"I'll try to be keep a better eye on the time next time." At least he hoped there was a next time. Amy's question threw Todd off guard and he found himself speechless for a moment as he looked at her with a vacant expression. "I don't know--" He replied. They hadn't exactly had that conversation. They almost did, but didn't. But, if Todd was going to go around school holding her hand or kissing her cheek, it was a conversation that was necessary just in case someone like Albert asked about it again. "I'm sorry I didn't ask you sooner-- I should have asked you last night." Corny as it was, Todd turned to her and got down on one knee, holding her hands in his. Blushing, he smiled up at her. "Beautiful Amethyst... light of my life and apple of my eye-- will you be my girlfriend?"

When he said he didn't know, she didn't know what to say back. She bit her lip, thinking for a moment. Did he not want to..? She suddenly felt him grab her hands and she turned back to him, the color in her cheeks instantly rising. She hadn't expected him to... go all out like this. "Yes." She smiled brightly down towards him.

Todd beamed at her response. He got to his feet and pulled her into a hug... loosening his grip, he searched her cute little face. "I've never had a girlfriend before." Todd would never have expected that anyone would be interested in him. "I'm glad that my first is someone as fun and sweet as you." He placed a small piss on the bridge of her nose and smiled happily.

She smiled shyly as she felt him wrap his arms around her. She slowly wrapped hers around him as well. "Y-you haven't?? H-how is that even possible?" So weird, a lot of things she had thought about him were wrong. "I've never had a boyfriend either..." She tucked a stray stand of hair behind her ear before feeling him kiss her nose. She blushed lightly and looked back to him with another smile. Though, she nearly jumped, hearing the teacher's voice. She had forgotten they were even at school. "O-okay." Though she'd never heard of a teacher actually walking outside to gather students.

Hydra walked out, noticing everyone outside waiting around she supposed for their parents or other students. She bit her inner jaw okay she knew she was late on getting out but some janitor was sloshing around water everywhere when he was mopping so she went the long way around to get out of school. She goes over to her car to open it sitting her bag inside. She looks over to to students asking,"Anyone need a ride?".
