A sharp sound escaped Wolfeite, his head falling back against the wall behind him, his eyes closing momentarily as he tried to remember how to breathe. For a moment, it seemed impossible, but then air reached into his lungs and he shivered, hands sliding down to grip Labyrinthite's shoulders, fingers digging in.
Labyrinthite was making him ask for it - making him beg for it, because he knew Wolfeite would.
Teeth were in his neck, and Wolfeite let out a growl, desire warring with irritation and violence and adrenaline. For a few seconds he could think of nothing productive, and then he was dragging in another breath that ached in his throat.
"Labyrinthite," Wolfeite hissed, hating both himself and the man in front of him; a complicated mixture of emotions and need at odds with each other. "Please. Take me back to the house."

The bite was a mean one, hard and vicious enough to warrant blood and when he drew away, Labyrinthite only looked mildly content. It twisted quickly into disappointment with him drawing away when Labyrinthite and not general spilled from the other man's lips.
"You know better pup," he stated, looking immediately disinterested.
Labyrinthite ultimately untangled himself from Wolfeite, wiping his mouth with the back of his glove before creating space between them. "I expect better of you," he stated, voice raspier with something else.
While he wanted what Wolfeite was clearly begging for, Labyrinthite would not budge from the lessons he was trying to impose on the captain. He expected respect, obedience, and loyalty and he would be damned if he didn't get it.

His neck was throbbing, and a mixture of anger and frustration had etched its way across Wolfeite's face as Labyrinthite pushed himself back. For a few minutes, it had all been well, and then, yet again, he'd been stymied, and it was starting to wear on the captain's nerves.
"What do you want me to say?" he bit out, before he could stop himself. Wolfeite was still pressed back against the wall of the building behind him, his gloved fingers digging into brick so hard his knuckles felt white beneath the fabric. Emotions - hated emotions - were coiling in his stomach, twisting unpleasantly as he watched the general, ears flat back, his chest still heaving.
"Do you want me to say that I want you?" Wolfeite snarled, and there was an angry flush to his cheeks, a burn of humiliation and unresolved tension. "You know that I want you. You know that I can't refuse you, is that what you want to hear? That I can't tell you no? You already know I'm tethered to you. I've promised you things I've never promised anyone in my life, because I don't ******** make promises."
He felt the need for violence tear through him, his hands itching to work their way across Labyrinthite's throat.
"I want you," he ground out between gritted teeth, sharp and dripping with reigned in ferocity. "And I need you, and you know that."

That was not the reaction Labyrinthite had expected, nor was it the answer he'd been wanting.
For the first time in perhaps their entire time knowing each other, Labyrinthite looked surprised. Then, another first, a smile spread across his mouth and he laughed. It was more mirthful sounding than anything that had come out of his mouth in the presence of Wolfeite before.
"You stupid wolf," he said, crossing the space between them and pushing him back against the wall firmly when he kissed him. It should have been hard enough to at least draw the edge from his captain. "I expect you to speak to me with respect. I am your superior, not your comrade."
Labyrinthite's mouth was against his neck again. "Of course I know what you want." There was never a doubt in his mind about it. "Hearing it is appreciated," he teased, voice rumbling against skin. "Try asking again."

He caught the surprise in Labyrinthite's face and it simultaneously confused and enraged him, because he didn't understand it. That sort of expression had never been seen before on the general's face, and Wolfeite did not like to be caught off guard, especially not by this man, of all people.
He did not like being laughed at, either. Wolfeite opened his mouth to snarl a response, but it was cut off before it could escape by Labyrinthite's mouth on his, hard and firm, hands pushing him back against the wall again. He wanted to snap at him, but the heat of the kiss was enough to at least shift his mind towards what Labyrinthite was saying.
Humiliation, with fury fast on its heels, chased their way through his veins as Labyrinthite pressed his mouth to Wolfeite's neck. He let out a growl that reverberated throughout him, hating himself for overreacting and hating Labyrinthite even more for having seen that overreaction in the first place.
b*****d, he thought, but he didn't say it. Wolfeite's fingers dug into the bricks again, his gaze hot with anger and several other warring emotions.
"I want you," Wolfeite hissed, "Sir."

There was certainly a thrill of pleasure that came from exerting his power, his control over Wolfeite, especially when it pushed him towards the edge and made the damn of his carefully controlled seal burst. The overreaction to something Labyrinthite had considered a no-brainer had been, admittedly, amusing.
It showed in the way the general handled the other man.
"I know that," he replied, nipping at the skin that he could before drawing back. His head cocked and he wore wry grin as one his hands traveled up the one of Wolfeite's sides. "That's not a question, or a request, merely a statement." He said, because taunting the wolf was too enjoyable to resist.
"I said ask again."

He wanted to make a grab for Labyrinthite, but didn't, Wolfeite's hands dragging so hard against the bricks behind him that little rips were being torn in his gloves. Sharp canines gritted together, his eyes flashing dangerously with a mixture of anger and frustration and need, but it was tamped down, swallowed back.
Play the game, get the results.
There was a moment of silence. Then -
"Would you take me," Wolfeite growled out, "back to the house, please...sir."

Wolfeite was agitated, which only served to ensure that Labyrinthite continued to taunt him with too soft touches and the press of his knee between legs once he'd wedged it back in the space. Lips skimmed a strong jaw as he waited for a response.
It came, not without resistance or effort and it left Labyrinthite grinning.
I will break you, he thought.
He reached for the front of Wolfeite's uniform, curled his fists tightly around the fabric. "I will," he sneered.
From there, it was easy to teleport his wolf and himself from the alley.
