" You're my ally." Olga quirked a brow at him, and then stared, her eyes going a bit wide. "You'd know about not everyone being honest." She then stuck out her tongue at him briefly. Her brow quirked higher as he elaborated on his female friend (who was also a police officer!? There was a knot in her stomach. Of course some girl who was his friend would also be a police officer, oh---she could just see it now---them fighting crime together---) : C But as he spoke, there was something gnawing at the back of her mind, aside from the worry that this girl was awesome and totally had Sergei's attention--- The media didn't know anything. The police couldn't possibly be better off, or they'd be doing something more about it, right? He was going to call her after she described her encounters with the Negaverse...police officer...enforcement...peace keepers...? Met on job after being attacked... "Is your friend a knight?" Olga just blurted, and after a pause added. "Or a senshi---yanno, the people in white?"

He scoffed again and crossed her arms.
Her thought process led to the truth, but he wasn't about to reveal Aurora's identity for Olga. His princess, at this time, was more important than Olga's safety. For all he knew, she was the actual enemy.
"Vhat is knight? Vhat is senshi?"
He was totally lying now.

Olga's hands remained flat on open book as she stared at him, an almost out of character look of calculation crossing her features. She was thinking. Analyzing everything he had said to her since the roast went into the oven, and despite being a giant goof ball, she was a writer, and she paid attention to the details. She closed the book she had opened, since at this point, she definitely wasn't going to read it. Olga leaned back in her seat, and loosely place her hands over the top of each other as she smiled at him. "You're not fooling me." She told him simply.

He scowled.
"Vhy do you ask? Are you senshi? Are you knight?" He rose a brow. "Vhy these people matter to you?"

She grinned, briefly. "I wish I was!" She replied in earnest. "Not only would it be cool to be magical---I'd actually be able to do something about it!" Instead of this helpless feeling she had been experiencing with all these past encounters. Helpless and pure dumb luck. "But I've met a few knights, one is my friend---and a senshi! So I was just wondering if your friend was magical---because it makes sense if you were going to tell her all about the Negaverse stuff!" She then smiled at him. C :

Augh.
Whatever knight had been stupid enough to tell Olga about these things was asking for trouble. Sergei DID NOT WANT to tell Olga that the reason he had this certain friend was because he was also a knight and that she was his princess and that was a complicated mess of s**t.
"The roast is done." His gaze went over her shoulder to a beeper that had gone off. Not actually done, just set for her to check it.
"Vill check roast, go. Otherwise vill burn."

"Huh!?" Olga's smile gave way to a surprised look. It hadn't been two hours already had it? She leapt up from her chair without further prodding and flew into the kitchen, to tend to the roast, where she made a face. It wasn't done...oh! Checking. Okay. She came back out after the check, jabbing a thumb back at the kitchen. "I reset the timer! It looks good so far!" She then reclaimed her seat, because the questioning was back on. Man. Maybe if the whole writing thing didn't work out, she should be a private investigator! "I'll take your lack of a denial or confirmation as a yes." But even if he had denied, said no, that would have been skeptical at best anyways, since he had undermined his no's the last few times.

He had almost returned to his paper when she spoke and then made a face.
"If must know, or else brain will explode," He kind of thought hers would from just SPECULATIONS, "Zhe vas a princess. And also, those white wearing terrorist. Senshi, if you call them." He tapped a pen.
"And I am her knight."

Olga blinked as he spoke, and then her brain broke. For a variety of reasons. Or maybe more like it overloaded...was that possible? Regardless, there were a long few minutes of complete silence as Olga just stared, her gaze going distant. Well first, she couldn't believe he actually just came out and told her. She really thought was was going to have to dig and dig and dig for an answer. That was the first big surprise. Second. She was a princess senshi? Royalty? With her own knights? Also, hearing she was a princess somehow made those worries earlier feel better yet worse. She was his princess. Then third...he was a knight. A magical knight. Of course he was. He was in the Navy, and going to be a police officer, and now he was a knight, too (she didn't think it was possible, but somehow her respect and admiration for him just went even deeper). Wow. Just, wow. Then--- She focused back on him, having snapped back to attention after those long (no doubt blissful) moments of silence. "I'm not surprised."

Sergei allowed her the long moments of silence by going back to his paper and managing to zoom type out a paragraph or two while she contemplated his words.
He imagined that once she was done, she would be fine.
"Yes. It is not surprising at all." He rolled his eyes. "One var, can only mean another var, so someone must always be solider." He scoffed.
"Vhy are not surprised?"

"Because it's you." She smiled at him. "Of course on top of everything else you're doing and want to do, you'd be a knight too---fighting for the good of Destiny City." Olga light tapped her fingers on the table top, before she perked up once more in interest. "What kind of knight are you?" She questioned, thinking back to what Corey...er...Bimini had told her about knights. "What's your planet? What's your wonder?" Her black eyes were alight once more with eager and burning curiosity.

He scowled.
"Knight of Polaris. Princess Polaris." He didn't know what she meant by wonder. "Vhat is wonder? How you know these things?"
Was she a knight too?

Olga's lips made an 'oh' shape. Polaris...and his princess was Polaris...wow she really wanted to know what his outfit looked like... She was trying to imagine something, when she snapped back to attention as he asked her a question. "Wonder---ah! It's your...name as a knight, I believe! It's what you...draw your power from as a knight...?" She was recalling what Bimini had told her. "A friend told me!"

It was here Olga thought she definitely deserved some credit. While she may have talked a lot about what she had learned recently, she did know the importance of keeping identities secret and not running off at the mouth about who told her these things. She knew, and she would never blab about who told her anything. Not even for her Russian crush slash future ex-husband. "Secret!" She replied, tapping her lips with a finger.
