Hiro walked towards the free-standing kiosk. Blight walks behind him as they stopped to look at the information. The pokemon reading the information as the boy would stoop low to let her see.
"Don't these places look beautiful...see, I am thinking about buying the crater as a good place. It looks promising for making pokemon strong."
He declares with a smile, while his partner looked at him as though he had lost his mind. Good place....good place to die maybe.
She hadn't miss the part about food, and she doubt the boy would remember to catch a water Pokemon either. She saw nothing but death in the future, and so, she did the only thing she could think of.
She used Sludge on the paper.
Looking quite surprise, he would declare stupidly to her.
"Not a good choice, huh? Okay, then what about the beach?"
This time, she aimed at him, missing by a few centimeter.
"I guess, you are right ..."
Hiro declares obliviously.
"It's best if my Pokemon become stronger because of me. So, I don't need land to raise them, I will do it myself."
He declares with a grin as he walks over the main counter.
"Hey, anyone here, I have made my choice. HEY!"
Blight was relieved that for once, the boy had been pointed towards the right direction.

The girl popped up from behind the kiosk like a friendly jack-in-the-box. "Hi! Hope I didn't make you wait too long!" she said cheerfully. She held a couple sheets of paper under her arm, and a pen in one of her hands."You said you decided... if you'll forgive me, I overheard your conversation, so here you go..." she trailed off as she put the deed and the pen in front of Hiro. "Is this the one you want? Just fill it out if it is... I'm sorry if I'm wrong, please tell me if I am!" Someone had drunk her morning coffee.

In the Garden of Monsters
He almost jumped at the sudden appearance of the girl, but as she spoke ...he got more and more excited. His own land, a home for him and Blight. He was no longer worried about what the place was as he nods happily.
"THat's it completely.
That is the place, so, I guess I want to call it ...Slice of Heaven. "
The boy declares loudly as Blight seemed to give a sigh of relief. A place to relax and rest, not a place that promise more hardship and work. She could deal with that, to leave a home and find a new one, that is what she wanted.
A home for them both.
She looked upwards at her trainer as Hiro would continue.
"What do I need to do? All I do is sign this?"
Hiro was pretty much talking to himself. He was just that excited as he would pick up the pen and paper and quickly sign the deed. The places as his, now and forever more, and with that in mind ...he was drop the deed, and then take off like a rocket.
He was going to see their new home.
Blight would rush after him, because, she couldn't help wondering if he even knew where he was going. Catching him before he got too far away she would grab his pants legs with her mouth and pull backwards.
They needed more information as she sat down and was nearly being dragged as Hiro would step a few feet away.
"Huh?"
She glared at him, but didn't release as she hope the lady at the Kiosk would give them any missing information that they need.

The girl listened intently as the youth spoke about his new Poke-lot. Strictly, she didn't need to know this, but she enjoyed hearing about other people, and his enthusiasm was catching. She would reach her hand in the air and begin to call out to him as he started to leave... but fortunately, his sweet little Bulbasaur was looking out for him. "Hang on! Just one more thing, and then you can go see your 'slice of heaven'." She pulled a capsule out of the drawer and handed it to him. "Take this! When you arrive at your Forest Grove, you just press the little button here--" she'd point with her thumb, deliberately not touching it, "and throw the capsule, so you can have your own little home! But, um, be careful. Make sure you throw it right after you press the button." She didn't normally give such explicit instructions, but she was a bit worried about this one...

The tension was quickly released and Blight couldn't help signing in relief when he stopped. The boy would turn as she called, and then when presented with the capsule .... he was almost floating as he headed towards her.
"A house too? I was sure we would have to make a canopy from leaves and branches and such ......"
He smiled beautifully.
He watched her demonstration and took the capsule from her hands as if it was a delicate flower.
"Thank you ...so much."
He looked like he was on the edge of tears, which was strange on his face considering his overall look. Almost dancing, he would twirl out of the place with Blight embarrassingly following behind him.

Rhys hummed to himself as he entered the building. He eyed the kiosk for a moment before noticing the info screens mounted along the way. Conveniently they displayed the numerous types of locations you could set up shop in.
It didn't take Rhys a second thought though as to which he wanted. Quickly, he approached the kiosk and the woman attending it and smiled. "Hello! If there are still lots available for Crescent Beach, I would be delighted to have one!" Otis hopped from his trainer's shoulder to the kiosk counter since he was so close. He wanted to inspect everything he could see! Of course, without mussing anything up.
Crescent Beach would have been similar enough to home that Rhys would know just how to handle everything. He already had a water type pokémon too! Not that Otis could use any water moves yet... He could still produce it though. It simply wasn't weaponized at the moment.
(Let me know if this is inconvenient somehow.)

The girl grinned back at Rhys, pleased to see so many students coming and being able to decide quickly; hopefully that meant the descriptions she'd spent hours agonizing over were good enough. "We sure do! Just one second..." She'd pull a sheet of paper from a stack, while a playful Fletchling snagged a pen with his beak and hopped towards the trainer-and-Froakie pair. "Here you go! Please just fill out this form, and then I can get you cleared to go!"

"Awesome! Thank you!" Rhys replied as he was told Crescent Beach was indeed still available. He kept his smile light as he received the paperwork, giving a chuckle as he took the pen from the Fletchling.
He rolled the pen back and forth quickly as he thought of a name for the place. He hadn't really mulled anything over before getting in. Otis started to follow the movement of the pen with his head, staring pretty intently.
Finally finished, Rhys piped up with a, "Here ya' go!" Otis nearly jumped with the exclamation, having been so focused on the pen's movements.

At Rhys's comment, the girl would look over the deed, scanning quickly. There wasn't much for him to fill out, but there was always one who didn't quite get it... fortunately, he wasn't the one. "Looks good! Just one more thing..." Here she'd hand over a small capsule, button-side up. "And when you go to your Pokelot, you just press the button on this capsule here and throw it. This'll ensure you have some housing on your lot. But other than that, you're free to go!"

Rhys was sure to pay attention as the capsule house was explained to him. He hadn't used one before, but it's instrumentation didn't seem too difficult. Of course, he could only imagine what would happen if you made in error with it...
He was sure to keep his fingers away from the button as he accepted the capsule. "Duly noted! Thank you muchly! Have a nice day!" he said, taking a step back. "C'mon Otis! We got stuff to do!" he called before he was pounced upon by his frog friend. The frog took up his perch on the boy's shoulder before waving a goodbye to the woman and her Fletchling.

Tao approached the kiosk and noticed there were boards up with the different kinds of Pokelots available. He stood in front of all three of them and his eyes began to dart between the three of them. It seemed like minutes where he didn't move, weighing each option as if he was studying them. Tao then approached the kiosk desk and began looked about as if he was paranoid that something might jump out at him and catch him unawares. His eyes then made its to the girl standing the desk. "H-hello, may I...." He paused as he amassed his thoughts, "May I have an area number one pokelot, p-please?"

The girl had be waiting quietly as Tao looked over the Pokelots. Sometimes folks came in with an idea in mind, but others needed to mull over their choices, and both these options were fine by her. She just needed to wait and make sure they were ready. Especially in his case of this kid-- he looked like a strong breeze my knock him over, so what would a surprise do? So she stood at her desk, quietly conversing with one of her Fletchling, until he properly addressed her. "You certainly may," she said warmly, pulling out a deed from a stack of paper and placing it in front of Tao. Her Fletchling snatched a pen off the desk, hopped over to the new student, and dropped it in front of him. "Now, just fill this out, and then I can get you cleared to go to your new home!"

"Alright..." Tao picked up the pen and let out a small sigh. He looked over the paper which restated the area description and above there were two blank spaces to fill out. Tao stared at the first blank space titled "Pokelot Name" and paused wracking his brain for a name. He moved the pen toward the page and scribbled in the name with a trembly hand. He may have repeated a few letters but he imagined it would suffice. He then wrote his name, his hand slightly less tremelous. He looked up from the form and moved the sheet back accross the counter. "Is this alright...?"

The brown haired trainer walked into the building, he gazed around the room he entered without knowing what to expect. Everything he had experienced today was new for him, considering his isolated life until now it was quite new. He looked at the innocent seeming woman at the desk and looked at a sign that had the lots listed on it, all of them seemed like something he would like. Well, all of them but the crater since that one seemed like a place he wouldn't like leaving his Pokemon at. "I'll take the Forest if thats okay, it'd be a lot safer for my pokemon and since I love nature that place seems like the nicest." He gave a kind and happy smile to the clerk, before looking back to the sign as though being a bit indecisive over his decision while he waited for a reply.
She looked carefully over the deed, making sure everything had been filled out, before giving a nod and a smile. "Definitely," she assured him as she reached into another drawer. She pulled out a capsule and handed it over over to him, flat in the palm of her hand. "You're cleared to go to your new Poke-lot! Now, when you get there, find a clear space, hit the button on this capsule, and throw it, so you can have some housing." She motioned with her thumb to the button. "Make sure you throw it a good distance away, or else... well, the Pokemon Center nurse could probably fix you up, but that's not a good way to start your time here." She gave a nervous giggle. "Anyway, you're free to go!"
