To be frank, the activity level going on in this train car had Delilah feeling a bit strange. Looking at her phone for a moment, she smiled happily at Quinn's message before she turned her head at movement behind her.

She made one more look back at the woman with pink hair. Delilah couldn't shake that she knew this woman.

Oh well.

"Alright. Keep to yourself Mercy and if anyone tries anything, just kick their rear end." Delilah winked at her friend. Even a lady could defend herself. Looking around, Delilah felt her eyes narrow. Leaning over, she whispered "Does it seem like everyone is suddenly very sleep?"

How your characters react to this is up to you! Hang on tight; Order will get to the computers on the platform soon and these trains will get a bit crazy!

Mary happened to look out the window just as something giant plastered itself against the window. She screamed, mostly out of shock and the fact it resembled something like a giant hand, like those things in horror films. Her knowledge base of the monsters that lurked in Destiny City were a bit like horror monsters, to be honest, and if that was what she thought it was, oh dear this was not going to be pretty.

Moreover, Mary didn't want to be Mary anymore if that was the case.

She's fought against a giant youma as a civilian once. She'd died. She wasn't doing that again, thank you very much.

Mary got up from her seat and made her way into the bathroom. She darted into a stall, and searched for that part of her that was Bifrost Squire of Chronos. There was a rush of power, and then suddenly she was a beacon of Order, ready to defend the civilians.

And then she felt the Chaos signatures on the train.

Oh no.

At the first sound, Delilah's eyes began to jut around. Something was starting to feel...off. She was not about to worry the young woman she was with. Mercy was still new to this world and her earn fear did not need to be passed on if it was nothing...

In the next light, Delilah saw the visions of things outside of her control. Something was off.

"Mercy..." Delilah called out very calmly as she caught the girl's eyes and quickly shifted her own to her purse. Her free hand had slipped inside and allowed the edge of her henshin pen to peak over the top for Mercy to see. It was a warning as she quickly pocketed it again and began to scan.

Something was clearly not right.

"Stay by me."

Mercy saw them too, her fingers were already in her purse by the time she looked to see Delilah's hint. Good, they were on the same page then. No, things weren't right at all. She bit her bottom lip, looking around the train car trying to see if she could figure out what was going on.

She didn't dare power up until Delilah did, but all the same she kind of wished she could so she knew what they were up against. Still.

Mercy flashed Delilah her own pen, even as she looked around. That's when she spotted the older woman near the front of the train with the very obvious candy-cane striped cane.

"Delilah... We've got someone blind on this train..." She hissed under her breath. "They won't be able to escape if stuff goes... badly... What do we do?"

They were trapped. What did they do?!

Her phone buzzed in her purse and she nearly jumped. Frowning she picked it up and looked at the text. Ladies don't curse - but Mercy very much wanted to. She held up the phone to Delilah for her to see.

"Does this mean what I think it does..."

If so, they were in a world of trouble.

The small woman jerked her shoe back as the cat slapped at it. Well, that had felt real enough, but that wasn't irrefutable proof either. Even if she couldn't remember a time when the stuff in her trips had actually touched her... unless you counted that bad trip with the ants all over her skin...

Sid shuddered, remembering. That had been a bad trip. She was not looking forward to ever repeating it.

The cat was moving away now, the bit of shiny in his mouth, but before she could release the bar she held and inch after him, something happened. It was subtle at first, a sort of scratching sound. Nothing to be worried about. Sid would have even ignored it, except a flicker of the light drew her attention and for a moment, she could have sworn she saw a hand outside the train.

Except, that was stupid... of course it wasn't a hand. It was just... wires or something, like a tree branch throwing shadows. Then, the light flickered again and there was something huge outside of the train. Sidney's eyes widened as she shrank back, hearing someone scream as she grabbed for one of the support poles.

HOLY s**t, WHAT WAS THAT? Her mouth worked in a stuttering sound, but no words made it out. That settled things. She was in the midst of a trip, and it was turning into a bad one. Crap on toast... Sid could not afford to be tripping right now, man! She was on her way to work, this was the worst time ever!

s**t the train was slowing down. Snowball didn't want whatever that was to come after them, he also was pretty sure he felt an order aurora power up. Good, good, they wouldn't be alone. Everyone else seemed to be 'sleeping' or distracted.

"Quick." He said as he tossed her the pen, he was looking around, "I'll cause a distraction, when I do that I need you to power up using the words Eros Power, Make-up! Find me when you're powered up, we'll beat the negascum up."

When that was finished the cat ran through legs bumping into people as he went trying to get them to look at him, which worked fairly well considering because people were cussing him and whoever the cat owner was. When he got to the next clear spot he decided maybe he might as well just use his human form and suddenly no longer was the 24lb cat running through the crowd but a tall and sleek looking young man with lots of white hair completed with cat ears and tail. "Okay the gig's up, Negaverse! Return those starseeds or energy or what the hell ever you're taking this time."

Yup, that probably got everyone's attention, right? Snowball hoped this was a good idea.

A talking cat? Wait, wait. She'd heard about those. Those were a thing she was told about. That didn't make it any less strange the first time. Still, it seemed the cat wasn't entirely sure what was going on either. Maybe she could bluff further and perhaps sway the public opinion a bit.

"We're taking a train ride, cat. Just like everyone else here. It's a public train. Now kindly get the train back up to speed and stop..." she gestured toward the windows, "...whatever it is that you're doing outside. We've all got places to be."
