Ree frowned faintly and sighed hanging up the phone. Andy.... and here he thought they were doing fine. Kage was the one to tell them she was missing? huh. He will obviously keep an eye out for her.. if only for safety reasons. They were not in any position to be trying to hunt Renegades at the moment, even Tri's attempt at a rescue was because they knew the person and were in the right position.

"Yes... you look like a teen, smaller than most I have seen though." he sighed softly and got up off the bed and moved to a box with two more granola bars left and returned, taking the wrapper off before offering it to Anadii. "To attempt eating. " he clarified "As for your earlier malfunction... did you " there was a pause as he tried to figure out a way to explain it. "sense ...something different. A surge of heat, or cold or an influx of energy?" remembering the conversation here again, of jealousy and anger only minutes before it all tore apart.

Ree narrowed his eyes and lifted the granola wrapper as if it was proof. "Wait a moment, do you remember eating the granola bar I just handed to you? " focusing in the delete file phrase. "In your mouth..you should still have some left over grains " he said quietly as he focused on his reaction as well as what it had said.

It wasn't excatly what he was looking for but he had forgotten that it had been in panic. The coldness at one point instead of the extremities confused him. Was there something there or just the way Anadii's body behaved when it was stressed. He could try to do a check for an implant there, just to know if it was there.

"Have you also ever had a similiar pa- malfunction before?" A hint of curiosity.

Ree nodded faintly, pushing it now really wasn't the best of ideas even if he was curious about what had been done. Wasn't that why he packed everything ready to leave any moment and had half his soul keeping watch? "You're right. " he nodded with a faint bemused smile. "See if you can add a recommendation ,similiar to your sleep cycle, to attempt to eat something. Mark it complete once you have it ready for consumption in your hands" he said quietly getting up and moving back to the computer."Watch duties? Good...I don't believe I saw any problems outside but it is possible since I don't know what I am looking for. Are you sure you're up to it?"

He glanced at the last folder he saw there and pulled out a USB from his jacket, the same one he used for his journal and transfered all the files into it before deleting and erasing "commands".

"Awwww, here kitty kitty kitty"

Ree froze right after double clicking the last folder Experiments.

"Mrrow?" The cat like spirit raised it's head and started at the girl who was creeping closer while her parents pulled suitcases out of the car. "Mrrrr" it got up and moved the rest of the way, head butting against her leg while she giggled and petted its back and wings.

Ree twitched and squirmed, shaking himself then shivering as he ran his hand through his hair. "Stop. That"flapping a wing as if trying to push something away.

The cat made a soft purrt sounded and pulled away, phasing back into the he room with its tail high as the disappointed sound of the girl echoed from outside.
Glancing around it jumped on the bed and tried to jump on Anadii"Mrrrow?" It would just feel very very warm.

Ree twitched, still shaking.

"No... It is. " he frowned a little "Me? Something like that. I am testing a skill I technically don't have yet but wanted to have someone watching encase your surge alerted Teldhet" he turned to stare at the cat who looked up at Anadii before trying to headbut its leg then leaped down, jumping up to Ree and disappearing.

He placed his hand on his head and waited for everything to settle again. "It's disconcerting... Either ways. Uh..." He trailed off and looked at Anadii. "Could you transfer the other three files to Tri's computer and then...do you like music?" that should be safe enough right?

"No the disconcerting thing is an odd double vision while feeling...broken?" He shook his head as he paused a moment to grab something from his pack since it seemed like everything was still okay. Taking the headset he pulled out his laptop and opened it again, relieved that Anadii was keeping an eye on things again. They were starting to depend on it and he wasn't sure what to think about that. The "malfunction" made that clear, while at the same time they wouldn't be hunting do hard for them if they didn't have Anadii. Still... It was unlikely they would be giving it up, not only because of it's usefulness but it ...learned it was alive..would that change things? Would it be like Hexxis or different?

"Here" he handed some headphones to Anadii. "Look through this list, see if you find a song or more than one that you just get the need to hear over and over " he smiled slightly. "There are more songs if you don't find anything there.....play around with it " he said setting up a few from his own playlist to see if Anadii liked any.

Ree chuckled "Yes... that is pretty much how it works. There are more in there...just make a playlist and add the ones you like into it then ignore the ones you don't. " he said taking a step back, partially surprised how easily that went, was it because it now knew that it was organic and was trying to understand? It didn't try to correct him that is was machine or computer... was it just quick acceptance or still in the process of understanding. Why did he keep thinking to much into it?

Taking a step back he moved back to the computer and checked the last file he had opened with a hint of a frown.

-40ksi to break ...structure? which structure?
- a bone break or ....cut off? 1 week regeneration

Ree frowned as he read the next bit. Having amnesia would be good, not wanting to think about how they learned that little tidbit without actually doing it.

-heals bone? in 2 days if heat is applied,damages everything else.
-Adapts quickly to combats situations. Commands usually used in tandem to just hinder...........

-Future sight? still active? wasn't blind before ?

Pulling away he closed the file and glanced at the three new ones but didn't open them yet. He had to think about what he read and if he should ask Anadaii something and if that might break more things further in the future. With a frown he opened Anadii's file and clicked the medical records. "...." Taking a new page from the notepad he started writing as well.

"......."Taking the notes he folded them and placed them in the same pocket he had Ash's map in. A flicker of guilt as he stared at the computer but closed it as he turned away and looked toward Anadaii. "Find anything?" he muttered curiously. Anadii was a Still Life not a computer. A being not an inanimate object...he will need to start trying to treat it as such.

Shadow gathered near the door as Tri appeared, Two wings drooping to the ground bleeding heavily as he held his arm. Blood was splattered across his jacket in an angle that indicated it was not his. Silver eyes blazing with light as he looked at the two near the bed, and slowly dimmed hoped to see a certain purple hair meta, but as he resolved he recognized the black and green meta they had rescued. "...We need to leave" he said quietly hiding his disappointment under the pain. " Teldhet is much to active. I am not sure they don't have someone who can follow me " he muttered dragging his wing and blinking as he spotted the packs already set.

He looked up at Ree and Anadii questioningly, his heart pounding painfully at the thought that came to mind and shook his head slightly. As long as they leave "Unless you want to head elsewhere I have one more teleport" trying to keep his aura under control as it slipped slightly at tha thought.

Ree blinked and cursed softly turning and grabbing the laptop and anything else and stuffing it into the second pack. "There..."

Tri and Ree both look at Anadii with surprise and worry.

"5 miles? that should get you to Khares so take Tri. i'll ..." he sighed trying to estimate how long it would take him. "Meet you there tomorrow... " he said moving to Tri who narrowed his eyes in warning.

"Don't heal. If you're flying save your energy, i'll have Anadii bandage me" eyeing him carefully, knowing he would be a liability being unable to fly and Ree can still move since he rarely used shadow."Just be careful they are checking any angel or archangels they find" he said looking at him carefully, trying to see if it would be the last time he saw him, not because he was captured but because he would decided to leave.


"....harassment anyone?" he muttered and sigh. "Go hurry " he looked at Anadii then Tri. "Call me " he pulled out his laptop that was still on and put it on the bed and he pushed Tri's pack at him worried before looking at Anadii.

Tri look down at it from where he was leaning heavily against the furniture. "..." nodding that he understood he reached out and took its hand tightly but not in a painful way.

"Please do the first aid thing. I'm leaving the moment you two go. Let me try to find a safe place with internet access or just call me. Now out...shooo shooo" he shooed them away while glancing nervously toward the shadows. There were enough of those this late at night anyways. Turning he did one more check and stuffed anything they might need into the pack including a towel before moving back tot he computer he had open for them on the bed, and pointed to it while giving them both a shifty look.
