He noticed that she looked around and at the door, which he walked over and set the door to being as closed as the now slightly broken door could be. He soon started walking around, finding nothing but old funiture. He sighed, but tried looking upstairs, but as he checked one room, he noticed there were desk/tables with equipment and vials set up. There was a generator and canisters of gas, "Huh, well we have some sort of rigged lab." He stated looking around.

Cody looked around as she spoke but he shook his head, "Hard to tell without foreignsics since most labs have similar setups. This could be for human drugs or monster drugs... either way, needs to be shut down." He said as he felt like he would call this in, but noticed a window that was on the street side. He walked downstairs making sure she was close by. They were in the kitchen, standing by the archway that went into the living room. The windows showed a couple headlights with a few shadows, which Cody had only gasped as he basically tackled Eden to the side, they both hit the kitchen floor behind the wall as the front window exploded inward as gunfire poured in from the street. The wall had a couch in front of it giving each protection for them but he had her stay down, covering her a bit as bullets riddled the living room and wizzed past the arch hitting the wall on the opposite side if the room.

Cody kept over her, looking down and saw her covering herself which he sighed but he looked up and around, seeing and hearing the bullets. He flinched and lowered his head as some bullets peppered the wall above them, which he lowered his head from the drywall dust. As the bullets stopped, there was silence again but before anyone could do anything Cody saw a red light from above, one of the gas canisters must have caught fire and would spread down to them. They were most likely surrounded with someone in the backyard to gun them down. He noticed a light in the pantry. He pulled out his gun, "You missed us assholes!" He yelled out as the gunfire picked up again but he helped her move to the pantry to open a floor hatch into a cement room with a ladder, "Get in now!" He said loud enough for her to hear over the gunfire, the room below was almost like a closest and it had more gas canisters inside.

He watched as she got into the hatch and before he could get down, he heard the gun fire stop which he shot at the floor away from them, causing some more gunfire to pepper more of the building. The fire was spreading down the stairs but he got down inside and closed the hatch, which as he did, he moved past her and checked the wall behind her. There was a hidden door which he ushered he through, tipping a canister and dropping a lit match inside. He closed the hatch and sealed the fire inside, leaving them in what looked like a tunnel. Upon looking, they would find that they were in the sewers, "They wont be there for long and we have a long walk, lets go... and fix your clothes please." He said putting his gun away and looked down the tunnel, the only light was the service lights on the ceilings and on the walls of the sewer tunnels.

He walked past her and tried not to stare when she fixed her clothes but he was calm, "No idea who those ment are but unfortunately, any evidence in that house went up in flames and hopefully they think that we died there." He stated as they walked, "We are going just beyond the edge to the monster district to see one of my friends there. We can hide there while I go through some papers I stole from the lab to see what they were up to." He said pulling some papers from his coat before putting them back. They would walk for a while, passing intersecting tunnels before ending up at a service ladder. When they climbed up, they would travel down a couple of dark streets as he noticed some monsters walking around. He avoided busy streets, but they soon walked up to a dark warehouse. Cody stepped up to a door with a keypad, "Hopefully Aaron hasnt changed the code." He said as he unlocked the door and inside the building was more darkness, "In you go." He said letting her go in first.

Cody could see that she was scared but when she walked in he followed behind her and closed the door behind them. He took out his flashlight and began to scan the area, "Where is Aaron... alright follow me and dont touch anything." He said as they would go in further which passing by a door, there was a lap turned on at a desk with some clothes in the room. Another door revealed threads sitting in darkness, drawn out ready to be spooled. They came to the main open room where he looked at her, "Ill be right back, just dont cause any trouble " he said as he soon left her alone in the dark. It was a solid 10mins before a heavy clunk as the sorta dim but illumi ating lights came on revealing spider weebs among the upper walls. The cieling was still dark but from behind, out of the darkness of another room, a large figured crawled out and quietly snuck up to Eden. The figured grabbed her as she smirked, quuckly wrapping some webbing and thread around the mothgirl, "Mmm... seems supper walked right into my home... what are you doing here my sweet little snack?" She said as the webbing was stuck to her clothes and parts of her body that kept her from escaping the spider womans grasp. The aracnid woman was almost like a centaur, only with the lower body of a spider. She wore a beautiful kimono, made of beautiful and soft silk as she continued to spindle her web and threading around her new victim.

The spider woman had been careful of Edens wings, it was made of a silk like material that was also useful to some of her designs. When she heard the mothgirl yell for Cody though the spider girl stopped, "Cody?!" The spider woman repeated confused but from the door he came through, Cody came running through, panting a bit, "Hey Aaron, no, she is not food, thats my Client alright!" He exclaimed after having sprinted to stop her. Aaron was surprised but gasped, "Oh... im sorry dear!?" She spoke softly, her killer predator eyes softened and her voice smooth and soft like silk. She lowered herself and Eden down back to the floor, "Im terribly sorry, i had been at work on an order and havent eaten in a while and its been so long since i needed to hunt... i was born in the forests, sorry." She apologized as she took her finger, the nail didnt touch any of her skin as Aaron dragged it up the webbing, cutting it and freeing Eden, only her nail also cut through Edens clothing which the webs were stuck too and had ruined a bit.

Cody lookef at Eden as she fled behind him but he looked at her, "Eden, you shouldnt be worried, it was a minor misunderstanding. Aaron is actually rather harmless, dispite her appearance. She is actually a clothing designer, her webbing actually makes a more durable silk like material when it dries out. She makes kimonos and dress and other such orders." He explained and Aaron bowed her upper body as best she could, "Sorry, i tend to work better in the dark, it dries out my webbing more to what i need it instead of the lights burn drying them." She explained as she thought it over, "I have an order for a lot of kimonos and had been making a lot of silk, which i guess i didnt realize how hungry I was..." she explained in a soft voice.
