Cant remember the level yet that he'd be able to handle at max.

So have you finished watching FMAB yet? If you haven't you might want to read the Appearance and Abilities Section of Father's FMA Wiki page seeing as you'll need to know what he can do since Abaddon has the same powers as him.
Also does he just copy the powers or does he also create a copy of what is granting those powers to the one he is copying them from? In other words, if he is copying the powers of a Homunculus who gets their powers from a Philosopher's Stone, would he have a Philosopher's Stone within him granting him those powers or would the VRE device just be cloning the powers alone?
