If anyone's interested, I have a writing journal here. ^^ Anyway, the lastest poem I posted on that... ------- FarewellYou said, "Good night, good-bye," before you left, Your presence lingers, then escapes; so deft. A dazzling smile, yet clouded by the tears, Refused to let me cry, "Sweet dreams, my dear." Why must you act so rashly, why so soon? Your wings now flicker, fading with the moon. When will we meet again, oh, can you say, To keep my worries and my fears at bay? And who will reach to catch me if I fall? Whose aid will come to me now if I call? My angel, teacher; more than that, my friend, Is this the path you choose now in the end: To leave the world behind, no backward glance, To take the fatal step of life's great dance? And all of those you left behind, we weep. Our wails or silent tears herald our sleep. In desperation, dreams of your return All haunt the nights; in broken hearts they burn, Await, always, return of your soft smile, That gives regrets and says you'll stay a while. Hold on to those beliefs, till they become The truth of this reality, heart's balm. Forever, longer, if I must, I'll wait, Surrender not to time nor more to fate. Return some day, your wings in brilliance shine, And once again I'll take your hands in mine. These simple gestures everything to me, These simple words, eternal promise be.

This is one of my poems from a while ago. Originally written for a book, but I never added it.
Long ago in Fallow Down, A yellow rose was planted. A yellow rose of great renown, A Rose fore'er enchanted.
A lavish sight for all to see, A masterpiece of petals, It grew in silence, fair and free, Like silk among the nettles.
Then one morning, thick with fog, I wandered through the snows. And leaned against a hollowed log, And looked upon the Rose.
For there it grew, echanted still, Unmarked, unchanged by time, Immune to age, immune to chill, Forever in its prime.
"Children die and countries fail, And still this curst thing grows!" I cried aloud, let out a wail... And laughed, and picked the Rose.

Gold, gold, gold, falling into my purse. At least I have no bills to pay. Will you donate some gold today?
So many things I want to have, does that make me a greedy girl? My walls are bare and outfits limited compared to the rest of the world.
Pass the gold, pass the things like a kitty or angel wings, you'll have someone thanking you forever and ever.

Title: Don't Say Goodbye Songfic Pairing: Youko Kurama x Youko Stella(OC) Song: Don't Say Goodbye : Paulina Rubio
Cassie stood off to the side of the school, watch Shuichi from the shadows. Tess had basicly forced her to come to school today but it was really hard on her to be here. Today...was the day Youko Kurama had died about 18 years ago.. It hurt to remember but no matter how hard Cassie, rather Youko Stella would always remember that day, that changed her life forever. She knew that after Youko had died, then she died, Aara was all alone. She had no one left but her daughter...who looked a lot like Aara's mate who had died two months before. Tess pulling Cassie towards the school brought her out of her thoughts and she focused on getting through the day.
The circle of the moon The rising of the sun We'll be together soon Our story's just begun Time will bring us near I'll never be so far Oh baby don't you fear I'll always be right where you are
It wasn't possible for her to get through the day, especially with every class with Shuichi who held the scent of Stella's mate, Youko Kurama. She glanced up from her work and saw him smile at her, she halfway returned the smile, her heart in pain today. She looked up at the teacher and her face paled when she said they would study the relationship of Youko Stella and Youko Kurama next. She stood up and ran out of the room, tears blurring her image. Next thing she knew, she was standing at the edge of the school roof. Tears flowed down her cheeks as she looked down. One more step could take away all the pain and sufferings she's had and will have.
You can dry my tears But you can't stop the pain inside I'm trying to hide As I hold you near I know I have to pull away You know that I can't stay All of my life No one has touched me the way that you do Wherever I go I know that the road will lead back to you
She turned around as she felt a hand on her wrist and she fell backwards, into Shuichi's arms. She looked up at him as he sat up, his arms wrapped tightly around her. When he spoke, it was not Shuichi, but her beloved mate. He begged her to stay alive, that he needed her. She nodded, tears falling once more and as they fell he kissed them away. He smiled and Cassie knew it wasn't her mate, but Shuichi. He placed his hand on her cheek and smiled softly at her, telling her that he didn't know if it was because Youko was so attracted to Stella, but that he thought he was falling in love with her. They stood up and went back to class after she had calmed down. Upon entering the room again, the teacher gave them a look that ment they were to stay after class.
So don't say goodbye Don't turn away It doesn't have to end today Don't say goodbye Cause I will love you till the end of time
Class was soon over and once the others were gone, the teacher closed the door and handed each a box. Cassie opened her...it held everything Youko Kurama had given to her and Shuichi's held everything she had given to him. Cassie stared at their teacher, looking confused. Their teacher took off a spell and infront of them stood a mix of Stella and Kurama. Cassie's stared at her, then hugged her. Their teacher was none other then their daughter, Summer. Summer's twin sister Song is the singing teacher. Shuichi stared blankly and Cassie explained to him that after Youko Kurama had died, Stella found out she was carrying his twins. Stella, unlike Kurama, knew about Aara's mating with Kuronue so she went to her best friend and after the birth, Stella and Aara talked about what to do. They both knew that their mates were now in the Ningenaki and it would be years before they awakened.
Don't say goodbye
They had decided that once Stella's children reached age two in demon years, they would send for Ayumi the Ice Princess to watch over their children. The hour before Ayumi got there, the two mothers had been killed, protecting their daughters. They had been weak, not training and only eating some while taking care of their children, they were an easy kill without their mates. It had been a fast death but they had taken the snake demon with them. Ayumi stood beside their graves with three crying children. She looked up at the sky and told the two souls who were watching her to go, to find their mates. They did just that but they would have to awaken to their powers again and no one ever knew when that would be. They could be 30 and not have awakened yet.
Even though We'll be apart We'll see the same stars Just close your eyes And I'll be where you are Don't say goodbye Cuz if you say that word my heart won't survive
Luckily fate was on their side and they each awakened around the age of 13. Aara awoke first, then Cassie and followed by Akina. Crystal and Ayumi never really died. Well, Crystal did die but Ayumi brought her back to life a few years after she had died and Hiei, Crystal's mate had disappeared. Crystal wouldn't see him for 18 years but would always know what he is going through, being his mate had advantages and disadvantages. Once you believe your mate is dead, you can't feel them but if they believe you are alive, they can feel you.
Don't say goodbye
After making Summer promise that she and Song would come to Genkai's temple this afternoon, Cassie went onto her next class, art. Before she knew it, it was the end of school and she was walking to Genkai's...with Shuichi. Their hands were laced together and she was smiling happily as he wrapped an arm around her waist. They knew he was being followed by his fangirls but they didn't care, they were too happy. Halfway to Genkai's they lost the fangirls and Shuichi leaned down and kissed Cassie on the cheek. They were in a field of flowers and Kurama, as Shuichi asked her to call him away from humans, looked very serious. He went down on his knee and touched the bracelet she is wearing that Youko Kurama gave her. At this very moment, Cassie heart raced and raced faster after he asked her to be his girlfriend. She hugged him happily and said yes.
Can you feel my desire? The way that my body's aching With your every breath I try to memorize Every move you're making So I'll never forget The way that you feel Whenever your heart is beating with mine Wherever I go I'll keep my memories of you inside
Two years passed by quickly and before she knew it, Cassie was in her room at Genkai's, standing in a pure white wedding dress. Next to her is her best friend, also in a white wedding dress. Cassie and Tess are getting married in a double wedding to Kevin and Kurama, the human forms of their mates. In soft blue bridemaid dresses stood Crystal, Akina, Ayumi, Kara, Summer, and Song. Akina told them that she would suffer in a dress as long as they made it up to her. Time flew by and before they knew it, they were no longer single, dancing in the arms of their husbands. No one thought anything could destroy the peace. How wrong they were.
So don't say goodbye Don't turn away It doesn't have to end today Don't say goodbye Cause I will love you till the end of time
After the honeymoon to America, the two couples returned, happy as ever. Only to find that a demon had come to Japan and destroyed most of Tokyo. Genkai's temple had been about the only place safe. Cassie asked Kurama to take her somewhere over looking the city. Picking up his wife, Kurama did as she requsted. Once there, tears shined in her eyes, the beautiful city of Tokyo, the city that always made her feel happy and joyful was now in ruins.
Don't say goodbye
Cassie left the room in which Kurama and Kevin were searching for the demon who had destroyed part of the Ningenaki, the same one who caused Youko Aara terror in her childhood. No one should ever see two entire clans save for a few killed right infront of you. This very thing happened to Aara..only at the age of a seven year old human. She never forgot that day and blamed herself for everthing that happened that day. No wonder she couldn't put it behind her, the demon responsible was still out there, just waiting to hurt her even more.
Even though We'll be apart We'll see the same stars Just close your eyes And I'll be where you are Don't say goodbye Cause if you say that word my heart won't survive
Soon their group of 10 demons stood infront of the palace between the Komori and Kitsune lands. Shuddering Aara opened the door, everyone having reverted to their demon forms, needing the power these forms gave them. Fight after fight went by and soon Stella was fighting her own mother. It wasn't truely her mother, just her mother's shell of a body. Stella finally won the fight, but could do nothing but walk, she was too wounded for anything else. Youko Kurama healed her as best he could with using very little every. Little did he know what he did was help her save his very life in the next battle.
Don't say goodbye
Seconds passed by and Kurama could only watch in horror as while fighting the hardest demon they had come across, just before the demon landed the killing blow on Kurama when Cassie jumped infront of him, already badly wounded from her own fight. Youko Kurama was out in seconds. He killed the demon without much of a thought. He kneeled down and took Stella in his arms, she had changed back to her demon form to give her more power to protect him. Tears ran down his cheeks and hers as she told him she loves him and always will. Youko Kurama held her body close to his, sobbing out his pain. It hurt so much, more then anything. He wanted this to be a horrible dream, that he would wake up and they would both be alive and happy.
The circle of the moon The rising of the sun We'll be together soon Our story's just begun Time will bring us near I'll never be so far Oh, baby, don't you
Just as Stella took her last breath as both demon and human, she told her mate that she would love him forever, no matter what. When her body went limp in his arms, Youko let out a howl and every plant nearby went crazy. The rest of the group had already gone ahead to find Tess, rather Aara who was fighting the one reponsible for her terror as a child. Hearing his howl, they paused but continued, they would have to come back for the two. Days later, Akina, Cassie, Kurama, Aara, Kuronue, Hiei, and Crystal were gathered in Koenma's office. They had sacrificed their lives for the peace to remain in the three worlds. When Koenma spoke, he addressed all of them. He asked them what they wanted to happen. Crystal and Hiei went back to live in Makai as did Aara and Kuronue did with Kurama and Stella. Akina returned to the arms of Yusuke, her beloved. In the end, everyone was happy which is how it should be.
Thats my only songfic that I've done that I like. I'm working on more as we speak.

I got bored and made a website for my poetry and stories one day. I don't feel like posting a story, so I'll post a poem and a story excerpt. A Mystery She Could Never SolveSuch a wonderful five foot eleven of man, Who had the most beautiful smile, He can do what almost nobody can, Drag a girl out of denial; He took her hand and he said a few words, "You can never love too much," He sang a song prettier than the birds, Holding his hand brought back her touch; Smiles and laughter and cute little jokes, In every word he would say, She never wondered if it was a hoax, Lips she would kiss everyday; Words like "forever" and "perfect" were used, And this girl could never stray, Knowing, this time, she would not be abused, This girl hoped this boy would stay; But then, one day, the kiss Just didn't feel quite the same, And the smile that laid on his lips Seemed like it focused the blame; Gentle words and smiles grew fewer, Laughter just came to a stop, Everything stopped getting newer, And her tears began to drop; Fights would just start out of nowhere, They would all end in "okay," But it never went anywhere, So they started "a break" one day; Sometime the next week, they kissed, And it felt as it did before, Deep in their hearts, they both missed What they knew laid at the core; But then another girl came, A girl who hated her guts, Made him think it was a game, He just excused it with lust; She wonders what happened to him, The boy who she loves oh so much, Eventually, there was no them, And the boy quickly lost touch; He won't even talk to her now, She wishes that she knew why, There must be a way, somehow, To dry up the tears she will cry; She knows she's letting him kill her, But her "forever"s were true, If he could just tell her..Still, her Heart won't be mended with glue. From Snowglobe, an unfinished story: Kyle watched her through his empty emerald eyes. She danced and danced for him, hoping he would see something in her. Alas, he did not. He only saw a body twirling about as if having a desperate need to break free of some idealistic bondage. He did not pity this girl. It was not his job to care about someone who so many others could care for just as easily. He meant the world to her, but she meant nothing to him. Behind his black hair that grew to his neck was a face with such haunting beauty: a pale complexion with a few freckles and, of course, his emerald eyes. Those beautiful emerald eyes that any girl could get lost in, but somehow know he would never share the feeling. Kyle wished people wouldn't fall in love with him. It got very annoying, the constant compliments and attempts to take his heart. He knew if he ever let someone take his heart, it would be broken. He could no longer hide from the world and watch as if he was on the outside, quite like one would with a snowglobe.

My dream has been pestering me for a week now. What could it mean? I see myself running in the darkness, and all of a sudden There is a crashing sound above my head and somthing crushes me under it. I then see,a drop of what looks like a tear hit a puddle of water. I wake up as the ripples get bigger and bigger. My body is covered in sweat, and it aches all over. I feel as though it was really happening to me! what could this dream mean? It almost happened to me too. I was on my way back from the creek, and I hear a crack above my head. I turned to see a tree comming right for me! At first I froze, but then I jumped out of the way just as it hit me! talk about a close call! I've been finding symbols and all kinds of things in the creek. what could they mean? it seems that there is a mystery in my creek, and it's effecting me very badly. It's even almost killed me!
This is a summary of what happened to me in my creek. I have several pages that I've written from when I've been down there. if anyone is interested in reading them PM me!

Wolf in the Moonlite Page1 Author: Archer
I grew up in a small village just south of the forest. I grew up in the harsh desert region. My father and mother raised me for ten long happy years, until one day my father left. I was young at the time, and I didn't know what to think. The words "I will return some day for you!" rung in my head. I didn't understand why he left us,just all of a sudden. I grew up with my mother for eight years by myself. I hadn't seen or heard from my father in a very long time, and I had just given up hope on him. I figured he was dead. But,that thought was proved to be wrong a while back. It all started when a strange traveler came to my village. I sort of paniced when I saw him,and left to be alone. He resembled my father alot, but I wasn't sure it was him. While out I walked to a near by oasis to rest. The stars lit the way as I started twords the oasis. creatures fled as I grew near them, and It made me a little jumpy. I wasn't sure what lived out in this area. I had never actually been out in the desert. The farthest I have ever been was on top of a hill next to my village. When I arrived at the oasis,I layed down and looked up at the stars. I watched as they twinkled, and tried to make shapes out of them. I closed my eyes, and my mind began to wander like I was flying among the stars. After a while of being there,a sound stapped me to my sences. A twig crunched near me,and I rose to my feet. I struggled to look around,to find what ever it was. Several creatures wandered in the shadows. A growl confirmed my worse fear. "Wolves!" I thought to myself. The had me surrounded, and I needed to make an escape. As I turned to look behind me,a shadow lunged at me. I quickly caught it and threw it to the ground. Taking that moment,I started to run out into the desert. The wolves stayed right at my heels the whole way. I knew I couldn't keep running from them forever,so when I turned to look back I was tackled to the ground,by them. A sharp pain in my arm, that felt like someone had stuck a sword into it and tried to rip it out, came over me. I let out a cry in pain, and tried to throw the wolves off. It was no use. they had me pinned to the ground, and they weighed me down. As I looked around I seen another shadow comming twords me. This one was different It looked like a person. A girl was running for us at full speed. She rammed the wolves at full speed, and they went rolling across the ground. They let out a cry in pain and fled like a baby running away from it's mother. I looked at the girl in amazement. "She just saved me!" I thought. I watched as she brushed her hair back, and slowly made her way for me. "Are you alright?" She asked kneeling to me. "Um....I'm fine." I said in a shakey voice. " I'm Meena" The girl said smiling. "I'm Ryoku" I anwsered back to her. I grabbed my arm and quickly drew it back. It was had a deep gash, and blood dripped down it. "Your hurt!" Meena said in a paniced voice. "I'll be fine!" I said trying to stand up. Meena pushed me back down. "Let me up I'll be fine!" I said forcing my way up. As I looked around to start back twords my village a thought crossed my mind. "Where was my village?" I thought as I looked around. "how far had I ran?" I thought again. Meena looked at me cooly. "Do you even know where you are?" She asked. I ignored her. As I looked around,a strange feeling came over me. My body started to feel heavy, and my head started to feel light. My eyes started to go black.and I started to fall backwards. I staggered, trying to catch myself. Meena quickly caught me,and set me down one the ground. "You've lost too much blood you need to rest!" She said in a worried voice. I took a deep breath and let it out. "There's no way I can win this!" I thought. "alright you win!" I said looking at the ground. "You can heal up at my village!" Meena said helping me up. Slowly we made our way twords a hill. Light shined over it. slowly we made our way twords the hill. every once and a while,I would loose my balance and fall to my knees. Meena urged me oneach time. When we made it to the top of the hill,I looked down in amazement. Her village was bigger than mine. Meena looked at me in silence. "What!?" I said looking at her. "Why were you out in the desert at nigh?" She asked. "I just needed to be alone!" I anwsered. she looked at me for a while and finally said. "Let's get you in!"
That's my name Archer! So I didn't steal it from someone. biggrin hope you like it! it's from my book!

I just wrote this poem recently and I really like it so I'm going to put it in a book I'm writng! I don't normally share my writing, but I already have this one in another forum so I figured, why not put it here?
Promise?
What is going on? What is this I feel? I see your smile in the stars, And I hear your laughter in the wind. My heart is lost again! It's not suppose to be this way, You're not suppose to be so...sweet. You're suppose to be haughty, And have hate shining in your eyes. But I look at you and cannot turn away, My heart insists that I stay! Will you stop smiling at me like that? Will you give me a reason to hate? Is this all just an act? Are you soon going to change? For if you are I want my heart back, But if you aren't come to me! For I love you, and if you love me too, You'll come to me now and say what you feel! I don't want to lose you, And yet, I'm afraid if you stay, I'll love you too deeply, and lose you anyway. I need a promise of love, A promise it will last. Else I will turn away from the stars, And close my ears to the wind! For I could not stand to have a reminder of you, Without having your love. So what do you say? Do you promise to stay? Do you promise to love me everyday?
