History
Eliana grew up in a very separated household. Her mother kept who her father was hidden from her for all of her life, and while Eliana had eventually come to accept the fact that she would never truly know who her father was early on in her life, her home life was rocky at best. Her mother and sister didn't get along and although Eliana didn't understand why, she still tried to be the bridge to close the gap between her mother and sister. There was nothing more heartbreaking, in Eliana's opinion, than seeing a family get torn apart. So she decided to put her family before herself.
Eliana became desperate to try and mend her family. She stuck beside her mother well into her adulthood, not wanting to leave the family matriarch alone in their secluded glade away from the world, and waited for the rare occasions her sister visited them so she could try and stitch them back together, piece by piece. She became painstakingly aware of the fact that her sister resented their mother for favoring Eliana over her, as well as the fact that her mother seemed to despise the unicorn traits that her sister sported, though she couldn't place why.
While she knows that she has a long way to go, and could use some guidance on how to repair the family that she loves so much, Eliana is determined to see her family smile and be mended.
Personality
Eliana is a sweetie. She's naive about most things and sees the best in everyone, often to the point where she can be easily manipulated by someone with not-so-well-meant intentions. Eliana puts everyone before herself, is extremely forgiving, and tries to be a mediator between arguments or disagreements. The poor thing hates it when friends or family argue; she wants everyone to get along, which is unrealistic hope in a world where everyone is so different.

Character Goals
Family Strife: Eliana's difficult journey in trying to bring her family close together.
xxxEstranged Sisters: Eliana attempts to reconnect with her sister and find where they lost their sisterly bond. The distance between them has been growing ever since the girls were fillies and Eliana wants to see the gap close once and for all.
xxxMother Dearest: A plot between Eliana and her mother. She finally works up the courage to try and talk to her mother about her concerns about how she treats her sister. This will most likely result in Eliana backing down to her mother, since Eliana isn't particularly good at dealing with confrontation. Unable to deal with her failure and face her sister, she begins to fall into a depression.
Some Sort of Sign:After failing to try and convince her mother to get closer to Ciela, Eliana struggles to think of a way to try to repair her damaged family. She begins to spend time away from her home with her mother and encounters some strangers. Some befriend her while others try to manipulate her for her naivety. A period in her life where she learns to be more independent and deal with confrontation.
xxxA Timid Friend:She comes across Cassiopeia and Eliana offers to guide the mare back to her herd after coming across her deep in the woods. A learning experience for Eliana perhaps?
xxxWhat a Catch: Eliana meets a member of the flock and she's intrigued to learn more about others like her. Having never left the glade till she became an adult, Eliana is surprised to meet the many different varieties of soquili that roam about.
xxxClose Encounter: Because Eliana is so easily manipulated by anyone that treats her well, she easily falls prey to those who see an easy target to manipulate her. Someone manages to save her before she gets tricked into doing something she'll regret.
Homeward Bound: Eliana tries once more to face her mother and meets someone surprising on her way back.
xxxA Happier Reunion: Eliana meets her father, the stallion that she had come to accept she would never meet. It's a tearful reunion but Eliana is glad to accept him into her life, not the type to hold grudges. She's just happy to know he isn't dead.
xxxWhat happened between you and mom? Another RP between Eliana and Elliot. She's always been curious to find out why her mother seemed so bitter about love and how that seemed to make Ciela a target.
xxxTear Down the Walls: Determined to reunite her family now more than ever with her father back in her life, Eliana wants to get her sister and mother talking again. She plans on playing mediator if things get out of hand.
