Leila gave her brightest grin and shrugged dismissingly. "Right. Back on track, then. I was seeing if I could learn what you like doing in your spare time. With the weekend question, I mean."

"Spare time, what's that?" she asked. It was intended to be in a joking way, but there was a hint of truth to it that couldn't be denied.
"Well I have my dog and he's a full time job in itself ... I play a few instruments too. I used to tell people I liked jogging, but nobody likes jogging really." She missed it though, oddly enough. She just couldn't find the will or time to start it up again.

"s**t, you jog?"
Honestly, Leila was a bit of a gym rat, so any mention of exercise was bound to perk her up some. "I need to run back up to campus here in a minute," she continued, scribbling her mobile number on a napkin for June to take. "But if you also like mornings as much as I do, text me and we can figure something out."

"Uh." Oh no. She had really stepped in it now. June was as far away from gym rat as possible. The most exercise she got was walking Captain. It wasn't that she didn't like exercising, just that ... well she was busy.
"Sure! Of course!" June said, pulling out her book and making a small note for herself in the corner. She didn't have Leila's number and had no intentions of asking for it because she didn't want to be rude. "Don't let me keep you from the students, we can catch up later!"
