"It's been about a week. Maybe a little bit more. I haven't been able to get anything to eat." Korou told her and smiled when he said it. He watched the ground move in front of him and grinned.
Suddenly he saw something white off in the distance and pricked his ears up quickly. What was that?

Hinotama got some grass in his mouth while he was walking in the highgrass and where did Korou go? he met up with him a while ago...he continued to walk maybe he would find him soon. Then he came out from the highgrass and saw something black and orange that must be him
" Korou! is that you? "
Tama smiled and waved his tail and spit out some grass from his mouth.

She stopped as she saw the white figure moving up ahead, tensing a little. A possible threat? Maybe food? Korou's presence made it suddenly essential to watch out for both.
As this cub - for she saw that he was now - called out Korou's name, she'd relaxed. A friend, it seemed, or at least an acquaintance. That was good. A friendly face could go a long way towards helping keep Korou's spirits up. She wasn't sure if she could by herself. Despite her affection for cubs, she hadn't been around all that many, unfortunately.
"A friend of yours?" she asks, turning a little so that she can see him better as she swings her head around to face him.

"Yeah! That's Hinotama! He's my friend." His ears pricked happily and he tottered off towards him, his leg moving a little slower than the others.
"Hinotama! Yeah, it's me! Where did you go?" He wagged his tail in an almost dog-like manner and smiled.
Then he looked back at Zakiya and motioned with his head for her to follow him. For her to come and meet his friend. He wanted her to like Tama, he was nice.

" There you are i lost you in the high grass " he smiled and walked up to Korou " So um where is your friend? " Tama hadn't noticed the bigger black cheetah at all.
He wagged his tail happily and felt a little embarrased " Heh well that grass is so high i lost you " Tama had much rarer colors then usual cheetahs and no spots at all..

She smiled and followed the little cub she was growing fairly attached to, sitting once she was close enough to the pair. She'd let them get reacquainted before she introduced herself to the new cub, or until Korou decided to introduce her himself. Her tail once again curled around her paws, the tip flicking ever so slightly.
While she allows them time to talk, her eyes again scan the plains around them, even more vigilant than before. There were two cubs with her now, which meant she'd need to keep a sharper lookout for danger, especially if Korou's friend joined them in their search for shelter.

Korou tried to bound forward to his friend, but his leg gave out and he toppled. With a grunt he pushed himself back to a standing postition and limped over to him. Running had been a mistake, but he just couldn't wait till he could do it again.
"oh! Hinotama! This is my friend Zakiya! She's like my mum! She's really nice." He grinned as he introduced her and then turned to Zakiya. "And this is my friend Hinotama. We met not that long ago. He looks a little weird, but he's a cheetah. He just has no spots."

Hinotama looked at his poor friend his leg was not good at all but he would live he could just not run for a while then his purple eyes fell on the adult female " Oh hallo Zakiya " he gave her a big smile and some wagging on his tail to greet her.
" I am sure she is nice she took care off you even if you are not her own baby...and what is wrong with me having no spots they just haven't start showing ok " he looked a little irritated where was his spots? maybe they are just so light that they wont show?

"Hello, Hinotama. It's nice to meet you." She smiled as she turned her gaze back to the cubs, having assured herself there were no threats at the present time.
Hinotama's speech about his spots amused her, causing a gentle chuckle to spring from her lips. "It doesn't matter that you don't have spots, Hinotama. It makes you unique, and special." After all, quite a bit of her lacked spots. Her face, the underneath of her body, her legs, and about two thirds of her long, thin tail. In her eyes, it was nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about.

"It's just different. I think it's cool!" Korou licked Hinotama's side lightly and grinned broadly.The cheetah seemed to have a sore point about his lack of spots. But Korou thought it was cool.
Although all three of the cheetahs would definetly stick out in the middle of the savannah. The little cub realized this, but he didn't really know what to do about it. They were oddly colored. Black, black and orange, and white and rainbow. That was like looking for a flamingo amidst a flock of white sandskippers.
Really, really easy. And lions were out during the day. Big scary lions.

" Nice to meet you too Zakiya " he looked down on himself maybe he was just special like they said but he was so light compared to them maybe his family was light too? he didn't remember.
" You think it's cool? thank you Korou i didn't think off that " he already seemed a little prouder over his odd fur he put his tail on Korou's head when he licked his side as a hallo on you too.

She smiled and flicked an ear as she watched them together. It was great to see them together. She cared a lot for little Korou, despite knowing him for only a short time, and anything that made him happy was something that made her happy, too.
But now she gets to her feet again. It was time to be off. They had a lot of ground to cover, if she couldn't find closer shelter, and Korou's leg wasn't getting any better. Travel would be slow, and it would likely make them easy targets.
"We have to get moving, little one," she says to Korou. "Are you coming with us, Hinotama?" She didn't mind, not in the slightest. The choice was all the colourful little cub's.

"Yes. Of course I think it's cool." He grinned and blew the other cheetah's tail off of his head playfully before turning to Zakiya. "Coming!"
He hobbled over to her and smiled up at her before looking back at Hinotama and gesturing with his head for the other cub to follow. He wanted to travel with him, to have him tag along and have another cheetah his age to play with. Well, when he could play again at least. His tail wagged and he waited, hoping that Hinotama would come with them. He wanted him to at least, but it was up to him. He couldn't very well force him.

Hinotama blinked a few times and looked at Zakiya again she seemed really nice " Heh thank you Korou " he moved his tail from his friends head...leave with them? he actually couldn't not even remember if he had a home or a family and he hadn't eaten in many days and if he probably didn't go with Korou and Zakiya he would probably be all alone and starve to death he didn't wanted that at all.
" Um well i can't remember if i have a family at all so i want to come with you if i can of course? " he smiled and walked closer to them both.

Zakiya sighed softly, but not out of irritation. She sighed because she'd now come across two hungry cubs that had nowhere to live, and no one to look after them. It was a sad thing to behold, indeed, especially for someone as warm-hearted as Zakiya.
Forcing a pleasant smile despite her feelings, she nods at the colourful little cub. "Of course, Hinotama. I'd be happy if you came with us."
She begins walking again, slowly, her purple eyes once again sweeping over the surrounding area for food or threat.
