It felt as if his heart was being crushed under an enormous weight. With the marriage...looming ahead it made him feel crazy and skittish. He wanted nothing more than to hide in Tera's home and wrap his arms around the slender mage. Perhaps it was time for him to leave, it was evident that Tera didn't want to have him 'cheating' on his soon to be wife. Couldn't he just pretend she didn't exist? Just..even for a little while? It wasn't cheating if he wasn't married to her, in fact he hadn't even seen her yet. Not since they were kids...way back before he was sold into the sex trade.
About to turn away he stopped himself when he heard words that weren't meant to be encouraging. But it made his heart beat faster, he was starting to feel dizzy. Lightly he put a hand out against the door to support himself or rather ground himself and allow the dizziness to pass. When asked if he could come visit him he took in a breath and held it. Probably not a good idea seeing as he was lightheaded enough as it was.
Shakily he let out a laugh, "I can't promise I won't try to kiss you again Tera...you know I want to be allowed to visit you...I don't want you to hate me though.."

Tera wasn't sure what he should think about that. He wanted to be able to visit with him, but he didn't want to risk behing kissed because it felt wrong... but he didn't want to give him up either. Giving a soft sound in his throat he said, "I'm... not sure what to say... I don't want to get you in trouble with your wife to be but I don't want to never see you again either..." He knew that it would be asking for all sorts of trouble but he didn't want to lose his friend either. He... like Kyruie. A heck of a thing to realize now that it was far too late for such things.
Wrapping his arms around himself he shook his head, "I... don't know what I should say or do... it seems... so complicated." Even more so then what they were already dealing with given their already complicated lives and their many issues. How he wished he had the strength to just... what? Challenge his wife for rights to Kyruie? A thought that caused his eyes to go a bit wide, cheeks coloring, while the voice in his head set to mocking him for for thinking that a healer such as Tera thought he could challenge anyone in such a manner.
Embarrassing but true... he wasn't much of a fighter, could barely get a handle on most elemental spells. For Kyruie he'd try... if he didn't think it would get him in trouble with all three families involved.

It was complicated. If Kyruie had any such of true strength he would of stood up to his parents and told them he wasn't going through with it. Maybe Sriina would say something? He was suppose to be meeting with her before they were married after all. Yeah...maybe she will be so opposed to the marriage it will be called off. It was a dim hope and one that he clung to tightly.
"I am sorry Tera...I wish I was a stronger man, a better man for you. I am suppose to be meeting up with Sriina before the wedding...perhaps we can talk things through...maybe not all is lost just yet." Yes..he hoped perhaps they would be able to come up with an idea to get them out of the marriage.
Anything would be good. Maybe she would have some ideas.
"I am sorry I got carried away...my intention wasn't to confuse you more so.." Kyruie clarified as he knew that Terasu was still there in the background. He was sure to get a hit or five from the other personality for the stunt he pulled.

Tera nodded in agreement, "I wish I were a stronger man too..." Then he could do something more for Kyruie. He'd thought that taking the path of a healer was the way that he would help him. That he would use his healing powers to make Kyruie feel better but that hadn't come to pass. Maybe he should have took up a sword after all the voice in his head said mockingly, though he wasn't sure if even a sword would be able to help him to take back Kyruie from the unknown woman.
Well, not completely unknown, he at least knew her name now. Glancing toward Kyruie he gave him a half smile and said, "I hope that your meeting with her goes well... or at least well in a way that the two of you want." He found himself a touch curious what Kyruie's bride thought of it all. Did she want the marriage? Did she not? Was it all the parent's doing and that was it? He supposed he couldn't really know without talking to the woman himself, something that he doubted he'd ever do.
"It's... alright... I was just surprised is all." He murmured, hands clasping tightly behind his back.

The dizziness was still clinging to him, whether it be from his anger, or drug addiction he wasn't entirely certain. He wanted to reach out to Tera, plead with him. Comfort him. Make him know that everything would turn out okay. But he couldn't garuntee that...and seeing how he was keeping his distance he would only make things worse if he attempted to hug him.
Taking this as his time to leave he sighed again,
"Yeah I hope ...I have good news for you." He managed trying to smile and perhaps looking a bit too ghostly. His heart wasn't into it, and it was a very sad sort of smile. Kyruie made to reach out to Tera and then thought better of it. Perhaps he saw a flash of Terasu hiding in the depths of Tera's eyes...but he backed off, dropping his hand to his side in a defeated sense.
"I should get going...before Ashta wonders where I went off too.."

Tera shifted in place from foot to foot as Kyruie spoke of leaving before Ashta wondered where he went. Giving a nod he said, "Yeah, we don't want him to come searching for you again... or else you might end up with him giving you that serious look of his." Tera did his best impression of Ashta's 'serious face' before he smiled.
"Hey... Kyruie... you know if you ever need something or find yourself, you know, overwhelmed, you can come see me. I will be here for you if you need me." He told him, not wanting Kyruie to feel as though he was going to be abandoned when he got married. Sure, he wasn't certain if they would be able to meet again or how often, but if Kyruie needed him he wanted to be there for him. At least until he finally left his parent's home. At that point he'd need to let him know where he was going. How to do so without anyone finding out would be tough.

The impression Tera made of his brother was rather funny. It caused him to actually give a snort of a laugh before he was reminded that this could very well be the last time that they met. The smile on his lip went into a crooked half smile.
"Yeah I best go then..." He almost expected to see his brothers looming shadow behind him as he turned around. Seeing nothing he knew he wasn't out of the clear yet. About to walk away he was stopped by the sound of Tera's voice telling him that it was alright for him to come over he he felt 'overwhelmed' . A wry smile on his lips as he nodded his head.
"O..kay Tera... I guess I'll be seeing you soon then."

Lifting a hand Tera gave a little wave as he said, "I will see you later..." Maybe? He wasn't sure but he wanted to think that he was going to see him again. He took a couple steps back from Kyruie and over toward the door that he'd been standing near for some time now. He wanted to stay, to watch him go, but he doubted that it would be easy for either of them if he waited.
As such he stepped inside instead, hoping that it would make it easier. Right before he closed the door he called out, "Be careful on your way home, Kyruie. Don't get lost or side tracked! You don't want Ashta to find you doing anything bad!" With that he closed the door behind himself, sighing a little as he headed back toward his room, his heart feeling a bit heavy.

Kyruie felt himself smile at the warning. Don't get lost or side tracked? It was like he knew him better than he knew himself. He nodded his head and gave Tera a thumbs up to indicate that he heard him clearly.
So where would he go? Back home? He had intended to go get himself a fix, but felt guilty after basically confirming that he'd be 'good'. Sighing he looked up to the blue sky. Maybe he'd go back to training.... it was good enough as any for a distraction.
