In the time of getting all the chairs up, he had made a successful barricade, but had also trapped herself within part of them. With a sigh, she took parts of it down so that she may get herself out.

EIGHT BARRICADE QUEST DAY
Yes! Random wood! Finally something that was much easier to work with. No laundry baskets, chairs, or even the dreaded bed frames! Pleased with her materials, Brie gathered up as much wood as she could get her hands on, making her usual large piles. Even if it did take time, she would at lease not have to struggle with the complications of having to get a bed frame through the door again. That was a plus on its own.

The barricade was coming along nicely. It was a slow start, but she actually enjoyed her time working on this. Hell, she was tempted to stay longer, just so that she might get more alone time. She did like spending time with others now, even if she didn't previously, but this. This was almost soothing.

Dragging another piece of wood, the girl nailed it to the wall, blocking up any large enough cracks that would allow one to crawl through.

After a good amount of time, and having got the much needed down time for herself, she figured the barricade to be done. All she needed to do was finish with this last board.

NINTH BARRICADE QUEST DAY
Picking up the sheets of metal, Brie set out to work on another barricade. At this point, they would likely have every room in the apartment building barricaded. The only question was, would it hold? As each day passed, the toll the building took from the harsh environment, as well as everything outside, it was getting harder and harder to maintain the stability of this place.

The sheet metal was extremely easy for Brie to move, as well as put up. Not just that, it was also fairly sturdy. Between this and the wood, she was happy to work with these items.

As usually, the girl made a pile out of her supplies, making it easy access for her to grab the items, so that she may cut down on time. Once the pile was complete, or as big as she needed at the time, she set back to work.

Pulling another sheet over, she angled it up, making sure to cover all the necessary areas. Last thing they needed was for even the smallest of creatures to slip in and make a muck of things. When that piece was up, the red head then moved on to grab a second sheet. It was taking a little longer than the wood, but in all, wasn't too bad.

Grabbing at another sheet, her brow furrowed when realizing it was half the size the others was. Was this a left over piece, scraps from one of the previous barricades? Well, it would cover.. something. She would put it to use.

Standing back to examine it, Brie nodded to herself. "Done." With the last of the sheet metal put up, the barricade looked as sturdy as it was. Now, she needed to head out on a quick run. And fast, she was losing daylight.

TENTH BARRICADE QUEST DAY
Squinting, the red head stared at the desks before her. Bed frames were hard to move, so if these were heavier.. "Oh boy.." Giving an exasperated sigh, Brie began to push at the desks from behind. God, they were heavy! But at least this meant that they should make some pretty decent barricades!

The work was going smoothly. Slowly, but smoothly. She had managed to get two of the desks placed in front of the needed area, but she was going to have trouble getting the rest over as well. The idea of breaking them apart came to mind, like she had with the chairs, but that was going to take some time itself. Pondering it a little longer, she figured to try and move some of the desks, and break up the rest. At least then she could patch up the smaller areas as well.
