly putting the pieces of the puzzle together on her time. Turning around to face Oliver, with one of her quiet, greeting smiles. Before nonchalantly asking, "This place is a little empty Ollie, where is everyone?"

Ollie raises a brow, folding his arms cross his chest at Sara's weird question. Team? What did she mean by that? The only team he had consisted of her, whenever she came back, Diggle, and sometimes Roy when he was in town. Did she mean Laurel? He sure hoped she didn't. For, she of all people knew what happened the last time he and Laurel spoke. The past...As he walked out into the populated section of Club Verdant, Oliver immediately put on his 'club manager' face and slowly made his way through the crowds of patrons and dancers. His progress was slowed as people kept trying to get him to let their friends in, or girls wanting to give him their phone numbers so they could 'party' more later. All this came to a quick halt when one of the girls he happened to bump into was none other than Laurel Lance. "You're here?" Ollie questioned with a confused expression. Laurel wearing an expression similar on her face would begin to answer him, "Tommy. He made the point that we had too many years between us to...leave things the way we left them. Is there some place quiet that we can go?" he nodded, leading her somewhere secluded. "Laurel. You always saw the best in me. Right now, that's what you're doing. Looking at me wondering if that island changed me somehow, if it made me a better person; it didn't. Stay away from me otherwise I'm just gonna hurt you again. This time it'll be worse. Gotta roll. I got five years in debauchery to catch up on." and that was the last time they'd spoke to one another. The present...."Sara, you're not making sense. Who is everyone?"

"Sara, you're not making sense. Who is everyone?" Sara's facial expression was that of a deer frozen in front of headlights. Her eyes darting away from Oliver and back over towards the case(s). Having to do a double take of scanning over the outfits once more, they were of: The Canary, Arsenal, Spartan and Green Arrow. Not the line up she was used to seeing: Black Canary, Speedy, Spartan and Green Arrow. Wait that can't be right? The original hideout only had Oliver's uniform in a case. The rest of us just brought our stuff along when we knew we were going to be fighting crime. The gears in her mind were spinning so fast that a whirlwind of questions suddenly became apparent in a blink of an eye. What exact year did we return too? Have the others experienced what I am going through with Oliver? What exactly has been going on since I departed? Does that mean that the time line is different now? Especially with how Ollie just responded to me in reference to where is everyone? Wait a minute...Ollie removed his helmet, hood and domino mask....so? I can't be too far back in time, right?? Oh man, Rip is going to have a ____ing field day when he gets wind of this! If he gets wind of this. Sara had an aching feeling that something felt completely off but was uncertain at the time as to what it was. Somewhere in the back of her mind, the words oh ____ came into play. Using a relaxation technique she learned in training in tense and uncertain situations from the League of Assassins. Sara was able to reverse the side effects of tension throughout her body to put on a convincing show that everything was good. She knew the game quite well, the game of going with the flow of things. She started to chuckle, as she turned back around to face Oliver. "You know, on second thought I think I will have that drink."

"You know, on second thought I think I will have that drink." Ollie's stance remained the same clearly not phased by Sara's comment. He wanted to know what he wasn't being told. Seeing the way Sara glanced over at the encased costumes as if something or someone were missing told him that whatever was up, it had been big. His mind tore away from confused thoughts with the monotone chirp of the phone sitting on the steel table beside him. He can see from the lit screen that it was the JL communication device given to him by Batman in case of emergencies and his leather covered hand reached out to the slim stretch of phone. He wasn't a member per-say of the team mostly because he didn't want to be. He much preferred sticking to Star City and it's conflicts than deal with the larger than life problems that came with being a 'Leaguer'. Though, he would be lying to himself if he said he wasn't the least interested in what was up. He places the device against his ear and listens. "We have a problem." the voice was dark, brooding, and vague as usual, not very surprising. Oliver sets the communicator down and looks back up to Sara with a mild look, closing some space in between them, as he asks, "..Did something happen when you were time travelling that I need to know?"

Standing there quietly, with her hands resting lax along her sides. Watching Oliver divert his attention towards a cell phone on his table, listening to a message. The fact he didn't say anything to whomever had called and closed the distance between them. "..Did something happen when you were time travelling that I need to know?" Oliver's words caused Sara's pupils to dilate in response to the effect that Oliver wasn't buying what she was trying to sell him then. Dropping the act, her lips pursed together, "It all depends on what you just heard." She wasn't playing any game then, although it did sound like she was gambling on what was said on the phone. Sara knew that she was riding a dangerous teeter-totter then. It all depended on what she revealed to Oliver next. The weight of the conversation could go either way and the side effects could possibly cause damage to the time line that might be irreversible.

"It all depends on what you just heard." not expecting that for an answer - he frowned - not at Sara but at the statement. Did she know? But, how? He traded a glance between her and the device then back up to her again. "You know...him?" Ollie decided maybe the idea wasn't too far fetched. Sara spent most if not all of her time travelling through the space time continuum. At some point in history it was possible that she did meet the Dark Knight. But is that why she was here now? Was this mission Batman sought the League out for, so dire that it begged for her to come back and join the fight? "Is this why you're back? If so, why didn't you just tell me? You had me...worried." Oliver admitted calmly.

As Gotham's own personal vigilante was scanning the crowd of villains, making the wise decision of alerting his fellow heroes and allies in the Justice League , a pair of eyes caught his. The massive gorilla that was Grodd, looked up , seeming to stare directly at Batman as he watched them. Not a moment afterwards, the masked vigilante would experience an incredibly painful sensation in mind, as though his skull was on fire. The brief outline of Grodd roaring viciously at him at the forefront of his thoughts before they all seemed to scatter.
Moments earlier, Grodd, whose higher brain functions gave him an a highly advanced form of telepathy that was nearly on par with those of the famed Martian Manhunter, had taken the liberty of scanning the thoughts of all those present. He had quickly detected Batman's psychic presence, and allowed him to make a brief communication to his allies, before scattering his thoughts painfully. It was a painful experience that would leave him unable to move or even speak for a few minutes.
Deciding not to inform anyone but Zoom, Grodd opened a telepathic link to the yellow suited speedster. Not wanting anyone to hear what was said. " Batman is here, and he's alerted the Justice League." He pulsed towards Thawne, looking away from where the Batman lay down to the rest of the villains. " The time to leave is now."

* KILLER FROST * Killer Frost watched Eobard through narrowed glowing ice blue eyes. He was up to something for himself only and she knew it. It was just how he worked; it's how he always worked... with one hand he would pretend to help you and with the other he would kill you and it would all be for his benefit. It was a game or something colder and crueler than that to him. She may not now what the Future would be like, or even what his future was like, but she knew it had created Him. She scoffed at his words, but didn't say anything against him. No, no... if he could really... If he could help her get Ronnie back, or even help her undo what happened to her, and ue Eobard just like he would do to them all, then she would be down to raise a little Ice Age. She backed down, but did not relax or loosen up her angry mood. At the first sign of deceit -or even percieved deciet- she would freeze him solid. She wasn't some weakling anymore; she wasn't Dr. Caitlin Snow, damsel in distress, Inc. No, that girl was dead. She was Killer Frost now, and everyone was going to feel her cold dealthy grip before she would be some weak damsel again.
