“Mmm, maybe not today. But find place anyway. Have other plans.” He said flashing the other a smile as he took the receipt and the change, both of which went into his wallet and into his back pocket. “Might be more expensive at other place.” He added in after a moment, sort of feeling bad for it, it really all depended on what shopping they did - if any. He was, without the other knowing, planning on at least one purchase as a must. Though to be honest Terry didn’t even know where he was planning for them to go shopping - oops.
Watching the girls as they were rung up and started to pay he grabbed hold of the others sleeve and gave it a tug. “Can go find table - see what they have for drinks.” Hopefully if they didn’t have bubble tea, which he was hoping for, they’d have something he would like or at least would be interested in trying.
Calling over to the blond that they were going to get a table, and look over what they had here, he pulled Terry along with him. “She likes you.” He said after a moment, once they were headed toward the cafe.

“That’s fine.” Terry said with a smile. He should probably ask what other place Seung wanted to go shopping at but figured he could always just ask when they were going to leave. No rush after all seeing how they might be a bit at the cafe. When his sleeve was grabbed he gave a nod to the other in agreement to go find a table and check out the menu. He walked with Seung after the message was delivered to the blonde then gave a shrug at the other man’s statement. “I figured, she isn’t quite subtle about it anyway.” He wasn’t used to being flirted with and wasn’t sure how he would turn her down without hurting her feelings but then again she couldn’t have that strong of feelings since this was the first time they had met right?

“No, very forward.” He said nodding his head to the other. “Not normal back home...is new to see.” He said casually as he walked with the other under the archway of books, between two bookshelf ends, and into the cafe. The seating was nice, nice dark wood tables and cushioned chairs, the lighting was nice to. Enough to read by but not too bright, with some light instrumental music playing. He hadn’t looked about here last time but had known it was here, he’d peeked in but that had been it.
Now to head to the counter and peek at the menu on the board people were staring at before ordering. “Going to tell her about us? Friend knows already.” He said while he walked along at the others side. At the counter a woman was ordering something for herself and the small child at her side, the little child had long curly golden hair done in pigtails - very cute. Behind her was an older couple looking at the board and it seemed they were discussing what they wanted, likely not used to the modern choices places like this offered.
Coming to stand by the older couple, taller than the two by two or three inches, he tipped his head up to read over the menu board, barely understanding it, and turned helpless, questioning, dark eyes on the other. “Yeobo…” He called for the other and reached out with a hand toward him, motioning for the other to come to him. “Don’t know these…” He had been to cafe’s before but they had pictures he could look at...and he ordered basic things. Here there weren’t any pictures and he needed some help from the other.

“I’m not very used to it myself though flirting like that is more prevalent over here in the States.” Terry admitted. He looked around at the cafe as they walked into the area and decided it looked like a nice relaxing place. A perfect little area to read, relax, and enjoy a drink or something to eat. He followed Seung over to the counter so he could look at the menu himself and see what they had. “Yeah if I can figure out how to let her down easily and she doesn’t notice before then.”
He had no plans on stringing her along with false hope of course and he was very happily taken by the man next to him. Terry shifted closer to Seung and took his hand absentmindedly when he was next to him properly, not paying any attention to the people around them and how they might react to it. “Any in particular you don’t know or is it mostly all of them?” He asked as he scanned the menu. The younger man then started to list the different drink names and explain what was in them.

“Can tell her good friends...till tell her.” Seung offered up from the others side as Terry had come to stand by him. Looking at the elderly couple, they looked rather cute standing there talking and pointing at things with slender well wrinkled fingers. Finding himself smiling at the couple his attention slowly turned back to the other.
“All….don’t know the words...never had to learn them.” He hadn’t asked about these words yet. “Places have pictures….can guess then...or know what I want.” He explained as he let the other take his hand and moved to press himself to the others side and lay his head on the others shoulder.
“Bubble tea here?” He asked, some hopefulness entering his voice as he looked up at the board. As Terry read off things he watched, asking the other to point to things as he read them, so he could try and learn a bit while finding out what they served here.

“No, that would be rather misleading and wouldn’t help probably.” Terry said with a hum and a shake of his head. Just saying they were good friends, while true, would give Mary more hope that he was single. Or if not single then that his relationship with Seung wasn’t serious and he would be willing to date her anyway. “I can help you learn them if you want?” He offered with a smile. He could see why some of these names wouldn’t come up in normal conversation so the other wouldn’t have any particular reason to have learned them.
He pressed a light kiss on Seung’s head when the other leaned against him as he described the different options. At the question he skimmed the menu again then gave a small smile when he spotted the answer at the bottom. “Looks like they have a few options of bubble tea. They have a sticker saying the options are new so it’s a recent addition to the menu.” He said and pointed out the area the bubble tea was on the menu.

“Oh...don’t want her thinking wrong thing.” No, he didn’t want to lead her on or anything. He just didn’t want to have her let down badly either. There was no way she could, or would, wind up with Terry. “If were an open dating then you could, but we’re not.” At least not that he was aware of and it seemed they weren’t as far as Terry was concerned either. He was open to many things and if they had been in an open relationship he’d have accepted whatever Terry would want, so long as he got to keep the other more - because he might just be a bit possessive over the other, whether Terry knew it or not.
He had been going to tell Terry to suggest something for him, anything without nuts as he’d heard the word Hazelnut more than once, but hearing they had bubble tea he’d perked up and smiled up at the other, not wanting to lift his head from the others shoulder. “Good, I order that and you get a drink. I will share mine, can try and see if you like. What flavors and options?” He asked before moving his head enough that he could press his lips to the others neck gently, still wanting to be lazy and not lift his head. He knew the girls would be arriving any moment, it wouldn’t take them long to pay, and while perhaps it would be nicer to move away and not be so...close. He had already tried dropping hints so maybe this would work?

Terry gave him an understanding smile, having known the other hadn’t meant it that way. “Yeah, but like you said we aren’t and I am happy that way.” He said with a shrug and another light kiss to Seung’s head. He had never given thought on being in an open relationship before and didn’t see any reason to give it much thought now. The young man was a one person kind of guy and he was happy with that.
He glanced down at the other just in time to see the smile and gave one in return then blushing slightly at the kiss. “Alright, sounds good.” He said then listed off the small options they had for Seung. While they didn’t have many different flavors, they did mostly sound good or interesting. After he was done telling the options he glanced over the menu again so he could pick out his own choice.

Not a lot of choices but enough that he knew what he wanted. Waiting for the other to decide he watched the elderly couple move forward to order, they really were rather adorable to watch as they walked next to each other, smiles and light talking. Old couples were rather cute, especially those who you could tell were very close, even if they were something of a newer couple. There was something very gentle about elderly couples, maybe it was that they weren’t so loud and tended to be very reserved at least in some ways.
For a moment he wondered how long he and Terry would be together, wondered if they’d grow to be so old together. It was an interesting idea and not one which bothered him at all...rather it was one he found himself liking in an odd sort of way. He’d never thought of dating, till Terry, and oddly enough didn’t find himself wanting to go back...though there were some things he did want and that he did miss.
After watching the couple order he decided to move away from Terry in order to order his own drink. The female standing behind the register was pleasant to look at, younger than he was, and smiled nicely. Her long hair pulled up into a high, but somewhat loose, ponytail. Once she’d asked what he wanted he started in on his order, a medium black milk tea bubble tea with the black tapioca pearls. Not too sweet. When he ordered though his accent, plus rattling things off, he had the girl staring at him in confusion as she had gotten the size but then his accent had sort of gotten in the way when it was combined with the rattled off order.

Finally figuring out just what he wanted to get he looked over to Seung and followed his gaze to the elderly couple. He couldn’t help but smile when the man took his wife’s hand and gave her a kiss on the cheek while she gave him a look that was pure affection. It was always nice to see a couple that had clearly been with each other a long time still be so in love with one another. His attention was caught by Seung again when the other moved away to order. When it was clear the poor girl hadn’t quite caught what Seung was saying he stepped up with a smile to help translate what the other’s accent had made difficult.
It wasn’t long before she gave a nod in understanding and repeated the order back to make sure she had gotten it right and Terry looked over to Seung with a raised eyebrow to make sure they had both gotten it right. He would hold off ordering himself until the other confirmed so the barista wouldn’t get confused.

He was happy when Terry had stepped in to help, very happy, the other with his order as he had noticed the girl seemed very lost with it. When Terry had translated, with him listening carefully to the other, he finally gave a nod of approval and a thumbs up even. “Perfect.” He said approving the order and he stood waiting for the other now to order what he was getting, unsure what he would be ordering. He wanted to find out what the other liked, or at least what he drank.
That was about the time the girls turned up and he smiled toward the blond, she really was nice and he hoped to continue talking to her. He wasn’t so sure about her friend, she seemed nice enough...but a little too interested in Terry and only Terry. He did wonder how Terry would let her down, what he’d say or do. He also wondered how she’d take it.

Terry smiled over at Seung when he gave the thumbs up then nodded and gave the barista his own order of hot chocolate that had a mix of strawberry and mint added in. The sign had said that it was a new flavor they were testing out and he was rather curious how the three would mix, though sure it would be good. As the barista rung them up he spotted the girls rejoining them and gave them both a small smile and a nod.
The blonde was quick to greet them both though the brunette aimed hers a bit more to Terry rather than Seung. They were both holding bags with their purchases and the blonde shuffled them both over to look at the menu after asking the boys to go ahead a pick a table where ever.

Looking at the bag each girl carried, filled with books, he nodded once and offered to take the blonds over to whatever table they picked. With his and Terry’s orders in the works, or at least in que, he was ok with going to find a table with the other for the group of them to sit out. “Yeobo.”
Pointing over toward a table tucked into a corner, a nice booth, that would be quiet and offer a nice area to talk and observe everyone else from, which he sort of want to do. He liked observing people as he was still learning and he did try and watch people to figure things out - normal things. If he saw something enough times, and the context of it, he sort of was figuring it out though he also did look some things up and asked about others. He wanted to try his best and figure things out on his own when and where he could.
“Can watch people from.”

The blonde girl thanked Seung but waved him off before Terry could offer to get the rest of the bags, telling them both that they were fine carrying their own bags. She then turned back to the menu and started up a discussion with the brunette about the different drinks.
Terry looked over to where Seung was pointing out the table and gave a nod. “Looks like that would do nicely.” He said with a smile. Since their drinks would be a few minutes he walked with Seung over to the booth then tucked the bags under it and gesturing for the other to join him on one side of the booth. “Do you like to people watch often?” He asked after a moment. He would find himself people watching from time to time but usually it was when he was waiting for someone or something and didn’t have anyone there with him at the time.

Taking his seat, against the wall, he leaned into the other so he could speak in a lower voice. “Not normal back home. Learn from watching here...if something is common I look it up, if I don’t know why...also why I ask you some things.” He said explaining why he had in the past asked some odd, and out of place, questions of the other. He was learning some habits he didn’t know, things which weren’t done back home. He was learning and understanding by watching...how children did which wasn’t always the best of things - as they could pick up many different behaviors.
“You? Do you watch people?” He asked curious now as he lifted his eyes up to stare at the other. “Going to tell her, when she makes more flirting?” He was curious what Terry would do and how he would go about it.
