I'm going to assume that The whole Zod thing is going to carry on well into next season... i mean this is a matter that is not very light, and still has yet a lot of explaining to be done.

I'm really wondering about Lionel. Mainly because he was possessed by Jor-El at the one point, and they never explained to the viewers how Lionel returned to normalcy. I also wonder why they don't explain how Lionel knows not only that Clark has super powers (I mean, that could easily have been found out just from the security video) but that his name is Kal-El. I know they could probably explain it by revealing that he had gotten into some files from Professor Swan's office or something, but I still keep wondering if maybe Lionel and Jor-El have some sort of relationship or if they are both in Lionel's body coexisting or something. This is just confusing. However, I really can't see Jor-El going after Martha Kent like Lionel is. So I really don't know.

Your kidding yourself if you seriously don't think lionel is connected with Jor-el. Just think Reckoning and Hidden. Lionel is defanitly a toy that Jor-el Plays with.

yeah, I don't know if there is a friend-like relationship, or if Jor-El is just lurking,suppressed in Lionel's brain somewhere, just waiting for the right time to pop out again. i just really really wanna know about Lionel's knowledge of Clark's Kryptonian name.

There is certainly NO friend relatioship between Jor-el and Lionel. Its like a business, it is strictly business related. They are not Buddies they are not Pals. Jor-el uses Lionels Body as a port of human contact with his son, in order to screw with his head physically and obviously mentally.
