"Then I'll help with that." Jeremiah's head tilted towards Aleksy's a moment, feeling tired briefly. There really was no reason to keep them around if he was not going to see anything.

An eye cracked open he had not realized had closed. "We can carry them outside, out of the house."

"Aleksy, I'm fine," he replied, though he did feel tired but that was beside the point, "I came here to talk to you, check again."

There was a yawn and his lips pressed together in a thin line of annoyance, pushing to sit up on the couch but his head spun and he sat back down immediately. "Bloody hell."

"You do realize sitting on me will not always stop me, yes?" Jeremiah sighed, head falling back onto the couch and staring up at the ceiling.

His fingers poked at Aleksy's leg before the tips of his fingers just sat there. "I was worried," he admitted. "Not just because I couldn't find you when I came by the last time."

Jeremiah very purposely shifted and moved around, just to be contrary but then settled back into the couch (because he was that person). It was teasing but also because Aleksy's reactions were comfortable, familiar things and what was on his mind was not.

"You said you saw her," a brief pause before he further went on, "Krasnya," a breath to say her name, "Tatiana." It likely seemed like a topic change but it was not.

Jeremiah just arched an eyebrow at the hand, gave him a look. Mostly because he was certain he would end up asleep sooner if that happened. His own hand squeezed briefly, where it rested on Aleksy's leg.

Part of him wanted to ask what song she had sang but that was frequently a side he ignored when it came to the redhead. "Do you think it was her? Or something else?"

His fingers tapped a moment, the detective quiet before he spoke once more. "The night of Blackfriars, I carried her out of there after she helped us. She lost consciousness because of it but when I went to check on her, she was gone."

Jeremiah made a noise, a soft hum of acknowledgement. Tiredness plucked at his eyelids, made him want to sleep, but-

"Looks like her, sounds like her ..." He sighed. "So does the one in Russia." Because he had to make that call, that she was there when he had DNA that put her elsewhere. It was not feasibly possible. "I had to call her."

"... there was trace evidence under Michael's nails," he said quietly, "enough that they could try and look for a DNA match." Jeremiah's eyes slid shut but then opened up to focus on Aleksy's black eyes, his hand still resting on him.

"Took forever to find a match, only found it because it was searching the dregs- a database of children who had theirs taken in case they were kidnapped or otherwise." It was easy, at this point, to see where he was going. "The results came up Tatiana Yoselin Spektora."
