As it is obvious that sword use is antiquated in this day and age, I'll elaborate (I easily forget this as I prefer sword combat to gunfights IRL).

A rapier, normally, is meant as a thrusting weapon, as opposed to a cutting weapon, meaning that it is not overly capable of leaving an overly damaging wound under normal circumstances.

By using his semblance, Umbra can make the damage he can dish out with his rapier equivalent to the damage potential from a 2-handed long sword.

As for quanitification (Which appears to be what is being asked for), let's compare Weiss and Jaune's weapons. Weiss' MADR is, more or less, unable to land a killing blow on an armored opponent. Jaune's Long Sword, however, could accomplish this.

In layman's terms:
Normally, he can take out a Beowolf without assistance.
With his semblance active, he could take down a more armored foe, such as a Boarbatusk or an Alpha Beowolf with little trouble.

It only really has a massive effect change against the Small (Creep, Boarbatusk, Raven [small black birds Blake masssacred in Volume 2]) and Medium (Beowolf and variants) Grimm. Anything beyond those (Ursa and variants, King Taijitu, Death Stalker, Nevermore) puts him back at being more or less dependant on backup from somebody with a stronger weapon.

Character Name: Leo Firesoul

Semblance Name: Vengeance

Semblance Description: Throughout combat, his semblance will be in a passive state where the damage he takes becomes restrained energy, the energy can build endlessly while in combat, but the moment he stops to rest, the energy will dissipate relatively fast, often in the form of heavy sweating.

Once something triggers an extreme emotion from him, an aura will cover him and change the color of his eyes to a deep blood red, the energy that was stored within him becoming a powerful backer for his attacks, amplifying the damage of his next few attacks. While he is in this form, damage taken will be dampened from the density of the aura, but no longer be stored.

Once he runs out of energy, the aura will disappear, and he will become physically exhausted. (Not applicable to weapons thrown, due to the restricting that the weapon must be in his hand at all times in order to become the energy's focal point.)

Posts needed for activation: 12 combat posts.

Post Duration: 3 posts

Cool-down: 20 posts for the cool-down, the ability cannot be activated more than once a battle.

Character Name: Rusty Morrison
Semblance Name: Chrono Slinger
Semblance description: With his revolver's, Rusty can target multiple objects or enemies and fire at them with pinpoint accuracy at a unbelievably quick like state, but to Rusty it feels like time has slowed down.

- Due to being Level 1 he can only focus this semblance on one or three enemies
- Roll dice ( 4 sided * ) to determined how many targets are hit
- Enemies can dodge if their perception stat is higher or equal to the user

- you can not have auto hits with this semblance, the opponents must have a chance to dodge so maybe add something like "targets can dodge if their perception stat is higher or equal to the user"

You know I actually forgot to add something ( It was midnight when I was working on this and I was hop on coffee lol ) I was going to add the dice feature to this. So when ever he uses it I use the dice feature ( numbers 1- 3 ) to see how many he actually hits. Would that work?

Semblance Name: Re-Equip
Semblance description: The user is capable of changing their armor set based on the element. In this case Wind, Fire, and Water. Each armor set has a name, as long as the user can properly call out said name to specific Armor set, the transformation is complete. If interrupted, then the user must wait 1 post duration before trying to change again. Each armor has it's specified element. Look to the list below for better reference.

Ifrits Flames: The armor adapts to intense heat, making it resistant to its own element. Meanwhile, it produces it's own intense heat, making it hard to even come near the user. Even though it is resistant against the elements of Fire, Earth, and Wind types, it is weak against Water.

Griffin Wings: This armor allows the user swift movements, and mild flight. With this armor equipped she can manipulate through the winds to use at her advantage. However, despite being able to be quick on the battlefield, the style of the armor makes user vulnerable to the other elements.

Leviathans Tide: With this armor, she is capable of breathing under water, and manipulate the tides to her advantage. Though she is strong against Fire and resistant to its own element (water) She is weak against Earth.


Now that it's clarified. Look to her Custom Weapon for more details as to how her weapon exchange is beneficial to her Semblance.

I'm not sure what stat I really should tie it too. I kind of want to have it so that anyone who's perception is lower than hers is affected but I'm not sure. Do you think the others would fight fair if I left it this way? I want it to last a decent amount of time and I wasn't sure what a good recovery would be. Could double recovery maybe to make it more fair.

I will accept this semblance while its tied to the perception semblance yes. Aslong as you have a way to dodge it, it should be fine. add the whole thing about the perception stat into the description and your good t go here

((Is this better? I raised her perception to 3 so that it would be a bit more effective. I don't much mind if most of the others choose to say they aren't affected if their stats are equal but I thought I'd throw it in there.))

Semblance Name: Imperfect Future
Semblance description: Gavin is able to focus and see several possible future paths. His power is still growing, so the futures come slowly, so he can only see from four to six possible paths before he has to make a decision. The ability allows him to predict the best possible outcome of actions, whether for an attack or a trap. The best possible outcome isn't always good, needing Gavin to miss or take a hit to create an opening. (Think like Knight of One from Code Geass.)
