Okay, so I like to go by Whim.
On most of my social media, my username is Saturniid, so I do respond to that as well.
Since this is Gaia, and this is my original username (which I made back in 2009 and haven't the heart to change), I respond to Trippy as well. emotion_yatta

Ahh, very many things, where to begin...
IRL, I love animals, entomology (I LOVE MOTHS), hiking, nature, mori-kei, herbalism, gardening, succulents, art, drawing/painting, hand embroidery (super newbie), cello music (it is my dream to learn how to play!), psychology, astrology, spirituality, tarot (also a newbie -- got my first deck on my birthday), faeries and other magical, supernatural beings, folklore, poetry, sci-fi, fantasy, manga, anime, video games, Japan.
* I just started listening to Welcome to Night Vale YESTERDAY and I love it!! *
On Gaia, I mostly play Lake Kindred and float around the forums & marketplace.
Asᴛʀᴏ Sɪɢɴ:
Aries/Taurus cusp -- literally, my birthday is considered by some to be either the last day of Aries or the first day of Taurus.
I mostly just default to Aries, though. I had always felt that Aries didn't describe me at all; that is was more like my opposite, than a representation of myself. I mean, I am quiet, sensitive, intuitive, a listener, an introvert, and I do not like being the center of attention at all, while Aries are always described as "independent, natural-born leaders, action-oriented, extroverted, assertive" and the like. But then I discovered Moon signs, of which mine is Cancer, and I read the description for "Aries Sun/Cancer Moon", and suddenly everything made sense -- basically the fiery aggression and determination of Aries which I could never relate to gets toned-down by the sensitivity, intuition and sympathy of Cancer, which I do relate to. I am Cancer rising, as well, which also helped everything make even more sense.
In the Chinese astrology I am a Sheep, which I always though described be PERFECTLY.
Oh, and if you know about the Myers-Briggs personality types and give any credence to them, I am INFP.
