Putting it all together - 19 - Success
Well, it felt like it had taken a few years, but Lissa finally managed to haul her prize back to her carefully guarded sanctuary, dragging the thin paper box through the glitter itself to baptize it as part of her new home. Did mattresses even need instructions? It was Ikea, anything was possible.

Lissa had achieved the insurmountable. She had climbed the highest of mattress-ey peaks. Her glittery blanket fortress was flawless.
And just in time for bed, too--the moment she had the giant cushioned settled, she flopped herself down and curled inwards, closing her eyes. You done good, Liss. You done good.
