With the movie playing and the lights dim and the house locked up secure, Wil felt better. He didn't realize it was a thing, to want to feel safe, until he was running a slow mental checklist on the house. Satisfied, he fully wrapped himself around Nasir big spoon style and pressed a kiss to his boyfriend's cheek. "I'm glad you're safe.." He murmured before yawning. "I was really worried." He was scared back at the library. Maybe they could just stay home forever from now on.

It was a serious thing, the destruction of their sense of safety. At least here they were safe and even Nasir, who normally would not fret such things, was going over them as well in the back of his mind. At least until Wil wrapped around him and he sunk back against him with a sigh. What had happened - everything - was catching up. "I know, I'm-" Nasir stopped himself from saying sorry, instead just twisting around to hide his face against Wil's chest. "I'm okay now," the words were muffled but could be heard, "and now I'll have really cool scars?" Bright side but it was true, he was going to have them regardless. "I was worried about you going downstairs and ..." Well, he had not expected to do what he had done. Lying to the police, to the medical people, the entire thing about having hypertrichosis.

"Cool scars. You're so rugged." Wil teased a bit, rubbing his face idly against the top of Nasir's hair. It smelled like shower, which was a pleasant change from the weird clinging blood smell they'd trailed from the library. If he didn't think about it too hard the events could already seem to slip a million miles away, but remembering brought the fresh blood to his mind again and the terror of Nasir hurt. "Downstairs was alright. Probably safer in the long run.." They should have gotten down there sooner maybe. Maybe they could have funneled people out through the tunnel. "You're a criminal now-" he joked again, about lying to the cops, "So badass."

"I think I was happy enough with my scruffy face being the only rugged thing about me," Nasir sighed, rubbing his face against Wil more. He curled a little bit more against the blonde, tangling their legs together and hold him tight. The thoughts of blood and the attack and- Nasir pushed them away from his mind, instead focusing on the smells of home and Wil's presence. The fear he had then would be hard to shake but he would do it. "Probably," he agreed before his face warmed with the joking. "... you don't think they'll find out I was lying, do you?" Except that after people started getting help and everything was over with, it really did seem like most of the population - those that had not been inside Blackfriars - believed the lie.

"Everyone lied.." Wil shook his head, idly bopping a toe to the opening music of Buffy, "There were at least two cops there too. Detective Mercer was there. You know he wouldn't let you get in trouble... maybe me, but not you." His cheek pressed to Nasir's warm forehead, "Everyone there lied. It'll be fine." His head lifted a moment, "I got some of that new stuff. Do you want to try it?" Nasir rarely smoked but this may be an occasion to.

"You're right, I just-" Nasir let out a breath and nodded. "Alright." It was best to just accept that and move on. That everyone lied, that even Detective Mercer had apparently lied. Which kind of blew his mind but that was a thought for another time. He blinked a couple times, raising his head up to look at Wil and give him a short nod. Nasir had a tendency to not smoke because most things made him cough but there were a few that Wil had found he enjoyed. "Aren't I supposed to be rewarding you? Since you're my hero and all," he said a moment later, leaning to rub his cheek against Wil's and press a kiss there. Really, he could be doing better and supporting the other.

Wil smiled a bit but did eventually need to slip away and sit up. Nasir got a kiss on the forehead before he went to grab the nearby box housing the living room stash. He was a professional obviously so rolling them a small joint to share only took moments. "You get to milk it I said, remember?" Wil settled back again, slouching and offering himself for Nasir to settle into once more, sitting up so they didn't choke while smoking, "Then you can reward me. When you've been so well taken care of you aren't even thinking of it anymore."

Nasir rolled into a sitting up position while Wil moved away and then sat to roll the joint. When he settled back, he scooted and put himself against the other's side. It was a comfortable place to be especially after everything (and when all he had wanted to do the entire night was just this). He just nodded instead of saying alright again, pushing himself up against Wil's side and under his arm while Buffy played on the television.

Wil lit up, took a few puffs, and tightened his arm around his boyfriend finally, tilting them so they could still sort of stretch out. He pressed a smokey kiss to Nasir's hair as he passed it along. A little bit of this and he was sure they could forget about the library for a little while.
