She was about ready to ask if he needed anything when he beat her to it. Looking blankly at him for a moment after he finished. "It was just a lucky guess." she said to him, well lied but she wasn't going to actually tell Gerard how she knew. He would think she was some crazy fan girl. "I think you misunderstood my intentions of the free coffee. Your brother looked pretty bad, I have no idea what happened, but I thought a free coffee and all would make his day a little better." She replied before glancing around the shop. No one seemed to take notice of the exchange going on which was good. She knew how much each of the guys hated making a scene out in public.
Getting off work she stepped out of the little shop the conversation with Gerard playing through her mind. She could understand the defensive older brother thing but she just wanted to know what had happened. Before she knew it Alyss found herself in the park close to Mikey's apartment. Spotting the old swing set she walked over and sat down on one of the two. The two of them used to sit here for ages before when the band was just starting off and would just listen to Mikey talk about the band. It was hard now she had to start over from square one with everyone. And all of them had closed off some to strangers as the band got bigger and now there was this.

ωση'т єχρℓαιη σя ѕαу ι'м ѕσяяу Michael finished his breakdown, as he walked to the bathroom to splash water on his face and clean up. Walking by the couch, noticed a lilac fabric, and looked over the couch to see it was a scarf of Haley's. He wondered how long that's been there. Sighing heavily, picked it up, and smelled it. It wasn't weird. It still smelled like her perfume she wore all the time. It was sweet kind, that wasn't too harsh on the nose, and it was far from old lady perfume. She probably said the name once or twice, but it didn't come to Micheal right away. His mind wandered till he remembered what he needed to do. Placing the scarf on the couch, walked to the bathroom where he took a facecloth, and let warm water on it before rubbing it on his face, helping to calm down. After five minutes of doing so, and the water was cooler, Micheal placed it in the dirty laundry bin and walked out. He still needed time to clear his head. He had one place in mind.
Walking out of his apartment complex, walked to the park not far from his place. He could think properly there. The tall male walked into the park entrance, noticing only a woman on the swings. Thank god there were four. Micheal sat on the other end of her, just in case, someone was joining her. Looking to her, got a good look, seeing it was the waitress from earlier "Off work? That's good." He said, trying to make a conversation with the female. ι'м υηαѕнαмє∂, ι'м gσηηα ѕнσω му ѕ¢αя ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ ▄

Glancing over she saw Mikey two swings away. He still looked bad. Smiling softly to him she nodded "Yeah, it wasn't that bad we weren't that busy today." she said. "Are you expecting someone?" she asked curiously. After all anytime he was at this park there was usually someone else. If it was Gerard she was going to leave. She knew he already suspected her of something. Anyone else she would stay if they didn't mind. She wasn't supposed to be anywhere so she could find somewhere to go or stay here.

He chuckled before stopping the swing. Hearing her question, shook his head "No, just myself. I wish I expecting someone, but I won't be." Micheal said biting his lip for a moment, then a frown showed on his lips. He was internally upset, but kept all his emotions bottled up, and let it out through playing music, and talking to Gerard, and Haley, only. "I'm Micheal by the way. Hearing Mikey chuckle made her feel a little better about everything. "So what do you do then?" she knew the answer but she had to ask. "If you have to question the legality of it then just make something up." she jokingly added in. Hearing he wasn't expecting anyone she had mixed emotions about it. Mikey came out here alone when there was something pressing his mind. It could be nothing like album or tour issues, or something bigger. She knew how he would keep everything inside except through music his brother and her. Now he only had two things. "I'm Alyss. We live pretty close then. I'm only 3 blocks from there." She hadn't looked at the name of the apartments but it seemed similar to the building Mikey was in. No where close to as nice as Mikey's. I mean there were 5 different building part of The Beacon.

The band, the touring, the guys he called brothers, the tour bus a third home, right behind his apartment and Haley's place. Hearing her name, and how she pretty close as well, made Micheal feel better about her for some reason It's nice meeting you Alyss. And did you move in recently? Sorry to ask so bluntly about it, but I haven't seen you around, well, when I'm home." "Okay, that totally did not sound suspicious in any way. If you ever need an alibi I'll cover for you." She joked. It was easier just joking around with him then being serious. They were never serious before so why start now? Hearing him laugh slightly made her feel better. She knew from that he was already comfortable around her. That was good. "I moved into The Beacon just a couple weeks ago so that might explain why." Hopefully Mikey and her could quickly become friends again. I mean he was already laughing around her. "I don't mean to pry but are you feeling better?" she asked. She wasn't really expecting to much of a response with Mikey always keeping things to himself. It took him a while before he really opened up to Frank or Ray. So someone who is practically a total stranger. Nope.

Hearing her say she moved a few weeks back, realized he wasn't home a few weeks back, hell, he wasn't in the states, he was in Canada. "Welcome to the Beacons haha." He said looking back to the dark haried female. "A bit, but you know what they say, time heals all wounds. Some heal faster than others." He added as he started digging the tip of shoe into the ground below them. A sign he got uncomfortable. Seeing his facial expression change she knew he was thinking of something. "Thank you so far I like it. I'm in the Mercury Tower" she said. It was difficult not talking to Mikey or not texting him all day. This casual conversation helped allot. She nodded and was about to comment until she saw how he was digging into the ground. "So where have you been if you haven't seen me yet?" she asked even though she knew the answer. It was just fun joking around with him. Swinging slightly she smiled to herself. "I'm not giving you free coffee every time you come by the shop." she said smiling over to him.

He said, kind of being obvious but he didn't know how she'd react to talking to a bassist of a big band "It was me and three of my good friends." He added before hearing her mention no free coffee and gave a pout, trying to joke "Awe come on, one more free coffee? "That's cool, it's always fun traveling with friends." they had fun every time they were on the road together. There was the occasional pranks, jokes, and everything that came with being on the road. "I can give out free coffees to friends sometimes, but not all the time." she would still give him free coffee. Nothing would stop her from doing that. She would pay for his coffees if she had to. He had gone through allot of rough times and something that could help no matter how small she would do.

Hearing her mention the free coffee, shrugged his shoulders " I mean, I know not all the time, but if you can't it's alright, if you can, that's even better haha." He said before stretching "Um, you wanna go grab a bite? I mean, we just met and all, but it's nice to have company." It was allot more fun being on the road then stuck in some place. Her family popped up in her mind. The one before all this mess happened. She couldn't help but wonder how they were holding up. How her brother was dealing with the information. It was weird not knowing. Not being able to call up anyone whenever she wanted. Hearing Mikey laugh brought her back to reality. "Sure, I know this great pizza place like a block from The Beacons." She had gone to paparazzi pizza a few times before simply because how close it was, also that was where they got their pizza for movie nights. In this craziness she was going to take as much normality as she could.

For all of them it was home here, she just hoped Mikey wouldn't take off to California for a while in an attempt to run away from everything. It wouldn't be they first time they had done that. In high school they ended up going to New York for a little just so they could get away. Grinning over to Mikey she nodded "Yeah it's called Paparazzi Pizza, pizza is always good for any occasion." She didn't know how much longer he wanted to stay here just talking or just go ahead and go. She would let him determine when they went she honestly didn't care all that much.
