My penpal owns a tea and cake store in tokyo. She serves a lot of lolitas. She said the most poplular teas they buy are milk tea and darjeeling. The most common pastry is a cute luttle heart shaped strawberry cake with white whipped cream frosting, a strawberry and pink star shaped sprinkles on it.

I recommend Earl Grey tea, drunk in little Edwardian/Victorian style mugs with flowers on, and maybe a small plate in the same style with cupcakes and biscuits on it =3
