Mika either out of habit or muscle memory takes his jacket off folds it sets it to the left of him before dropping to the ground in push up position.''Alright one hundred push ups.'' (1/5) After ten sets of ten with ten second rest period between sets Mika jumps to his feet wiping the tiny sweat beads that started to gather on his brow."Come on that was sloppy Mika.'' He thinks to himself as he starts his one hundred jump squats.(2/5) "97...98...99....100." Mika screams as he finished the jump squats."Dame I don't remember working out being this hard.'' He thinks to himself as he falls on his butt to begin his one hundred crunches.(3/5) Mika lays on his back holding his stomach feeling the heat from the workout and it contracting a little bit from over working it and not stretching. Mika finally gets to feet when he spots the perfect branch for chin ups. Mika takes three steps hops up grabs he branch and starts cranking the chin ups out pouring sweat.(4/5) "99...100" Mika drops down from the branch to his feet. He takes a minute to catch his breath while looking around the orchard and takes one more deep breath.''Alright last set one set of twenty five of every exercise I just did oh joy." He thinks to himself as he drops to the ground one more time for push ups. Mika eventually finishes his last set that he falls to his knees then his face with an exhausted half smile he thinks to himself."Note to self bring training buddy next time to carry me home.'' (5/5)
Mika gets up, grabs his jacket, shakes the dirt off of it puts it on."Think I'll go have dinner now." He thinks to himself as he heads towards the village.
