Adamaz didn't have an answer to the second question right away, so he fussed with more tea mixes as he thought. What did he want to change about Alternia?

Adamaz' Day 3 Answer
What I would change about Alternia is that I don't see Drone Friends very much and also would like to have more of them.

It was certainly a blessing from – well, from whatever universal powers there were – that so many trolls were stopping by. Panili swept from one to another, giving Sephos a meaningful look and her friend Adamaz a small, polite wave. They were both low maintenance trolls, so they wouldn’t mind her tending to other patrons of her booth.

A harsh looking blueblood emerged, and Panili gave her a smile. “Yes ma’am! I’m happy to give you your winning tea! This one is called Windpeak Cliffs. It’s very sharp and cooling. I hope you like it.”

To the beautiful jadeblood: “Thank you, Amonee! Please help yourself to the booth games. It’s great to see you.” To a dry and sort of charred redblood: “Ah! Yes you can! Please don’t be shy about getting more tea!”

And then, Xavier. She looked up from her booth and gasped. “Oh my goodness…! Greetings!” She’d never seen a mother grub before, and assuming this child really was a jadeblood… Well… That was something significant. For now, and for the future! She had to acquaint himself with him. Amonee was a jadeblood through and through, but lacked the prominence of such a creature. It was breathtaking in person. She looked at it and had to pry her eyes away as though it was the Alternian sun, dipping into a deep bow.

“Thank you very much. I look forward to reading your response, umm!” She started, and stopped, questioning whether to be so bold as to ask any personal questions. “Are you… You’re a jadeblood, right? It’s so wonderful to see you at Bloodfest! Representing with, um --! Ah! I’m, um, I’m mumbling! Excuse me – um, yes!”

Panili was fortunately distracted by a handsome young redblood who had asked her for a writing utensil. When she looked back, she had fortunately calmed down some. She looked sheepishly around the booth.

Reemus noticed the booth mainly because of the flowers. Which didn't...make him sneeze? Well, that was nice. Looking closer, it was a cheery little space. He squinted to read the large print, slowly mumbling out the words written. The words were big. And long. That sure was a something.

All in all, there wasn't much at this place. But he was game to at least try what there was. Not even knowing how tea worked, it wasn't surprising that he made an incredibly random combination and only won...a bag. He looked at Vos, not sure if he could just eat it or not. But he wanted to.

Oh, and there seemed to be another game! Of just...com..pli..ment...s... Oh, he knew what those were! And you got a flower out of it...oh...he could do something really swell with this. He turned to Voscil again with a grin.
"I think you're amazin'. If I knew how to make you smile forever, I would, cuz I don't need nothin' else."

He paused.

"Well, I could always use a steak but...you make me happier."

She already loved this world quite a lot, she got to garden to her heart's content, eat punkin pies with her buddies, and console the populous. The juggalo paused on that last thought and had her answer.

Following after her companion, Voscil paused as she gazed at the array of beautiful flowers. They were actually rather pretty to look at, and hand her peering curiously at the whole-istic nature-filled booth. Pursing her lips, she decided to put herself to work and helped with an assortments of arranging her own teas.

The floral, and Savory notes blended really nicely. Her sniff node rarely failed her, she glanced between her options and before she knew it she'd managed to put together soothing, fantastic floral note that was rich and savory all at once. Just smelling it was heavenly and would gladly make cups of tea for her and Reemus if he wanted back home in the swamp without a doubt.

Turning her attention to him as he offered out a flower to her and spoke so kindly, the troll had to press her scarf over her face to hide the yellow blush that tinted her cheeks. She was speechless for a moment. Reemus was one of her best friends..she didn't need her role as "Sparky" to define that. It was easy enough for her to understand.

She grabbed her own flower as she stood before her friend. Peering up at him, with an almost half shy smile Vos glanced down at her snow boots then finally back at Reemus. "If I could, I would always find ways to make you smile. You are a sweet guy buddy..thank you." She murmured softly, taking one of his hands with her gloved one.

"You know I'm always down for chow man don't kid around! But seriously, you are a wonderful troll. I'm glad to see you so happy, that makes me smile plenty." Vos confessed quickly with a bit of yellow electrical static trickling off her frame. She pushed the flower at him to exchange, embarrassed to say the least but glad to have gotten that off her chest.

Tevini didn't know what to make of the super cheerful looking booth that stood before her. It was trying to be calming and sweet but she felt nervous. She really needed to work on that. There was no reason to be nervous, she was wearing a highblood disguise and no one here had any reason to suspect her.

'Stop freaking out and just try to pass the time pleasantly while you wait for Cerpin.' She chided herself. Looking over the booth she decided to play the question game they had because that seemed like it'd be light and easy right?

If you could change anything about Alternia, what would you change?

Good thing her hair was already straight because every one of them tensed on edge. She couldn't answer honestly with an 'everything'! There was a reason she was working on a rocket to blast herself off this place. Uncertain of how to respond, the girl stood and thought about it for a very long time. Her answer needed to be sincere but tactful.

Tevini's Answer
I would stop the needless violence our society allows. Everyday I live in fear and no one should live that way.

Was it dramatic? Yes. Was it the truth? Also yes. Dropping the slip of paper in the box, she walked away with tears in her eyes.

Lorata was continuing her search for a nice, calm booth that wouldn't get her even more bruises or crashes into snow. Maybe she'd actually finally found it here. This was pretty peaceful, actually. She gave the booth owner a quick smile and took a quick look around for the game. Maybe this question here? She read it over, thought about it a moment, then nodded to herself. That was easy to answer! Grabbing a pen, she wrote:

I would change it so that more trolls knew how to be heroes from the start.

Stryke passed by the booth he'd seen the other night..and actually stopped to look at the message that had been written for the day's question. Dressed as the orangeblood Daquan afforded him the comfort of knowing he blended in. Yet a silence overcame him, as he reached for his own pencil and took hold of the paper. He tapped the pencil lightly as he contemplated what he wanted to say exactly. Silently he pursed his lips, his brow furrowing.

His teeth clenched abruptly as he thought about the world today. There was no such thing as a non violent world. Alternia was based on violence and thrived on chaos. However. There was one all too powerful theme that had kept him on the path he'd chosen for himself all those summers ago. There would always be a working class, and societies privilege. Yet he lived in fear as a lowblood, and always had for one reason or another. Stryke was not a value to be assigned based on a hue. The measure of his experiences and actions were what defined him. As Stryke saw it, trolls lived and died based on our blood caste. The same could be said of a mutant, both blood and physical alike.

Simply put. Being different should never be a cull-able offense. Stryke would go to his grave defending the rights of those less fortunate if that's what it took.

Q: If you could change anything about Alternia, what would you change?
A: A world in which color alone doesn't define your placement in society, but rather the measure of one's character, and strength of will.

With a heavy heart he placed his response away in the thoughtful bowl.

He recognized Tevini, although she was dressed like a highblood. Like many of the rebels, she was in disguise. They'd all had to be careful, it was the only way to pass for normal citizens to enjoy the event. She was one of the younger rebels they'd met during the swamp madness. They hadn't spoken much, and there standing not but a few feet apart Stryke wanted her to know she wasn't alone. A gentle smile pulled at his lips. The "purpleblood" always seemed troubled, if not a bit reserved. "Good evening, how is Bloodfest treating you..Doradi?" He asked as he worked on his own tea sorting. Going for the same flavor combination as last night as he'd enjoyed the cup he'd had late in the night before sleeping in his hotel's recupracoon.

don't look so gloomy it'll be alright little friend.

Being a juggalo she had all her religious tenets memorized. The Carnival itself, the jugular, the wrath, there were so many too chose from! It was a tough choice. Then she remembered something Carver had said to her. A tenant the crustations had but the trolls didn't yet.

Rastin Morden

Rastin beamed, if only for one short, shining moment. He'd pulled a matching pair from the tea sorting pile! Now, which tea did he win? He turned toward the board that held the pairs and happily plucked a jar of Rolling Plains off the shelf. He couldn't wait to take this home and try it!

But, before that, he had to encounter the bowl of thoughtfulness.

"... I don't understand this question at all." He muttered, his expression growing grim. "Elevating my nature? What do you mean by that?"

He bit his lip and stretched his lips in frustration, before finally deciding just to bite the bullet and write something.

"Elevating nature to me means putting my plants in a higher place than they're used to. You know... Elevating them? ... Okay, I'm pretty sure that I've completely missed the intended meaning of this question. I just didn't want to look like an idiot and wrote something down. I apologize."

Sephos Arbola

Sephos was happy to return to the quiet, peaceful booth with it's flowers and tea. However, the question baffled him. "What's a tenant?" he asked, confused. He supposed he could tackle the second part, if only to not... dissapoint? Panili?

I'm not really sure, he admitted in his awkward, clunky handwriting,
But I guess its... It sounds a lot like breeding plants so that they can survive better in different places, or make different things, or have different colors?

Sephos had no idea, so he just dropped the paper into the bowl and relaxed in good, peaceful (mostly) company...

Mm.... his tea mixtures sure smelt good. He decided he was all tea'd out for now, and went to go write another slip - when suddenly, he saw Tevini there, anxiously writing a message of her own.

Uhhhhhh. At least he'd seen her again since whacking her on the head with his trash can lid. But he wasn't sure seeing him would be a happy thing either. So, he took out a wrapper and wrote his answer on that instead of using a provided piece of paper, and had Papa Roach deliver the answer to the Bowl of Thoughtfulness. He needed a cover... let her approach him, if she wanted.

Looks like it was tea time again.

Adamaz's Thoughtfulness, Day 3:
Elevating my nature would mean being more of who I am I guess? A little thickheaded and thick-skinned, and a real trooper, as Papa Roach tells me.

"A-ah, S-Daquan, I didn't expect to see you here." Tevini stammered, surprised to run into a familiar face. She didn't know Stryke well but she'd seen him back at the rebel swamp hide out. It was a comfort to know there were a few of them here besides her and Cerpin. It was hard to pick them out from the crowd though, due to their disguises. That in itself was a good thing though. The only reason she'd realized it was him was because he'd approached her.

"Bloodfest has been... a bit tough." She admitted. Realizing they were still standing by the booth, she snagged a piece of paper and pretended they were simply there to answer the next question. Didn't want anyone to question them for loitering. The orangeblood running the booth seemed calm and nice enough but it was hard for Tevini to trust anyone. She glanced at the question and hastily scribbled an honest answer without thinking.

Tevini's Answer
Elevating my nature would mean finding the strength to not care what others might think of me, becoming brave enough to stand up to others and question them.

"How about you? Enjoying Bloodfe-" She was about to ask when another troll caught her attention. Adamaz! Startled, she began to sweat. Even in this purpleblood disguise he was likely to recognize her after seeing her face up close. What should she do? He was probably wondering what the hell she was doing here.

"S-Daquan, please excuse me a moment. I need to talk to that troll over there. Can I meet you at the Paper Bag stand later?" Bowing in apology she felt bad for leaving but really needed to clear this up.

"Adamaz! Can I talk to you for a minute?" She whispered and attempted to pull the boy out of earshot of the booth runner.

"Right now I'm Doradi Xplora. Please don't turn me in." She swallowed nervously, figuring it'd be best to first tell him to not use her real name.

leon_a_darkangel
Sorry she's ditching, she's scared Adamaz will blow her cover! You can decide if Stryke eavesdrops on them or goes to the Talk it Out booth for her!
